My wife and I have lived at 1000 Jefferson for almost 5 years now, moving to different apartments as our family has grown, and have to say it really is the best in town. The managers Lexi and Nicole are always extremely responsive to any requests through email, and accommodating to our family. Many of the residents have been here even longer than us, which is a reflection on the apartment complex. The other staff members, especially the maintenance crew, are amicable and go out of their way to be helpful. We've been very happy with the place.

I have had the pleasure of interacting with Lexi & Nicole personally (as a resident) and professionally (as a small business). They are eager to support their community. The building and amenities are great for individuals and families! I highly recommend this building.

I have been living in 1000 Jefferson (Madison St. Side) for almost 3 months so far. What I can say so far is that the team has been very helpful and very cooperative. Moving to US for the 1st time with no credit history yet is one struggle that you confront while looking for a place to stay. The team was very helpful and welcoming. They made my move quite smooth with no complications. Thank you Nicole and Lexi for your continuous support. Building is well maintained with good amenities available.

We moved into the building in July and have only good things to say. We worked with Nicole during the leasing process and she was understanding and responsive which led to a very smooth move in. The maintenance team are also friendly and helpful. They usually come the day or day after you put a request in which is great. It feels like the building is managed well overall. I wish we moved in years ago!

the team has been fantastic since we moved in in July 2022. They are responsive, quick, and always kind to our baby and dog. They are consistently professional and bring in additional support staff as needed to resolve issues (for example, broken window requiring a specialist). I am impressed with this team and am thankful for their friendly approachable attitude. Keep up the excellent work.

My fiancé and I love everything about this building. From the amazing amenities to the wonderful and friendly staff. Lexie and Nicole also go out if their way to spoil our dog every time we walk by the office. Highly recommend the building.

I’ve lived at 1000 Jefferson since June — So far, so good! Beautiful unit, amenities are ok, we don’t take advantage of them too much. However, the maintenance team is is 10/10. Joan O has been to my apartment a few times with several requests — From replacing my refrigerator door, to fixing my fireplace. He’s so kind, takes his time to teach me what the issue is, and fixes it quickly! He’s super professional, always shows up in a timely manner from when we put in the request, & always does a fantastic job. Appreciate having someone I can trust help out w/ any issues we run into.
