The European Wax Center in Hoboken provides an excellent service from the booking experience to the end of the service. They respond promptly and efficiently to all inquiries. Maggie, in particular, is highly professional and knowledgeable about the services I need. I highly recommend them.

I've only been to one other franchise for waxing and I must say, I prefer EWC's wax. Lillian is so freidnly, quick, and thorough! Parking is chaotic but that's the towns fault lol Definitey will remain loyal to Lillian. Thanks for always being so nice, professional, and efficient chica!!!

Nancy is fantastic!! You’re only in there for a little bit of time depending on what you’re getting done but, she takes the time to get to know you and makes sure you’re satisfied before walking out of that room! I recommend her to anyone who is not happy with where they are currently and is nervous to try somewhere new.

Carmen did a great job with my underarms! It was my first visit at this location super last minute and she was so friendly! I was very comfortable and my experience wasn’t rushed. She educated me on how to treat my skin post wax, gave me samples and made me want to return soon! Update: unfortunately my skin is severely allergic to the hard wax EWC uses so I had to cancel my wax passes and haven’t returned. If they magically offer a different wax for more sensitive prone type skin, I’ll reconsider.

This was my first time at EWC and everyone was super sweet. Nancy did my Brazilian and she made me feel super comfortable. However, I wasn’t impressed with how much hair was left still. I believe she skipped waxing my behind and now I have to shave. Kinda disappointed with my service.
