I was impressed. The place was dirty. Floors were messy. We waited a little bit to get service but she was very nice. Food came out quickly and the presentation was very nice. I am not a big fan of them but I was happy overall

10/19 Love it here! And the front staff are great!! This was a take out. On 10/25 about a week after I had given this 5 star review. I will be updating my review to lower stars. I went here with my 4 kids to celebrate my sons 21st birthday. When we first arrived we were asked to scan the QR code to order our food and to prevent people from walking away without paying. I thought this was new. So we did. Basically all the waiter did was bring the drinks and food. I accidently added 3x the cheddar cheese to the wedges and ended up getting the same amount as if I had just ordered to add cheese. Then we got charged for 4 drinks even though one was a child, and only 2 of us ordered soft drinks and the other 2 just water. I spent almost 150 dollars. As people were coming in we noticed she did not tell them to scan the QR code. She literally took their orders in person. I was surprised that we were the only ones told to scan and place our own order. I left a 25 dollar tip in cash and paid the food with a card. I felt disappointed and a bit discriminated because we were the only ones at that moment that were asked to scan. Anyways, everytime I order takeout here and they accidentally make a mistake they fix it and are nice about it. But today, they only removed 1 drink from our bill and nothing else happened. I am wondering if this restaurant has gone downhill because of service inside.

If i could rate this place no stars I would. our server Nayeli was terrible! Did not come to our table until 30 min after we got there, never gave us silverware and was rude. We asked her for our drinks atleast 3 times and she had no tables in her section but still was neglecting us. We asked to talk to the manager a bald guy with glasses and he put his hands in our face and ran to the back and refused to listen to us. Terrible servers. DO NOT COME HERE. There was atleast 10 people waiting to talk to the manager behind us because everyone got horrible service

Food was great. Pretty chilled environment. Server was excellent & even made sure I got blaze points for my orders.

Haven’t been to a wild wings in a while. A great place to watch games and have a few beers. The food is average. The service was excellent. Lots of TV. Boneless wings just average.

It's fine. The big chains like this I feel have suffered in food quality over the years and aren't as good as they used to be. Still don't mind going but it isn't fantastic.

It’s been a while since we’ve eaten and BWW and it’ll be a long time before we go again… just not good. Overpriced mediocre food. We ordered the ultimate nachos add chicken and guacamole. The amount of chicken was pathetic. They forgot the guac and we had to ask 3 separate times for it and then got a small little cup. The chips were so greasy that some were soggy vs being crispy. Very underwhelming.

B-Dubs used to be good. But the food is really expensive and the quality went downhill. Our wings still had feathers and veins 😞. Also they were very stingy with the sauce. We ordered extra sauce and the wings were barely covered Our waitress was great and the beer was nice and cold. But if I'm spending $20+ for wings, I don't don't want to have to remove feathers or devein my chicken.

Food was great , service was fast and our waitress was really nice and attentive, the only thing that needs attention is the baby changing table in the women’s Restroom, please fix it or replace it , it unfolds very low I was trying to change my baby’s diaper and she almost fell off , the straps are not working either , this is very dangerous and us moms do need a safe changing table for our babies this is a must everywhere we go so please fix it 🙏🏻

BDUBS is awful now. Don’t even bother going to any of them. They charge premium prices for low quality wings. It’s clear they switched suppliers for chicken wings, I paid $1.60 a wing and they were tiny and putrid. If BDUBs corporate is reading this I would appreciate a partial refund for this disgraceful experience. Server was nice

Service was a little lacking at this particular restaurant it may have been because of the time that I came because there seemed to be not enough service for the amount of people that were there. So I decided to try the honey garlic wings, at the recommendation of my server, and they were absolutely horrible. They should have just been called garlic Wings because the only flavor that you could taste was the garlic. There was no honey flavor whatsoever so the sweet and savory mix that you're supposed to get from that Wing you don't get. You get garlic. I have also come to understand that I don't like like their sweet barbecue sauce because it's not sweet. It's quite vinegary it just doesn't work for me. And the honey barbecue was spicy which I don't like spicy so that's a no-go for me as well. So I guess if I go to Buffalo Wild Wings in the future I'm probably not going to be eating wings...

If I could give zero stars I would. I Went here for dinner with my mom who is disabled and unable to sit at a high top table. We asked if we could sit at a booth and said only the hight tops were available and not willing to accommodate. So we went left.

We ordered boneless wings to go and they just messed it up by mixing the sauces. They did not even inform or mention to me while picking up and once I opened the pack at home I see all the things are messed up completely. Will not recommend at all.

I have a wait of 60 minutes And the restaurant wasn’t 1/3 full A lot of tables empty but a big waiting list

We walked in and as we were getting seated at a tall table we asked if we and get a short table because we have 3 kids the hostess look at another person the started walking away with the menus. She Did not say anything to us so we just started following her a she stopped us to tell us your table is back there. When I asked how were we supposed to know because she never said anything to us and we did not see that she set the menus down at a table she said that was why I put the menus there. She could have told us that was where she was seating us. So we walked out and went to the Algonquin location and had amazing service. We will Never goTo that location again!

There are too many TVs and noise from TV and radio music. Maybe, some working class enjoy this sport environment, but not me. Can buffalo have wings?

Terribly run. We order from here regularly and there’s about a 50/50 chance they’ll get your order correct. This is just one example of many but they charge for things and then don’t give them. Edit- And now they charge a “take out fee”?

Bar staff inattentive and rude. The chicken wings are tiny and can’t compete with literally any other chicken wing from any restaurant in the area. Building is nice, but everything else is bad. Picture of little whack wings included.
