Been here several times before and went out of my way to try something new, and I was not disappointed by the new fondue burger! Cooked wonderfully, with the side bowl of fondue feeling nearly gourmet in taste. I also got some of the pretzel bites and found them to be crisp and delicious. With excellent food, attentive wait staff that were always available to help, and a wonderful atmosphere. Red Robin's is one of my favorite places to eat!

We were told we would have about a 15 minute wait. The hostess Melissa was very nice and the manager came to us a few mins later and apologized for our wait. Very nice lady. Jackson who seated us also apologized and was very polite. Our waitress Amber was awesome. She was good with my small grandkids she was on top of everything and our food was delicious and we were not rushed. Place was packed but the staff kept everything moving. I give credit to the manager she had an amazing staff working tonight. I would recommend bringing the family here. I know I will be back.UPDATE*** We want back during the day and everyone was excellent. CJ our server was fantastic. Fast service great food.

We've been to Red Robin many times. Enough that the price to enjoyment factor had wained. Our youngest and I went tonight shedding the stress is the week. It was the best visit in a while! Even though COVID makes the experience worse the food and service made the visit great. We shared The Towering Onion Rings. I had The Madlove Burger. It was a great burger! He had The Southern Charm Burger. And the fries were good as always. I forget to take a good picture of the burgers before. :(

This Place Is Amazing!. The General Manager, Gerardo, Provided An Outstanding Experience. He’s Always Very Attentive To The Customers, Which Is Something That’s Hard To Find Now Days. We Got Our Food Right Away Even Though There Was A Party Of 40 People. I Really Do Admire Gerardo As He Is A Very Hard Worker And Always All Over The Place (That’s How I Noticed Him And Finally Asked For His Name) Every Time I’ve Came In Here He’s The One Running The Restaurant. He Works Great Under Pressure And Is Always Doing Something, I’ve Seen Him Also Mopping When A Waitress Accidentally Spilled He Just Handled It So The Waitress Could Keep Giving Attention To Customers. This Is Something You Never Really See. Awesome Job Gerardo, You Deserve Even More!.

My first time ever going. Strawberry lemonade was the bomb! And our waitress was an absolute sweetheart and super duper funny:-) I would definitely go back and recommend

The burgers were great as always. The server was outstanding. She was pleasant and cheerful. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star was the Hostist. She walked us all over the empty restaurant (it was 4:30) then wanted to seat us at a tiny table. When requested, she did seat us at a regular booth.

Food was not hot. The pig out burger they used to have is no longer the same at all. I'm not sure why they would change it, or think that coating a burger patty in brown sugar would come close to the way it was. The fries were like white because they were undercooked so bad. We won't be back. Culvers is a quicker and better quality option in my opinion.

What can I say great burgers and fries!sometimes there little busy but eh, worth the wait. The place is always clean even before covid, at lease o. The dining side, cant speak for the kitchen, but glad to see my favorite burger joint keeping in there, see ya guys again soon!
