I
arrived
in
Hobbs
with
a
coworker
and
was
charged
for
both
of
our
rooms
for
three
nights
each.
I
only
intended
on
paying
for
my
room.
The
girl
at
the
desk
told
me
my
account
would
be
refunded
in
three
to
five
days
for
the
additional
room
charge.
I
went
back
and
asked
the
next
day
to
make
sure
the
refund
had
been
initiated.
She
said
her
manager
had
been
informed
and
she
assured
me
the
charge
would
be
refunded
in
the
previously
discussed
three
to
five
days.
It’s
been
19
days
and
I
had
to
go
through
my
bank
to
get
my
refund.
I
called
Sleep
Inn
ten
times
during
normal
business
hours
and
only
got
the
desk
three
times,
and
each
of
the
three
times
I
was
told
the
manager
had
just
stepped
out.
I
was
told
he
would
return
my
numerous
calls,
and
I
never
heard
from
him.
Their
elevators
and
automatic
doors
were
out,
too.
My
coworker’s
TV
wouldn’t
turn
on.
Guests
have
to
request
maid
service,
otherwise
they
won’t
replace
or
clean
anything.
I’m
not
surprised
in
the
slightest
to
read
so
many
other
negative
reviews
on
here,
with
the
kind
of
customer
service
I
received.
There
are
a
dozen
places
that
are
cleaner
and
cheaper
to
stay
in
Hobbs.
I’d
imagine
their
front
doors
and
elevators
are
even
functional.
I
rarely
leave
reviews
on
here,
but
I
hope
I
can
save
someone
else
the
aggravation
of
waiting
19
days
for
a
refund
that
never
should
have
been
charged
in
the
first
place.
