The food was great honestly, I dear to say the best rotis in Barbados. Order the rum punch with your meal you won't be sorry. Friendly nice staff, parking available, kids friendly. Accepts debit cards as well.

We stopped here on our first day and couldn't stop going back. The food is beyond good, it's reasonably priced and the staff are a delight. They offer vegan options and I'm obsessed with the plantain. I will really miss this ray of sunshine when we return to England. Best food on the island..! Just off the beach so easy to drop in for lunch and also open until 9pm offering eat in or take away.

My friend and I went in to use the bathroom. We took a long bus ride from the airport. The woman working greeted us kindly and said it was ok to use the bathroom. She asked me if I wanted anything and I replied water is fine. We decided to go drop off our things, and then come back out to eat. The food smelled delicious and the staff was kind, so why not?! The lady ask if we would like anything, I replied no. Her smiled faded and she because hostile. I ask her how much for the water. She said “$5”! in such a harsh and nasty tone. I did not feel welcome anymore. So disappointing!

Delicious coconut wings and roti. You can get goat, chicken, beef, shrimp and lamb. Curries too. $10 USD a roti. Nice looking place. Looks like it mostly caters to tourists.

I've been recommended to try the roti den so many times in the past. I finally made it and it was pretty good. The roti skins were made fresh on the spot and cooked to golden perfection. The staff was very layed back and chill, very friendly as well. Definitely will be back

We had a couple of the vegetable rotis and we’re not disappointed. Crammed full of filling and flavour. We walked over to the beach and ate them with the beautiful view. We will definitely be going back.

Truly a hidden gem! The vegan/ vegetarian food is delicious and great value for money and the people who run this place are a delight. The lady who works nearly everyday making the roti’s made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of our holiday.

Great Roti's and really lovely people, although it was quite expensive. 2 x roti's, 2 x beers and a rum punch worked out to be £41.

By far rhe best Roti I've ever eaten. I can't leave Barbados without getting it one more time. I got the shrimp and chicken with potatoes and unlike other roti places, the shrimp were huge. My husband loved it as well. Highly recommend. Also, we were greeted in such a way that we felt very welcome. 5 stars.

We came here on a whim while on our honeymoon. The staff was very helpful and recommend what roti's we should try. We had goat with sweet potato mash and rum punch to drink. Was very tasty!!!

Food was great but we were openly ripped off. Recommended by our cab driver who, when we met again and told him of our experience, told us he wouldn’t have paid half that price. Shame we were exploited. Plenty of other places to go and I’d advise that.

To be honest the roti is OK 👍 But for a place that's so expensive outside/inside should be more appealing. The size of the roti has decrease 😱😱😱 I don't think we should be surprised 🤔 The price doesn't suit the products

I don't understand how others are calling this place the highlight of their holiday, must've been a pretty awful holiday. The interior looks awful, something like a childrens playplace, the display is very offputting, just some old food in pots behind glass. I ordered the chicken & vegetable curry, which came in under 3 minutes, you could tell it had been microwaved as it was both chewy and cold in some spots. If you'd like to live, do NOT come here.

This was the best roti we have ever had! There was an ample amount of chicken and my picky son ate his entire plate! We had the chicken roti, lamb roti, beef and chicken mix roti and the chicken and rice. All of it was amazing! The owner has been in business for 30 years and was so friendly. We would recommend everyone come to this delightful restaurant!

This was the highlight of our meals in Barbados. How can something so simple bring so much joy? Joyce and her crew provided us with our favourite meal during our vacation. We ate at several highly rated restaurants along the west coast but this local, simple restaurant gave us the best experience. The shrimp roti was our favourite. Highly recommend!

Nice place to have roti or rice plate with different curry. The seating place is really nice. They also do fresh juices. Parking available on rear . Four meals and four juices for 188BD. Not bad at all. Friendly service and did not have to wait long.

Stopped by as heard it was good and not disappointed. It’s no frills but perfectly comfortable and clean. Our delicious Goat Curry came quite quickly and staff very friendly, would be happy to make a return visit.

First time here, so i asked what was good/popular/ her favorite. Her response was always that they're all good. So I got a full lamb roti about half of it was bones, which she never told me about. For 25 bajan left me hungry still. Roti didn't hold up well and didn't taste that great.

  • 5/5 Fabkooks 1 year ago on Google
Lovely roti! I had a shrimp and potato roti, it was so good and the shrimp were huge. The seating area is really nice and comfortable and great customer service. I’ll be back to enjoy more roti.

I had a goat and potato roti, kept it deconstructed as the goat had bones. It was delicious and full of flavor. Also had a passion fruit lemonade, was most refreshing. Yes, good food and excellent service. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming, thanks Joycelyn 😊

Are you a vegetarian? Love curry but don't want something overly spicy on vacation? Go here and get the veggie plate or veggie roti. I had the plate - 3 curries and rice. My wife loved the saltfish roti as well. Owner is kind, place is clean and comfortable.

  • 3/5 Graham M. 1 year ago on Google
The rotis were very good. However a bottle of local beer was B$ 8. That is the most I paid anywhere on the island. Local beer is generally priced at between B$ 3 and B$ 7 depending where you buy it. B$7 in an expensive restaurant. I felt cheated

  • 4/5 J P. 1 year ago on Google
Very good rotis. We went for a salt fish and a goat one. Both very good by the goat one had bones. I guess it is normal but the fact of having bones stopped me from enjoying it. The staff and the service are superb.

An absolute 5 star Caribbean food experience. Delicious, fresh food, accommodating service and a cute lil spot to enjoy it all in. I strongly recommend you give them a try if you’re in Barbados

  • 4/5 Elliot T. 7 months ago on Google
A quick eat, and reasonably priced. Felt like a more authentic bajan experience. Our rotis were very enjoyable. As we went later on in the day (7pm) some of the more popular options had sold out. It’s also worth calling ahead to see if they’re still open as their opening times seem to vary.

Been coming here for years. It is great local food, roti’s and rice dishes, order, pay and have a Banks while you wait. The owner is a lovely woman.

A beautiful place to eat, we had a lovely breeze coming through the windows! The ladies are all so kind and friendly too. Wonderful experience for my second time. I had the chicken and veg Roti which is incredible and my partner had the all lamb Roti which had a lot of bones in.

Great local spot. We stopped here on our way to Harrison caves. The owners were sweet and pleasant. It's a cute little place that the locals frequent. I had beef roti. It was delicious for my first time eating roti.

The Roti I had (all chicken) was not worth the price. Delivery was fast

  • 4/5 Adom Christopher T. 4 years ago on Google
Placed at the bottom of the hill and along the busy coast road, you can tell that this place receives a lot of foot traffic as their rotis are prepared quickly and unfortunately served (at least for my experience) closer to room temperature. The taste makes up for this because they are quite delicious. As well I ordered wings and was pretty disappointed with what i received and for the cost as the wings were small and not particularly well seasoned. However, the star of the show is still the Roti so its highly recommended!

Really lovely fresh roti wraps. Big portions and reasonably priced (particularly for Barbados). Surroundings are simple but clean, with quick service and cold beer. I had the goat and veg roti which was wonderfully flavourful. I had wished it was a tad hotter, but a dab from the very hot sauce sorted that right out.

  • 4/5 Aaron D. 4 years ago on Google
Good food, friendly service. Curry goat was mixture of hot and cool temperature meat.

The rotis lack flavour as the chicken has not been properly seasoned. Service is ok but the food is just 2 star, in my opinion.

The Roti Den is a little nook of a place where colourful curry flavours in delicious Caribbean eats are cooked-up and dished out, to eat on the spot ot take away. The parking is limited, but so is the property. I observed no facilities for the handicapped... ramps, parking etc. The adjacent highway and conjoining junction can become very busy making parking lot exit a bit tricky. The interior decor is a need of a bit of updating, it is not a reflection of the food or customer service. For a small place with its limitations, the Roti Den cranks out some big flavours in reasonable portions too. Taste for yourself and see.

7 years ago, we loved it so much, we had to make this one of our visits whilst holidaying in this beautiful country and come back here for some yummy grub! Luckily we still have a few more days here and will go back for some more chicken and Roti. Other half had goat and potato roti and he loved that! True Bajan flavours, we just love it! The restaurant offers rice dishes too and there is a big variety of both, rice and Roti dishes

Good local food choice. Barbados $60 for two roti (meat and veg) plus two beers. Tasty and filling. Friendly service. Meat chunks can come on the bone, so if you're not used to that, worth knowing.

  • 5/5 James B. 4 years ago on Google
Good roti by lovely Guyanese owner. I small suggestion: get one person to take orders, and the bills, and another to prepare the food. Can take a while to pay or order when it gets busy.
