Be aware if you have good insurance or else you’ll be gone. They have offered me unwanted appointments stating that my reports had some serious conditions which could not be revealed over the phone and I already confirm with front desk before Doctor Visit about co-pay and out of pocket and they said everything will be covered under insurance. Upon visiting, the Dr mentioned that everything is normal and nothing to worry and my copay should have been very minimal but they charged a huge amount. The Dr gave me Vit B injection stating it will be covered under my insurance and that was also charged me. I went here for very first time for annual physical check up and it supposed to be cover everything under my insurance. The billing staff and especially lady is very rude and hung up the phone while i was talking to her. She has no sense to talk with the patients/Customer. My insurance representative called the Billing department and the same lady said that she don’t want to speak and hung up their call as well. Never would I ever recommend or go here again.

Had appointment with Deepak Sharma and Ritesh Patel comes and never interested in patient questions only interested in Insurance and get rid of in 5 minutes I would never recommend Ritesh Patel Also Ritesh has rude attitude

Me and my wife have been going to this place for last 7 years and things were fine. But we are never going back again. I was recommended stress test by the doctor, but I was not told of any special instructions for the test. My wife got a call 1 day prior at 1:45 pm telling that the test is going to be conducted over 3-4 hours and confirming the appointment. At the same time, they sent me email with the instructions and told my wife that I have till 5 pm to cancel the appointment. Given the short time on weekdays during office hours is not sufficient to respond but they don't care about it. I was still charged $250 for this appointment that I had to cancel. When I called the front desk, they responded rudely saying they are very busy and can not inform patients with these details early. They know they can just send this to collection and do not care about resolving patient's concerns. I am sure there will be a reply to this review claiming patients should be doing all this homework and proactively requesting for instructions for any test suggested by doctor.

Be very careful how you are billed. I had gone for an annual wellness check, they scheduled the women's wellness check for the following week from the regular check and categorized that as a follow up and not a wellness check which my insurance does not cover. The doctor pushes you to take Vitamin B12 shots. I specifically told them I would have to check with my insurance, the doctor went out and came back in and said that it had been checked and it will be covered by my insurance. They do not give you any time to think. THIS WAS NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE. The doctors are not trustworthy. The billing department is rude when you call with any questions. The billing department lady said she will not talk to me and hung up. Also, most 5 star reviews here seem to be from their own staff/family with no specific reason for 5 starts and all other reviews are negative/1 star. I would advise you seek your medical care elsewhere.

Appointment is made with a Female Doctor and Male Doctor Shah /Patel walks in and ask why not me ? She Just left. After I reschedule my appointment with Female Doctor she mentioned I was on Vacation that day. Why did Dr Shah/Patel and Staff not inform you. Atmosphere is very weird also. Besides there are Billing issues and Appointment issues also. just stay far far away from this place . Find another MD.

I went for a regular health check up with my insurance, told them ńőt to check anything which was not on my insurance, by the way my insurance is daam pretty good. I am seeing charges of B12 shots which I never received and never wanted to , there is an extra charge of $45 in my insurance account. This is ridicules and professionally unethical.

I've never had to give a 1-star review before, but this was the worst doctor I've ever been to. The doctor didn't listen to me and made me feel disrespected, and the nurse who drew my blood damaged my vein because she left a painful bruise that still hurts three months later since I visited. Other reviewers make a good point that a lot of the good reviews could be friends or family with the same last name.

Great place to go for Medical treatment. I had annual checkup & got required thing done & explain about my body medical attentions. Con - There is billing department lady who is very rude & hung up the call as soon as you ask her name but other staff members are very cooperative & listen to your needs. Thanks Dr & Staff (except billing dept lady) for your service. (1 less star is due to billing dept lady).

I was recommended to this clinic per my surgeon, they needed me to have medical clearance in order to proceed with my surgery. This place went above, they did all my test (blood, EKG, x-rays) and results were in within 2 days. All staff that I talked to were professional and very nice. Totally recommend this place and most likely will have them as my primary doctor.

If you are seeking a medical care facility and a PCP who you can genuinely trust THIS IS IT !!! From front desk staff, medical staff, therapists and Dr Patel everyone is fantastic and treat your needs wt top professionalism and quality care. At times when you need urgent medical care the staff will go above & beyond to quickly accommodate you and get you checked up. I highly recommend this facility and appreciate their service to our local community.

Deepak Sharma was kind and provided good service, however the office itself is horribly unorganized and just a mess. The front desk staff had an attitude and were rude. They were unable to provide a refund for charging me for my visit when it was an annual. I had my bloodwork done almost two weeks ago and have had to ask them twice to ask for my labs to be updated on my portal so that I can view results. They still have yet to be updated. I will not be returning back. Save yourself some time and money and find another provider if you're able!!!

Do not recommend the Schaumburg location at all! The guy at the front was very rude to my grandmother because he was asking my grandmother a couple questions about payment which my dad generally does so my grandmother had no idea as she was alone that day and he started talking very rudely and was laughing at my grandmother because she couldn't understand anything. The boy sitted at the front desk needs some ethical manners! Otherwise the staff was good who roomed my grandmother and also Dr. Raj who saw my grandmother was a very good doctor but that front desk guy is very very unethical and rude

All the 1-star reviews are accurate. I visited a couple weeks ago and this place is by far the worst doctor I’ve visited. Front staff is rude and the nurses are even worse. They kept pressuring me to agree to take booster shots and when I told them no they kept insisting that I do. They only stopped because I called them out and said how do you know I need one if you haven’t accessed my medical records. Like many others I had originally planned for a different doctor but Ritesh took over and he didn’t even ask me anything pretty much a hi and bye and “let me know if you need a prescription for anything” and left in a hurry due to the lady in the other room screaming at him that he and his entire practice was the worst and that the medication he gave her only made her condition worse. That was my cue to never come back. They also keep emailing me for a review so, here’s your review Dr.Ritesh.

The service and care from the employees and doctors in this clinic is one of the best I have experienced so far. Each and every staff member looks out for their patients and are very easy to talk to.

I was there last week .it was such a great experience.the employees were so so helpful and Dr.patel is one of the experienced and humble guy I have no words to thank them . I saw lots of bad comments here but i dont know what happened to them but i assure this is the best place to go for your medical concerns.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by multiple people in the front desk. Although I didn’t have an appointment, they were nice to work around that and got me in very quickly. I give it a 5 star simply because of the efficiency and caring quality that facility has. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need.

Don’t ever go to this location, nobody is there to take care of you. Everybody is there to waste your time. Front office staff is busy talking to each other in their language, so you can’t understand what they are talking about you. Hanover Park location is best, highly recommended

One of the best Doctor's..he taking care of perunts very nice.. he gives all ways his important times to the every pesunts..his deionized is 100 % true..he prescribed medicines all ways work..hard to find young Doctor's like him .he is the best Doctor's in a world.
