My experience at Bowlero in Roselle was pleasant and friendly. The customer service Danny gave gave to us was friendly and professional. I just getting into bowling and him giving my friend and I some advice and pointers on how to improve our game was awesome. Watching him interact with the staff and the guest was nice. Danny makes coming to Roselle so pleasant and fun. The way he accommodate his guest that bowling is nice. He is the kind of manager you want every company to have. Thanks Danny for your excellent customer service!

I don’t write reviews…ever. But I do have to say, Renee (the manager) made my husband and I feel like we were VIP. She was attentive, kind, and always checking in on us. It was my birthday celebration tonight (34, nothing special), and she made me feel like I was a bride at my wedding all over again. I can guarantee my family will be back for drinks, bowling, pool, and probably some arcade action. Thank you for making this happen!💛 Renee - Jessica Day is my alter ego bowling name (long story). Staff are amazing. Danny, Frank and Renee are always so helpful, welcoming and nice. Danny and Frank take the time to teach kids (my son) and he loves it. We love this place because of them. Recommend this place for families. It is a fun time.

My husband and I came in to bowl a couple of games on a Saturday around noon. Service was friendly and efficient. The manager, Danny, was especially awesome. The alley was packed with league bowlers ordering food and the bartender wasn't scheduled to come in until 1:00, but Danny was able to help get us incredibly delicious cocktails. I highly recommend the Berried Alive Lemonade. Awesome place for families or for couples looking for a fun date.

GREAT TIME! I have to say that my visit was nothing short of a fun and memorable time. We called before hand and the service desk attendant had plenty of information to give me so I knew what to expect. We did not have too much time before the leagues started and we met the Manager - DANIEL - who is by far one of coolest people to talk to. I explained we had 2 foreign exchange students from France that had never bowled before. Daniel explained he could assist in getting me a lane and that I probably wouldn't be able to finish but it's the best he could do. THANK YOU DANIEL!! Not only did you go the extra mile for us to get a lane quickly but you made a wonderful memory for 2 students who had an incredibly fun time in the U.S. You showed all of us that there's still people who take pride in helping others. We definitely look forward to being regulars. Tables and floors were cleaned immediately after guest left which was amazing. The black lights everywhere was very cool for the glow effect in the whole place. I recommend visiting this place and be sure to call or look up what specials and open bowl times are available so you know what to expect at your arrival.

Super friendly service and reaction time when the ball return had electronic issues. The manager, Daniel, stepped in to ensure it was fixed promptly. We will be returning soon due to the excellent customer service experience.

Great place to just have a good time. Staff members here treat the customers with respect and a kindness. If you ever need to find a place to bowl or have a get together this is the place to go to. The highlights would have to be the staff such as Danny and Caitlin, just because whenever I come here it feels always welcoming and genuine in the kindness and respect they show.

Great spot! We've been looking for a traditional bowling alley since Elk Grove Bowl closed and we found it. They have leagues, an arcade and pool. Not to mention great hospitality, drinks and food! Angela and Renee made the night feel extra special, thank you for everything, we'll be back soon!

Staff here is great never had a problem and still don’t, it’s a great place to hangout with friends and family especially if you’re competitive. In my personal experience Danny and Caitlin the staff that works here makes it feel like a safe place where you can just enjoy and have fun with the people you love the most.

Last night at Bowlero in Roselle was an absolute blast! The staff there were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the get-go. We had reserved lanes for a party, and they surprised us with some fun decorations that really set the mood for a great time. The level of attentiveness from the staff was top-notch, Daniel the manager ensured that our night went smoothly and that we were having a fantastic time. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making our night enjoyable. So happy we booked at this location! We'll definitely be returning for more good times at Bowlero!

We have done two different parties at Bowlero in Roselle and both have been great. The reservation process for parties is easy, the reservation specialist did a great job with setting up our package with everything we need. Both parties had special touches and the special touches were different both times so it just felt the team is always innovating ways to make the guests feel more special. Our group is not great bowlers but we have become a bowling group to celebrate events.

Bowlero in Roselle has been my home lanes for over 10 years now, between the friendly staff, family environment and great oil patterns you can’t ask for a better place to bowl. 10/10!

We came into bowlero with a group of 8. The staff was super accommodating. After we grabbed a few drinks, we went to bowl. The guy at the counter, DANIEL BAILEY, was nice enough to tell us that if we wait ten more minutes, we can do unlimited bowl. So we did! The lanes were clean, the atmosphere was great, and we had a great time! Daniel was the best. We left Bowlero in Glendale Heights for Roselle, and it was not disappointed

Went bowling with family and had the pleasure of meeting the operations manager, Daniel Bailey. He helped us at every moment including dinner, during bowling, and overall experience. This bowling alley hosts a great amount of deals, especially the Summer Games. All the staff are very friendly and helpful! A very clean bowling alley and the arcade always has great games!

The staff is very friendly, the food doesn't suck, and the music is usually pretty good. Over all I always have a great time when I go there.

Started bowling here recently and I give 5 stars for these reasons. They provide a great value to their league bowlers and the center is well maintained. The kitchen and snack bar is clean and I see the staff keeping the whole center clean. The machinery is very kind to my equipment as well.

My boyfriend and I went to Bowlero tonight and not only was it a blast but Renee was amazing! Her service was fantastic and she truly listened to her customers. I would recommend this bowling alley to anyone looking for a good night!

Got the labor day special offer for 2 hours of unlimited bowling for 12 dollars. Best deal ever

2 adults and 2 9-year old kids bowl 2 games each on a Saturday afternoon. $72. Are you flipping kidding me? How are kids supposed to grow up bowling if they can't afford it? Why doesn't this dump of a bowling alley offer junior rates on a Saturday afternoon? In addition the lady behind the counter couldn't have cared less that we were customers. Her full time job is undoubtedly at the DMV. Find another place to bowl.

Everyone who works here is not only very friendly, they also make great drinks and always trying to have everyone have a good time. When I used to go here as a little kid I used to love mini golfing here but I heard it is no longer open. I would love to bring my kids here if the mini golfing was open.

this is a great bowling alley. I am on a league here every Sunday. the lanes are always great. there is a lot of parking outside. The workers are always so nice. So glad we found Bowlero Roselle

Used to come here often when I was a kid. It was Brunswick Zone and had ITG2. I hope this bowling alley never closes for the sake of good old times. Definitely visting the next time I'm in Chicago.

Excellent experience on New Year’s Eve. Worth every penny. Food was very good (and plentiful), arcade and bowling were so fun and most importantly, staff could not have been friendlier, more competent or more attentive. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Bowling isn't one of my favorite pastimes, but the place was clean and friendly and reasonably priced.

This place rocks! We decided to come out on a Tuesday night to see what’s up, and had a great experience. We were worried when the parking lot felt a little empty, but turns out we were just early! The Tuesday night special was super affordable, and Taylor & Danny made sure we had a great experience. I’m stoked to come back.

DANNY THE MAN! Very family friendly! They have bumpers and ball slides for children. Danny the manger was SO friendly and helpful! We will for sure be coming back!

Everyone here is super friendly. I’ve seen one of the managers, Danny, giving free lessons to kids on multiple occasions. Obviously very family oriented here. I just moved to the area and now make it a near daily routine to come here after work to wind down a bit.

In general this was a fun experience, except for the food and mandatory service charge of $10. I paid $75 for 4 drinks and 3 dinky appetizers. The food was mediocre at best and did not fit their descriptions. I would highly recommend getting food prior to bowling or after, but not from Bowlero.

Always the cleanest lanes, with just the right oil. Danny, Kolt, and everyone else always make the experience fun. Love bowling here. Honestly I'm here every Wednesday night, hootin a hollering. Stop thinking about it and just come here!!!

Poor service and overpriced :( Had low expectations for food in a bowling alley and it was really bad. My party had an awful experience. Do not recommend.

I had a great time with my family here tonight. Danny was very welcoming. He explained the charges when we arrived and when it was time to pay it was quick transaction. He had a wonderful personality that even after the transaction we continued to talk. My family and I will definitely be back! I need the practice...lol.
