This place was gorgeous inside!! The service was amazing, and food and drinks were very delicious. I would say the only reason I did not rate a perfect five was because of the shrimp they offer at the end of the menu. To way pricey for what you get. Other than that outstanding place.

Right when you walk in the door, you know you're in for some delicious food. The wood fires gave a pleasant aroma, which mingled with the kitchen, resulting in a hearty smoked salmon smell to the air. The food and the drinks were just as good. Great atmosphere, and a great dining experience. I had the salmon pastrami bruschetta, and the duck. Both were great. The rolls and maple whipped butter where also very good, not to be passed up for sure.

Delicious!! I ordered the Kentucky French Kiss martini which was lovely. For an appetizer, we got the croquettes which were melt in your mouth good. I ordered the 12 oz Wyoming steak. It was delicious and so were the mashed potatoes. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered!

Decent food. Wasn’t really to my liking. The place is way too dark. The calamari was decent but it sure did have an old oil after taste. I had the meatloaf which was dried out. The bread was just OK. Would I return? Most likely not. They’re are much better places for the price.

My boyfriend and I both had the filet, and they were done to perfection! Had the Brussels sprouts appetizer, highly recommend. The brussels were perfectly carmelized and seasoned with pepper and garlic. Try their coffee as it's roasted in-house and phenomenal! Great service, cozy. Highly recommend!

We went here on Saturday August 26th 2023. We had reservations for 3pm. Walked in and were immediately seated. We were given the choice of outside or inside seating. We chose to sit outside because it was a beautiful 75 degree day. This place is nice. It's not perfect but it's really nice. The outside patio has 2 fireplaces. And they were lit, with real wood. It was amazing. Usually when a restaurant has fireplaces, they don't use them but these were in use. Very impressive. If you ever have the opportunity to visit this restaurant on a nice day, you have to sit on the patio, it was amazing. It got 4 stars because the first bathroom stall I went into was filthy and the toilet was backed up. For a restaurant this nice, it needs a little nicer bathroom setup. The service got 4 stars because it is quite slow. So if you are strapped for time, this is not the place for you. Honestly, the atmosphere is so nice that it really wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, this is a really nice restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. If you plan on going here, bring lots of money and plan on being here for at least 2 hours.

Sister company of the Infamous Hardware and Turf Room and they never disappoint. Everything was excellent. Service was super quick, friendly and the food portions were great. Atmosphere is always top notch. Went with a shareable mix and a steak and finished it all!

As a horse rider I loved the atmosphere and decorating. Service was overall really good, but I came with a party and they didn't realize I didn't have a drink till I said something. Food was amazing and I would definitely want to come back. The parking lot is also tight but manageable.

Flew into ORD this evening and my great friend took me here for dinner. The ribeye was phenomenal and was nicely priced ($45 or so—including a side) too! Waiter was kind and not intrusive. Management was very polite. Next time I'm here in town, I'll be back, no doubt! I had the Tres Leches dessert, it was a 3/5. The Chocolate dessert they have is the best! 5/5

Beautiful restaurant that's a hidden gem in Hoffman estates/South Barrington area. The food is top-notch with an extensive drink menu. They have the coolest bathrooms that mimic horse stables. 🐎 Service was outstanding, and the outside patio is gorgeous with real wood burning fireplaces. Great date night restaurant. Can't wait to come back again and again. We will come back for brunch on Sundays 11am-2pm

The ambience is absolutely fantastic with a nice lounge area circling the big fireplace in the center. Wasn't too impressed with appetizers though. Very small portions and expensive for what it's worth. Dinner was good. We tried steak and potato gnocchi, Jambalaya, and Stable Standard pizza. Portions were good. Draft beer selection could improve and include different styles other than just Stouts and porters (possibly due to winter season). Overall loved the ambience and looking forward to visit again in summer to enjoy their patio.

My dear friend and I met for lunch. Our first time eating here. Service was excellent with a very attentive waitress. My friend had the flat bread pizza which she enjoyed. Very generous portion. I had the Under the Tuscan Bun grilled chicken sandwich. Very tasty with lots of toppings. We will definitely return.

A great experience here last night. The fireplace area, for drinks before dinner is stellar! Best place to be on the chilly evenings this area will soon have. And, they make very good drinks--I really enjoyed the Dean Martin. After we moved to our table, food was also very good. Stuffed mushrooms and lobster mac and cheese were great. Dinner entrees, all were excellent. The duck confit was crunchy and delicious served on top of some very nice creamy risotto. Steaks were tender and cooked properly. Carbonara also nicely done. Sadly, we had no room for dessert. Our server was excellent. They do include a small admin fee on the bill, its just itemizing something that would otherwise be included in the menu prices. No reason to complain about that fee.

Our waitress, Andrea, was phenomenal! She went over and above! I do have a food allergy, and she checked with the kitchen to make sure the meals served at our table did not have onions. She has a great personality and made our visit, from Appleton, Wisconsin very enjoyable. The gentleman who was at the front who had someone seat us must have been having a terrible day. He made us feel like we had inconvenienced HIM by walking in the door at opening. Our waitress stated that they were expecting a large crowd for the For King and Country concert, so I hope the gentleman's attitude got better for the evening. The food was delicious, but I can only give 3 stars because of the gentleman. Have the best day possible. Robin Pitt

Overall a very nice place. Food was excellent, great beer/wine/booze selection. My only complaint was the bar service was slow, the bartender was missing a lot. And the beer poors were terrible, half foam. I realize prices have gone up, but when you pay that much for a beer and get half foam it's an issue for me.

We had excellent service! Food was great but especially the appetizers; duck wings, croquettes, brie curds and calamari all were equally amazing! The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered which was great and the flavor did not disappoint. Great food, great service and a reasonable price for the quality. Recommend

Drinks are way overpriced. Had a bourbon on the rocks. Was $29. Literally for an ounce. This bourbon is $65 at the store for a bottle. Asked bartender about the amount, he was disengaging. Then manager came out and to discuss with me, he was disengaging. Well managed places would at least throw a small splash your way. Downtown Chicago is cheaper. Plus way too dark inside, really, turn up the lights a little. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
