Decent place to live - especially if you like long waits for elevators, ridiculous “service / convenience / amenity” fees, not having your friends over to the pool despite said amenity fees, and grossly overpriced and undersized parking with inconsiderate car neighbors! Otherwise great!

Building is ok but issue with management. Rent increases are insane without any reason. New joiner are paying less than old tenant. And no room for negotiation. Be careful for lease renewal (at least 10% every year).

This luxury apartment covers all the amenities and has surprisingly reasonable pricing for their units. We've looked at similar places in the area and all of them were more expensive. This place has the typical things like BBQ grill, pool, lounge, gym, and bike locker. They also have a shuttle to the path for easy commuting to NYC. It's on the quieter side of Hoboken and inside feels quiet even though there are over 400 units.

I moved into 7 Seventy House a couple months ago and am thrilled to be a part of the community. The application and move-in process was seamless. Alton, from the Leasing Team, was a tremendous help throughout, and my experience working with him played a major factor in my decision to move here. The amenities, such as the spacious gym and multiple roof tops with skyline views, are tough to beat!

As a new tenant, the team at 770 house couldn’t be more helpful. Arielle has been so kind and patient - she has answered every single question I had and replied right away. I would definitely recommend this building. Thank you Arielle for everything!

Been living in 7Seventy House for almost a year and am excited to renew my lease for another year. Due to COVID precautions the amenities have not been available, like every other luxury building in the area, but the management has done a lot to try and provide the best experience for residents during these crazy times. There was an issue with a pipe bursting last year but luckily my apt was not impacted. It was aesthetically unpleasing to see the repair being done in the hallways but it did not bother me because the view from my apt was the main reason I moved into this building in the first place. The views from the roof are unparalleled. The construction this winter was annoying however, grilling and day drinking by the pool this summer will completely make up for it. In my opinion, this building has not even remotely met its potential and I am truly excited to see this building transform after COVID into the exciting, communal, happening place it can really be.

Have been living in this apartment complex for the last 2 months, so far so good! Have no complaints at all. I’m most happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. The hallway carpets are vacuumed regularly, and the lobby is always spotless and smelling great. The gym is always tidy. The onboarding process was seamless and easy with the help of Alton - management is great and extremely responsive.

The 7 Seventy house staff has made our experience extremely pleasurable from the moment we first walked through the door. Alton’s light hearted tour made us feel very welcoming while the leasing process was very seamless with clear and consistent communication. Maintenance staff is quick to jump on requests. We cannot wait to take advantage of all the amenities the building has to offer in the summertime. We’ve really enjoyed our experience so far and I encourage anyone looking for luxury living in Hoboken to stop by and speak with the very friendly staff!
