Good dentist who also seems to know his subject, but if you don't have the money to pay extra for any extra services that the health insurance doesn't cover, you should look for another dentist. A 3.5-fold factor is often used when billing and you are not informed exactly about the costs beforehand. As I said, it's a shame because it's a good dentist but unfortunately it costs money in the long run.
