My German boyfriend made an appointment for me (I was in town from America). Imagine my delight when I walked in to see all of my favorite Loreal Keratase products! Unfortunately, my German is not very good (I'm learning). And, as usual, the Germans think (they are wrong) that their English isn't good enough (it was). But it turned out great because they recruited the handsome Ollie to translate for me. He was adorable. He offered me tea. I told him to surprise me on the flavor. He brought me his favorite: a combination fennel, anise, and spiced. Delish! Lovely Marina did my highlights. She was meticulous and quick (an impossible combination to find, very often). I made a special request to have my grey NOT colored and she accommodated beautifully. The color turned out amazing! Pretty Jasmine did my haircut. She shampooed and gave me the best head massage I've ever had. She picked just the right products (I ended up taking them home with me). She carefully cut my hair and diffuse-dried it to maximize my curls. My. Hair. Looks. Amazing. This will be my hair salon from now on. I can't believe how lucky I am that my boyfriend chose this place. 5 plus stars!!! What a great experience!

I really enjoy going to Backstage! Olli is almost always at the reception, always with a smile and an unbelievable warmth. Thomas always has a plan, advises with patience and competence and puts my hairstyle wishes into practice. The atmosphere in the salon and in the entire team makes me feel good. I never liked going to the hairdresser, but now I look forward to every appointment and generally recommend the salon to everyone who asks me for a competent hairdresser with a pleasant atmosphere. I had very bad experiences with bleaching in Hanover over the years before I found this salon. The prices are reasonable for the service, the hairdressers are very good, I only use Kerastase care, I am very satisfied.
