I ordered three lunch boxes to go here with my friends, but we found a cockroach inside the lunch box. We then requested a refund for the whole order, since the hygiene condition of the food and kitchen really worries me. But the boss is really mean and rude. At first they didn't want to refund the whole order, they only want to refund the lunch box with cockroach. But we insist on refund the whole order because all food from this restaurant has the potential to be polluted. After we talked to them really seriously, the boss agree to refund with an horrible attitude. "Don't come again." the boss said. We definitely won't, I can assure you that. I really hope Google has zero star option for me here. Terrible terrible experiences here.

We always order the bento box and today the salmon was expired. It had a funky smell the second we took the lunch out. We weren't sure were the smell was coming from until we had the first bite... Quite disappointing as you would think the person cooking it will notice right away. It is better to say, "sorry we are out of "x" food today, instead of losing clients you had for so many years.

Food was good. I got a dinner bento box. The service was why I gave 5 stars. They were super friendly and helpful.

Wish we knew about this place sooner! Amazing quality food… their rock shrimp is out of this world with some sort of homemade tasting sauce with fresh orange in it…. Every single sushi roll was perfect…. found our new fav spot!

Love Robongi sushi! It’s always fresh and really good for such a fair price! The only thing missing is some atmosphere but other than that is delicious and they have a nice outdoor seating. Pet friendly and waiters were super nice to my dog.
