    Ordered a coffee at 19:01 and got it at 19:25. The staff were not busy at all but chatting and singing with each other. No one remembered my order until I finally checked with them. There was no apologies at all. Very disappointed. They never give the monopoly tickets unless you ask. The management should definitely be improved.

    SELF ORDER MACHINES MALFUNCTIONING AND FOOD WAS COLD :( I don't normally eat McDonalds but it was Sunday morning in Hobart and I couldn't find a *real* cafe nearby. I'm not complaining about the quality of the food. You can readily judge that yourself - this review is about the service. Self order machine took my order and promptly shut down so I didn't get an order number.. went to the counter but no one wanted to look up and help. Eventually someone came out from the kitchen and said its fine, the order is in and your ticket number is 154! Food came out, minus my coffee.. another wait in front of the barista (who also wouldn't make eye contact). Sat down and discovered that the food wasn't hot.. not sure how they do that when it is made to order... too much bother to go up to counter again.

    Don't ever walk in an order. You will slip all over the greasy floor that's hardly ever cleaned. Once you wait to finally get served you will have to wait for the last car to leave the drive through before they will even consider preparing your order. Even if the drive through is really busy and you are in your car still drive through otherwise you will be waiting for ages.

    I don't know how but every time I order literally anything from here it's wrong. How is that statistically possible? The ratio has to be at least one right but it's not. I cannot physically comprehend how they can get every order wrong? What have I done to offend the workers of mcdonalds north hobart and why do they hate me enough to get every single one of my orders wrong?

    Salmonella complaint. On Wednesday the 14th of September myself and 6 others ordered 2 "Favourite Family Boxes" to share for lunch. By 4 am on Thursday the 15th of September those who consumed beef burgers 4/6 were severely unwell, with vomiting, stomach cramping and fever. 2/4 of us ended up in Emergency with Dehydration; after testing was confirmed as Salmonella. I notified the restaurant's manager Friday the 16th once I was in a better state, where I was told Customer service would be in contact with me. Customer service then emailed me on Monday 19th September stating that: "Our records indicate that on the day in question the restaurant served 2123 other customers. We would like to reassure you that to this date, the restaurant has not received any other complaints of this nature." and " Based on the results from our investigations, we have been unable to identify the possible origin of your illness." Apparently, 4 confirmed cases of Salmonella is not enough complaints to be taken seriously. I would also like to note, that all 6 of us consumed different food products 24 hours before, including milk etc. And only the 4 of us who consumed a beef burger ended up unwell, those who had chicken burgers were completely fine, there is no way that Salmonella came from anywhere else. Yet the restaurant is taking no responsibility. We had to close our business for two days, pay for hospital admissions, and feel terrible until 7 days later and all we have been told is that the restaurant takes no responsibility, we have not been offered a refund, we have not been offered an apology or any evidence that any investigations have been completed to confirm. I am very disappointed in the response from a company that is meant to take food safety seriously when they can't even take responsibility for something like this. If as healthy adults we were lucky that we managed after hospital assistance to be okay, but I can't even imagine the repercussions of an elderly, child or already unwell person.

    Worst service with all missing orders and when we called they didn’t pick up and went back to take our missing orders Gopal was the manager told us we should have called,And when we were gonna show him our calllog he said they were busy(when they were just chatting with each other)he nodded his head and then no response,sorry won’t feed us brah.Refunded us and then what….when we couldn’t even eat our meals. Summary never go to this Maccas they just nod thats all they can do. Too much for a bad service Gopal.

    Absolutely hopeless service. Two times in a row now I have ordered two happy meals for my kids through ubereats and two times they send one happy meal. Complete shambles. The refunded cost by ubereats doesn't really help me with my upset kids who are left with half a rubbish meal to share. The food is bad enough, it pains me that my children insist on eating it when they are offered a treat, but the service somehow manages to be even worse.

    Our order was wrong, the machine's were all out of order so we ordered at counter to eat in, the person taking our order was obviously new so got everything wrong and needed help, and our order was still wrong, we ordered double sausage and egg muffin, we received bacon and egg muffin with barely any bacon anyway. I have nothing against new staff, but I believe they should be helped till they feel confident.

    Like many of todays McDonald's, this branch has little or no sense of what customer service means, a filthy environment together with the worst ever potato chips sums up for a non return to this drive through awful experience. Pity that they won't read this and open for a discussion. Really lame..... it used to be a great experience. Now a great disappointment

    This is how much coke you can get "because of the machine settings". Why your machine can fully fill the cup back in 2021 and now it can't? And why when I visit some other Maccas around Hobart and their machine can also fully fill the cup?

    Visited last night around 6 for a quick food. The food was quick fast and hot . Both managers and staff were attentive to detail. Also the male manager made a good coffee. Will come back again

    EVERY Uber order we get is missing something … usually straws or sauces. Today was straws. Soft drinks we can manage but shakes are a pest without straws. It’s not hard, seriously, every time! Supposed to be a treat for the kids but ALWAYS disappointing! Get it together.

    The manager on site on Friday night 14/12/23 needs to go back to school. Dosnt know how to work the tills at all. Happy to rip you off, though.

    I had a big fly in my ice Latte , when I approached them and said it they actually laughed at me but were silent when they actually saw the fly😭gave me another drink but it was a very bad experience I had , I know it’s a very busy environment over there but it’s still not a good experience.

    Such good service! The young gentleman serving us was so polite and helpful. Food is fresh and hot. Parking is tight and limited but not a huge issue in the scheme of things😁

    management was horrible. tall white manager with glasses and dark hair had a bad attitude and he was clearly in the way of the crew who were desperately trying to get around him during a rush. waited like 25 minutes for my food that was basically cold. i had some nice crew help me get my food and remake it. seems like the young crew are more officiant than management.

    One of the worst I've been to. Honestly people 10 minutes to make a coffee, meanwhile the rest if my meal is going cold. Here's some advice to the girl working the McCafe, instead of running around doing sfa asking those at the drive-through window to make the coffee how about you stop wasting time and do it yourself.

    Disgusting! Went there this morning and told no eftpos facilities so cash only and got charged $2 more that what the item is when I buy it everyday! Got it and muffin wasn’t cooked at all stone cold big chunks hacked out off it cheese still freezing hadn’t melted at all and bacon old and cold very disgusting and inedible and cost me way more that normal won’t be back DONT GO HERE!!

    I have changed my order twice. I have order 2 large fries for my kids but i received 2 sprite cold drink. I have changed the order with 2 small freis and 1 large cold drink again i got 2 large fries with 2 small fries. They sorted out at the end but it was weird 😕

    Excellent service by the young kids that work there. There was a mix up with my order which they sorted out. They were very friendly and respectful. The burgers where fresh and the fries were crispy and hot. Well done

    Very busy location and getting a park proved difficult. Went with kids to celebrate completion of a cross country carvinal so drive through was not an option. No play equipment for the kids, which was a shame. Food was standard McDonald's, they all make the same stuff, nothing different here. Any difference in quality of the meal you receive is due to staff on shift and not the location of the restaurant you visit.

    I always thought new Norfolk McDonald’s had the most disgusting burgers but it’s definitely this one. Burger took 15 minutes to receive and was drenched in tomato sauce and grease. First time I’ve ever had to use my napkin to wipe down my burger. I picked up the burger and tilted it, to which fat poored out of the side. Couldn’t finish the burger it was so revolting.absolutely disgusted.

    Went there at three in the morning as any normal man would. The urinal was overflowing with bright yellow piss. I dipped nuggets in it to see how it would taste. Clearly a homeless man had been adding to the pool. Disgusted I vomited all over the floor. Two stars because staff was incredible and offered a free toy.
