Small, but mighty place to buy coffee! I came here on a family trip to Weimar and stopped in for a "eiskaffee" (iced coffee). It was so good that I bought a bag of coffee to take home! I'd suggest stopping here on your way through Old Town.

Was im Weimar for three days and went every day. The staff was great and accommodating. The coffee as well as the baked goods were delicious. Even took some beans with me so that I could enjoy a little bit of Weimar back home.

Großartiger Platz, um hervorragenden Kaffee z.B. einen Flat white in Weimar zu trinken. Genau gegenüber der Peter und Paul Kirche sitzt man entspannt und kann seinen Café genießen. Der Laden ist selber kleine und Sitzplätze gibt es nur nur 5-7. aber man kann auch draußen sitzen.

what the reviews say is true - absolutely delicious coffee (choice between floral and chocolatey flavor of beans at the time we came). the baristas were knowledgeable and friendly.

Lovely cafe with a great view of the church. The staff are always friendly and happy to speak in English. On the higher price end but worth it for speciality coffee. Highly recommend the cold brew tonic in summer and the hot chocolate in winter.

If you are passionate about coffee, you MUST try Colin and Vincent's coffees! The shop exudes passion for and knowledge of the product, from the beans to the cup, and the quality of their job is clearly perceivable throughout the whole tasting experience: from the beautiful packaging, to the delicious and persistent aftertaste of their various coffees!

Coole Atmosphäre und leckerer Kaffee. Bedienung ist freundlich und kompetent. Man muss nur ein bisschen Zeit mitbringen, da sich schnell eine Schlange bildet, vor allem am Wochenende.

really great. tried several offerings and all were prepared very well. flavor, texture, etc were all on point. the Ristretto was also delicious. at first the employees were a bit too involved in conversation with each other, but once engaged with customers they seemed quite content to be there. over all easy recommendation

Am besten schmeckt mir hier der Cappuccino. Die Bohnen vom Südwind Espresso (der damit gemacht ist) sind auch zum mitnehmen 😉

Nettes kleines speciality Café am Herder Denkmal mit gutem Kaffee know how ☕️ Sitzplätze gibt es in den warmen Monaten draußen, ansonsten nur To Go. Für mich eine der besten Anlaufstellen für Kaffee in Weimar. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Bohne zum Mitnehmen ist im Vergleich zu anderen hochwertigen und prämierten Bohnen sehr hochpreisig (400g für 14,90 €).

Der Cappuccino hier gefällt mir sehr gut. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm.

Wirklich guter, sorgsam zubereiteter Kaffee und sehr netter Service. Die bisher bei verschiedenen Besuchen probierten Cappuccino und Espresso schmeckten mir sehr gut. Tolles Aroma der verwendeten Bohnen. Sehr tolle Lage gegenüber der geschichtsträchtigen Herderkirche an einem schönen Platz in Weimar. Künftig werde ich gern weitere Kaffeeprodukte ausprobieren.
