Very nice hotel in a natural environment surrounded by hills. Their food is real good especially their Tilapia Moyo.

Well if you are looking for a good hotel to spend the night at, I'll recommend this place for you. They are located right behind the Ho Polytechnic. They have a big compound where you can park your car/cars. You don't have to worry about security, they have security personnel's on the ground 24/7 to protect you. Actually I went there to eat at their restaurant and I must say they do serve nice dishes there. I ordered fried rice and chicken and I must confess it was really delicious. They do serve other local dishes as well. Also it's opened to the public as well. The hotel also has a swimming pool which is really clean as I went to have a view. Also the waitress and waiters over there are really friendly people. Always ready to assist you with whatever you want. I'll recommend this place to anyone who visits the Volta region and wants a nice place to spend the night or wants to get a nice food to eat

The rooms have poor AC system. In a 21st century, hotel services need to understand that Internet services are not luxury but a necessity. They should work on it n make it functional. The food is wonderful but must improve the waiting time. 2hours waiting time is an affront on customer prompt service.

Hotel Stevens is located in Ho off the SSNiT Flats road. Great Reception and good customer relations. They have enough space for parking vehicles. They have a serene atmosphere is good for relaxation, swimming pool for all ages. They have restaurant and bar with local and continental dishes. They have chalets the normal single rooms, double among others. There are spaces for conferences and workshops.

We ordered food to go, and they were honest with the waiting time for the foods we ordered. I was truly surprised when the food arrived at the same time the waited told us.

Nice, location, service ia above average and rooms good but some have nonfunctional or not easy to use water heater systems at the bathroom. Swimming pool could have location could have been closer to the main rooms

So I stayed here over the weekend and I must say it was honestly an unpleasant experience. First, there was a booking issue where the staff made mistakes as to the number of rooms. Then after charging 350 cedis I was put on the 3rd floor which by the way has no lift. Climbing several flights of stairs to the room is such a turn off. Now to the room the lock is so archaic, worn out with outdated furniture and the tv provided only shows local stations. However my TV was only transmitting in purple and green. No other colour could be seen. The side table was so chipped and old looking. The bed itself was rickety. They don't provide a shower cap nor tooth paste. The only thing they provided was soap and a used troll paper. I was highly disappointed with the service. The hallways were also so noisy so you can't have a peaceful rest in your room. The staff and other guests were shouting across and making so much noise it felt like I was in a boarding house. When I ordered room service on the first night, it took close to an hour for the food to arrive and the rice was undercooked. The 2nd night was better in terms of speed and the taste of the food. Kindly note that room service is 10cedis and their rooms range from 300 cedis upwards. The 300 cedi rooms are like hostel beds and not conducive for a proper rest. In all I wouldn't recommend this place. It was not worth it at all.

Hotel Stevens' location gives it a serene and peaceful environment for resting; possibly, you could call it a nice hide out from the hustle and bustle which creates noise pollution. Your $$$ will the outlook of your room... I will recommend GHC400 per night option. Stevens' has great potential to do much more than it's doing now.

Great value Hotel with Pool and nice Restaurant. Staff was alright and lots of dishes to choose from due to high season Rooms are Clean with shower and Toilette separated. Our rooms were located away from the bar and Pool so it was quiet. I recommend it for your stay even though it IS Not near City Center

For starters, their pool rate is very reasonable but the lady at the reception wasn't friendly at all. Woulda left straight up but considered one or two things. Secondly, I enjoyed their food. The hotel is beautiful and very spacious as well.
