Stayed a few nights ago and loved the whole experience. All the way from check in to check out was an exceptional stay. 1. The staff was friendly and polite. 2. The rooms were immaculately clean as was the parking lot and surrounding area. 3. The breakfast was out of this world. 4. It was easy and straight forward to get around. 5. The pool was perfect and clean. If I could give this place 100 stars I would. We will 100% be back on our way through next week.

Hands down the best hotel breakfast you will get in any Choice Hotel. Day one brisket, day 2 pulled pork, day 3 chicken fajita. Pinto beans, eggs, rice, homemade potatoes in a sauce, and the other regular fixings you would get at continental breakfasts. The staff are personable and kind. Always have a smile on their faces when you walk by. Will definitely return

Great customer service and so clean. I stayed here with my young daughter and she felt like she was home after talking to the couple at front desk. They are some of the nicest and kindest people I have come across and I hope to see you guys soon.

Travel a lot for my job and Hobbs recently has been one of my stops, have grown fund of this hotel In particularly no only for its fantastic costumer service, easy check in, professional, and when I’m off work late senor Philip! Who’s always with a great attitude helps me check right in to call it a night after a long days work, thanks sleep inn you winning

Nothing works. The elevator is out of service. The ice machines don't have ice, I guess, or just don't work either. Key cards don't work to get into the pool or the fitness area. I have to ask someone to let me in and when I asked for help to get the treadmill working, front desk said it's been working and didn't help when I asked for the assistance to. Laundry dryer is out of service along with the vending machine, on the second floor, having no snacks which wouldn't be so bad if everything was working ....so yeah this is a problem. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous and my husband is having to stay here for work..

Was passing through Hobbs while moving. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was kinda worried about the room because of how low the price was. But was pleasantly surprised with how tidy and clean everything was. The rooms were much bigger than most hotels I've been too. I even had 4 people 2 adults, 2 children and 2 pets in the room with us and still had lots of room. The breakfast was amazing and unique. Over all great stay, highly recommend for fast, great service, first rate breakfast, and a low price.

I arrived in Hobbs with a coworker and was charged for both of our rooms for three nights each. I only intended on paying for my room. The girl at the desk told me my account would be refunded in three to five days for the additional room charge. I went back and asked the next day to make sure the refund had been initiated. She said her manager had been informed and she assured me the charge would be refunded in the previously discussed three to five days. It’s been 19 days and I had to go through my bank to get my refund. I called Sleep Inn ten times during normal business hours and only got the desk three times, and each of the three times I was told the manager had just stepped out. I was told he would return my numerous calls, and I never heard from him. Their elevators and automatic doors were out, too. My coworker’s TV wouldn’t turn on. Guests have to request maid service, otherwise they won’t replace or clean anything. I’m not surprised in the slightest to read so many other negative reviews on here, with the kind of customer service I received. There are a dozen places that are cleaner and cheaper to stay in Hobbs. I’d imagine their front doors and elevators are even functional. I rarely leave reviews on here, but I hope I can save someone else the aggravation of waiting 19 days for a refund that never should have been charged in the first place.

Gave it a four because even though it was clean great service the breakfast could be better same thing everyday wish they would add more to there breakfast instead of just sausage

I was billed a smoking fee and I don’t smoke but the guest before me did so maybe they made double the money by charging me for someone else’s mistake. The hotel manager treated me as if I was a liar and never even returned my phone call

I got the room with the oversized bath. It was a nice room. The faucet was a little weird, the faucet itself moved around like it wasn't sealed properly, and the cold tap handle was hard to get on and off...had to swirl it around a good 360° which I don't think it's supposed to do. Lol but it really wasn't too bad, it was awesome to have the jacuzzi tub, and it was clean and staff was friendly.

This is absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever stepped foot into. After spending 250$ for 2 days of stay, I didn't even have the amenities of shower and wifi not to mention my TV didn't want to stay on for more than 30 seconds. I asked the staff about the inconvenience and was moved to another room at 11:45 at night. Didn't surprise me that yet again the hot water was non-existent in the second room. I was then told when I asked the staff about the problem that it was "not on them, it was on maintenance". I asked for a discount on the Caesars palace prices I payed for this less than mediocre place and was told the most that the very sleepy staff here at the good Ole sleep inn could do was move me to another room. Never again but this is what I get for not being loyal to Hilton. SAVE YOUR MONEY OR SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!!!

Please don't waste your money here. Can't get in the pool unless you go to the front desk they have a master key, the room keys don't work, kind of a hassle when no one is at the front counter for almost an hour. Only one ice maker works on first floor no others work. The elevators have not been working for several months. And the clothes dryer does not work. Poorest run hotel's I've stayed at. Rooms are ok pool is ok if you can get in. Called the front desk while standing there to get someones attention but didn't work. I called the fax machine and someone finally showed up I think they were sleeping, like I said someone else had been waiting over 45 minutes at the front desk for someone. Not to happy with Sleep Inn and Suites. Hobbs NM.

Reading the other reviews now I’m pretty sure they’re knowingly charging people and keeping it. Extremely shady operations. The manager is extremely rude! I believe her name was Montana ? I never got my security deposit back and when called to talk to them they swear up and done they refunded it and when I called my bank they never received anything. I went as far to have the bank speak to the manager and even then she was extremely rude and swore up and down they refunded it and yet I never got it. It’s not that it’s a lot of money but it’s the principle of it. The least the manager could’ve done was be respectful and offered some reassurance that they would keep looking into. Instead they told me it wasn’t there problem and left me out $100.

Extremely Rude and Incompetent "Manager"! We received two charges on our account for rooms we never rented. My office manager called to ask about it, which we have a recording of the call. You can hear his frustration right away! She tried to get information on who may stayed there and who used our card information. she tried to tell him we have never stayed there, we have a house we rent for our guys.. Keep in mind the person says he's the "manager." He says "he can't give us anything that doesn't exist!" We told him we show it clearing our account . He proceeded to say, he's new and there was a back log (which tells me how unorganized this establishment is) and the back log was just entered and must've of been when we did stay there in the past. He says the charge on our account isn't the day we stayed. How does he know if it doesn't exist? He refused to look it up or researched the information. Instead, said to contact our bank. As one of the owners, I attempted to call my self and try to deal with him, only to get the same attitude. What is wrong this guy? What is wrong with an establishment like this to hire someone like that?! I will be disputing the charges with my bank and let them to to block any further charges from this hotel. I will keep the recorded call, should anything more come of this. If I could give zero stars I would.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was filling, and not on the go. Had a nice in door pool, and work out area.

Really nice place to stay for an affordable price. Comfortable big beds and clean rooms make it a nice stop after a long trip. Only issue I encountered was being promised a continental breakfast bar only to be told they didn't set up the food because "There wasn't enough people".

My husband, son, dog, and I stayed at the Sleep Inn for one night a few weeks ago. The staff was hands down the kindest, most helpful people I've ever met. We loved the pool and hot tub, our room was clean, and the hot breakfast was awesome. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you, V!

1 of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. When you first walk in the staff is so inviting and friendly. They even gave me food and entertainment recommendations. The rooms were immaculately clean. The breakfast in the morning was the cherry on top. I have never had food at a hotel that could match that. It was so filling and delicious I ate way to much and had to roll out to my work truck. I hope they send me back this way again just so I can stay here again.
