Burger was undercooked and in some areas raw. Went at 2am. No rush or line. No excuse for this mess.

They cool but would be much better with less attitude especially at the drive through they don’t even let finish your order. That’s why they always get it wrong.

poor customer service . Very unprofessional, very lazy , extremely inattentive , and very talkative among each other. One lady (Char) very great she deserves a raise . The rest of the crew needs to be REPLACED the MANAGER INCLUDED 🖕🏻They are very nasty in there I caught one guy cleaning the vents over people food . Don’t eat here

this Has to be the most rude, unprofessional and disgusting Wendy’s. Burger was undercooked. And my daughters kids meal came with a milk that was opened and used. beyond disgusting. I am going to contact corporate. This is not the first time. Better off, driving a little farther and looking for another one.

Everytime I go inside I'm standing there for more than 5 minutes and no one says anything. I was there today January 18, 2024 and after 5 minutes no one came to take my order. I said is anyone gonna take my order and no one said anything so I walked out. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS WENDY'S AGAIN!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! I order from this location all the time not anymore!!!

Visiting Wendy's is always great. It's fast food but they have great Salads, a variety of them. The place was clean. The service was prompt. I recommend Wendy's. 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 I am very fun of the food from Wendy, is fast, and if you want could be healthy. i

Dining room was dirty, 2 non-patrons who appeared to be homeless sat in the dining room the whole time. It took over 20 mins to order, and another 20 for my food. The employees never smiled, and moved slow. I thought this was fast food?? No one was friendly, and it was not busy. Nuggets & Fries were in the bag for at least 7 mins before burger was made and served soggy.

Always missing items when you drive off. No sour cream with a potato. No fries with a meal. Stop saying everything is in the bag when you're blindly passing it fof without checking it. AND THE DIET COKE NEVER TASTES LIKE DIET COKE, maybe they dont clean the machines or they're mixing it with seltzer, either away avoid at all costs.

I purchased a meal thru the drive tru. Customer service was fine. I only wish she had given me a straw so I can drink my soda. Not sure what was on that burger but what ever it was it cut my tongue. Not good. Please make sure what is going in the sandwiches/burgers.

Update: I saw they tried to refund me for the food but it didn’t go through because of an error with my card expiration date. I looked again today and the refund was completed. This is the only complaint I ever really had with this location and I go here almost 2 times a month or more since 2019 🫣. Updating to 4 stars because it seems to be an isolated incident I ordered delivery through the Wendy’s app. Paid extra fees on top of the receipt amount. My order is completely wrong and I got a dialup internet sound effect when I called the store number 😡. I ordered a big bacon classic and got something else. I HATE onions and taking them off won’t help remove the onion flavor 😤. It’s supposed to have lettuce and tomato. This really sucks because I’m starving and still don’t want to eat it. I called corporate and they were closed for the weekend. I noticed it was still through door dash so I called them and they couldn’t reach the store nor corporate either. On Nov 3rd Wendy’s emailed me for details about what was wrong and I replied right away but I still have no update nor partial refund about it…

I don’t often make negative reviews because one visit only captures a moment in time where an employee might just be having a bad day or the establishment might be working through some challenges. I visited the location a few times within the last 3 month and this has been a constant issue at the drive through, be prepared to wait anywhere between 15-20 minutes for your food after placing the order. At each of my visits I was asked to pull into a parking spot and wait for my order to come out. Slow/ poor service is bad for business, not really sure what is going on here but if you intend to retain customers the service has to improve.

This was the MOST delicious meal of my Entire Life!! The food was piping HOT FRESH Delicious & Nutritious! The menu options are Fantastic, the food Value is Wonderful! The staff are some of the kindest most dedicated Hard Working people I’ve ever met! They served our food with a Smile! The Staff went Above & Beyond and EVERYONE left HAPPY and NOURISHED!! What an amazing experience I’m definitely definitely coming back! I’ve never been to a WENDY’s before but I’m DEFINITELY DEFINITELY coming back!!! And I’ll bring all my friends and family!! You can even celebrate birthday parties Here!!! How WONDERFUL!! Thank you WENDY’s for giving me the best meal of my life this IRISH born and raised young lady had the most delicious potatoes in your Fabulous Restaurant!!! The good is always great. Salads are my favorites, but I encountered some attitude at the service window. The cashier was awesome, but the person handing me the food had a bad attitude.

Used restroom first..I like to judge all eateries by restroom first...if it's not to clean then why would we expect food areas to be?... urinal ricked bad,,how bout some pine sol ,,,,fries semi warm,I ate half but have to say quick service and spicy chicken sandwich was hot,spicy and good....just have staff check restroom every 30 mins... spray some pine sol takes to secs to spray,wipe,brush done ..

Absolute terrible service, if you can find another wendys in the area I'd highly advise you go anywhere but this location. For 1 the staff is always miserable and always have a bad attitude. The past 5 times I've come my order has only been correct once. I always get a bacconator with no mayo. It either has mayo on it, or is a completly different sandwhich. One mistake is fine no one is perfect. But 1/5 is unacceptable with the attitude they have. Like we as the customer are bothering them just by comming here to eat. I will never use this location ever again. I genuinely hope something changes because I've been comming here for over 15 years since I was kid.
