We have just walked in. Whilst there were different prices , I would assume for different levels of furnishings (? ), and we were charged higher end, our accommodation was really a motel room resembling the cliche American movie ones . Nothing like some of the published photos with beautifully painted walls etc! Very narrow hallway with one bedroom with sliding door and the other one queen/king head is resting against window ledge. No noise buffering as we can hear next door neighbour talking! The sheets are clean and there is a basic shower toilet. So I am not sure where all those photos were from.

Rooms were very clean. Price was reasonable. Perhaps adding some tea bags might be nice. Coffee is great but having the option of tea would be good too. The addition of being able to watch netflix is very nice to see.

Incredibly disappointing experience. I booked an apartment for 2 nights. 5 min after checking in, there's a crying baby next door. As I was having an exhausting week and just did a 4 hour drive, went to reception and spoke to Patrick about moving to another room. He said all rooms were booked. I then asked for a refund as I decided it won't make sense to stay the night knowing I won't get much sleep, he insisted the room is non refundable. WORST CUSTER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. no empathy, understanding or problem solving.

Love their excellent service! I didn’t know that all the bed have electric blankets. I called them around 8pm which is after working office hours to ask for the heater and surprisingly they still delivery to my room very quick & no complaint at all!

We had to stay here while our house was being renovated and all I can say is this place is 100% perfect. We had the manor apartment and we didn't want to leave. Staff was amazing. Only had to ask for something and we got it. Was there for about 5 weeks and I near cried when leaving. Always recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the great work guys :)

Rooms are quite good and well maintained. Outside look doesn’t quite tell the inside story. Bathrooms were newly done and very clean

Clean and cozy rooms in a really good location. We could easily walk to a few cafes, restaurants, Coles and woollies from the apartment!

We stayed in a 2 bed motel room. The room itself is very dated and despite some attempts at cosmetic renovations it remains feeling very old and tired. The biggest concern however is the noise. You can hear everything that is happening outside, inside and in all the surrounding rooms. This meant the family talking loudly at midnight and the upstairs room occupants moving out before 7am the next morning. To top it off there was a truck that stood outside our window idling its engine for 20mins in the morning while I was trying (and obviously failing) to sleep. We were also very disappointed with the low quality mattresses which desperately needed replacement and did not allow for a normal sleep. I would not stay here again and only booked this accommodation because there was basically nothing better available to stay during our Christmas travels in Hobart. If you want a good, comfortable sleep please look elsewhere.

Clean neat rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, very accommodating for our large family group of 8 in the 3 bedroom apartment, plus 3 very close by. Plenty of seating in the living area, large well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful setting and a great price.

As soon as we drive up the driveway, we loved it. Old building which we prefer, it was cosy, Comfortable, Loved the outlook. We sat outside with some nibbles and just enjoyed the tranquility. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed in apartment 35 for two nights, and we wish we had booked for a third. It was lovely! King bed, spa bath with grab rail, excellent hot water pressure in the shower, electric blanket and heater, modern kitchenette… every comfort we needed! Don’t judge a book by its cover- when we pulled up we were a little worried by the external appearance, but our area was lovely and we were very pleasantly surprised. Simple but perfect! We will be back! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic stay. Bed was amazingly comfortable and it was so quiet at night. Loved having a full kitchen with oven and full set of cutlery and crockery.

Very noisy, we stayed downstairs at number 19 with my partner and 14 month old. Kids were jumping on their beds for hours while we were trying to sleep, asked them to be quiet and it continued whilst also waking out baby up. Had to call security for them to stop. Can also hear people going up and down stairs. Not worth the price!

The room met our needs perfectly, everything was clean and well presented. Patrick checked us in and was very polite and even helped us get to the room! Some of the best customer service we've received in any accommodation in a long time!

Very clean and neat rooms. Well defined housekeeping processes considering current Covid situation. I would definitely recommend!

It was small and nothing like the photos that was displayed on booking.Com The daily housekeeping chart mentioned 3 options and we took option 2, and left our used towels in the black tub in front of our room door as instructed but no housekeeping personnel came to change the towels and when we got back at 8.15pm the used towels were still there outside in the open. The reception hours displayed on the room was 8.00am-5pm. Went to the reception at 8.00am and no one was there. The phone in the room did not work and so we could not call reception. When someone finally showed up at reception and passed us some fresh towels she had the cheek of asking us to take the used towels to the housekeeping section! What horrible behaviour and no apology was given when we asked why the towels were not changed. It’s summer time and it was 28 degrees and there is no air-conditioning. The was only a small desk fan that was so noisy that it sounded like a generator. The was also a notice stating the left chocolates in our room but didn’t find any!

We stayed in the self contained apartment here. Everything we needed was in the room. Very clean & tidy. We don’t hear any street noise so very peaceful.
