Staff were really polite and friendly. The amount of food was enough and even too much. But some foods didn't taste good for us specially TEXAS CHILI and FAJITA CORDERO but it may tasty for others. The place was really cozy and the music was great.😊

Update 16.06.2023: Wir waren mit 8 Personen zum Betriebsausflug hier. Personal wie immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Mit dem Essen hatten wir in diesem Tag leider z.T. Pech. Das Chili con Carne und die Hähnchenstücke war sehr trocken. Das war in der Vergangenheit schon wesentlich besser.......kann aber sicher passieren. Ich würde daher auch nur einen"*" abziehen wollen. Ich denke, beim nächsten Besuch wieder in gewohnter Qualität. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. ############################ Wir können allen, welche hier 5* vergeben haben nur zustimmen.👍

Was für eine tolle Location 🤩 Meine Frau und ich hatten einen wundervollen Abend. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Nachtisch ein Genuss und die Cocktails ein Genuss. Vielen Dank für die freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Uns hat es sehr sehr gut bei euch gefallen. Sollten wir mal wieder in Weimar sein, dann sind wir Gast in eurem Hause!!

You guys are actually using the wrong cumin. You don't know the difference between Kümmel and Kreuzkümmel. There really isn't that much more left to say.

Really friendly service and good food. However, the interior is a little dark (more like a bar than a restaurant, which isn't a problem) and some of the foods (not all) were a little overpriced.

The food is decent, but the prices are too high in my opinion. The margaritas we ordered were gone in 2 sips and cost 8€ each. The service was terrible. We had to wait 40 minutes before we got our drinks and the place wasn't even full.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal im El Burrito und werden definitiv wiederkommen! Die Bedienung ist mega freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer für einen Scherz zu haben. Trotz vollem Haus haben wir noch einen Tisch für Zwei bekommen und haben unsere Bestellung zeitnah erhalten. Man war sehr bemüht, dass Alles perfekt ist und wir zufrieden waren. Das Essen war lecker und ausreichend 👍🏼 Wenn ihr in Weimar seid, schaut vorbei!

Der Empfang und der Service durch den Mitarbeiter war freundlich und die Beratung zum Essen hilfreich (bei sehr großer Auswahl). Das Essen war sehr lecker und optisch sehr ansprechend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Eindeutige Empfehlung!

The staff are nice, the place is cozy and the ingredients are high quality. I do, however, have a criticism: The kitchen uses the wrong cumin. I remember coming to Germany and buying the wrong one accidentally - it's a totally different flavour and tastes awful. I have to be careful every time I buy it. Kümmel and kreuzkümmel both translate to cumin so this is a simple mistake to make Kümmel is caraway seed (this goes in rye bread, guys) im sure this is the one they’re using. Yuck! Kreuzkümmel is cumin The food in this restaurant would be more authentic if they used the correct cumin. It's a simple but costly mistake to make. They don't cook with a distinct style and choose to use different ingredients...They have simply use the wrong ingredient. Clearly someone had the idea for a Mexican restaurant and looked up recipes without having been Mexico, or a Tex-Mex establishment. This is a simple tip guys, use the right cumin! It's fundamental to the cuisine! KREUZKÜMMEL! :)

Super lecker Essen. Liegt nicht schwer im Magen. Ist außerdem sehr dekorativ angerichtet. Also kann das Auge mit essen. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit für einen Scherz bereit. Wenn man sich nicht schlüssig ist, bekommt man sehr gute Empfehlungen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Außerdem gibt es über 100 Cocktails zur Auswahl. Also der richtige Ort um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.

Hier wird man auf alle Fälle sitt und satt! Mich hat eindeutig die Karte angesprochen! Neben den üblichen Gerichten (diverse Fleischsorten in/mit Mais- und Teigvarianten) gab es auch traditionelle Gerichte wie Paella und Maissuppe (siehe Bild). Die Auswahl an Getränken ist riesig und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Auch Neugierige kommen mit ausgefallenen Cocktails auf ihre Kosten. Der Service ist super und genügend Platz wird auf alle Fälle geboten.

Ein super leckeres Essen hatten wir hier. Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wenn wir wieder mal in Weimar sind ein neuer Besuch auf jedenfall. Dankeschön

Very nice staff and beautiful place. For Mexican restaurant, the food is not authentic enough; shrimp burritos with 3 shrimps and several large spoons of marinated onions is not everybody's idea. Not enough jalapeños, fresh veggies, creme fraiche, dips, etc. Quite ok, but for anyone knowing real Mexican stuff is a bit disappointing.

Nice restaurant with good fajitas. Big portions. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

Tasteless not real Mexican food. Also, the waiter came one hour later asking what did we order because he forgot. At the end, they didn’t make any effort to compensate for their mistake.
