Came in with my grandson and husband for burgers. It took forever and they kept making excuses. In all fairness, the waitress was so nice. The manager was horrible. Told me she did not appreciate my animosity???? Trust me, there was no animosity until she got an attitude. Her name is Chelsey—and she should NOT be a manager! I can deal with mistakes, not attitude and especially not from a manager.

We were seated and waited a bit to be approached by our server, it took a table of 5-6 people after us to be seated to get our drink orders in. Once our server did attend to us she was very nice and accommodating. My friend had the impossible burger and loved it, I had the katsu chicken. It was delicious and I would get it again! The flavors were amazing. We sat outside, which was very nice with a cool breeze.

We love this place. They serve tons on beer with a great selection of draft brews. The food is delicious. They have a real chef here, not just typical bar food. They have all your favorite bar food items as well. Lots of seating and parking is always convenient and available.

Update: this location is still amazing. I love their covered outdoor seating. It was raining during this visit, but I'm looking forward to going back when the outdoor seating cover is lifted. The table were nice and far apart in the outdoor section. The food and service were wonderful. Looking forward to returning. (2022.07) Previous: I love all the Two Stones I've been to, and this one is no exception. The staff is nice, quick and knowledgeable. Loved the Dogfish fruit full fort when I was here this time. Can't wait to have their Brussels sprouts again.

I don't like the atmosphere as much as the original Two Stones in Newark, but it's still got great food, great beer, great service. Definitely recommended. Update, 2023: My impression of their food has diminished over time, both in terms of quality and creativity. I removed a star to reflect my updated opinion.

Tried to place an order here for take-out on a friday night at 7:30 after we spent 20 minutes figuring out what we wanted off of the menu and was told we don't do take out from 5-7 initially on. Called Newark location and was told no problem for take-out but menu is slightly different, of course some of our choices were different! Frustrating!. Call back to Hockessin and speak to manager Benny to inquire why?????? I was told this should be company policy, and I can come in and place an order but can't call it in! (THEY NEED TO FOCUS ON THEIR IN HOUSE CUSTOMERS) Makes no damn sense! I WILL NEVER CALL OR VIST THIS LOCATION AGAIN! You shouldn't either!
