I have only been to this BIGGBY one time and got a buy one get one free iced coffee with a coupon. Though I love their iced and frozen coffee, the guy that made mine drizzled the caramel all over not only the top, but all over the sides of both of the cups. Would not have been a problem if I didn't have to pick both of them up, get in my truck, and drive with them. Even though their coffee's are really good, I only get one once a year because I think they are way overpriced.

One of my favorite coffee shops - and this location did not disappoint! Super helpful and lovely staff (drivethru) excellent breakfast sandwich, muffin and smoothie. And a wonderful choc Irish cream that was not too sweet. Always a favorite!

Always nice to have Sugar free options, had a sugar free hot butter bear latte, 1st time to visit Biggby on South Washington. Nice staff and would get a butter bear again!

Great selection of coffee and coffee drinks. Excellent bagel sandwiches and other goodies. Staff members extremely friendly. Ask for a pup cup for your puppy.

Can't go wrong going to a Biggby Coffee. Hot or Iced, they have a lot great flavors. I go there for the Coffee, but the food is good too.

So disappointed. This location is so inconsistent it's not funny. I pay for extra shots of espresso alot an don't receive them half the time, I barely get enough cream when I ask for it, don't get napkins when I order a messy bragel, the new girl double charged me a few weeks ago an I was never refunded an today I was the first an only customer I order a turkey havarti an received HAM. I cannot eat pork an there's no way the barista didn't realize it instead she just sends me on my way with the wrong order even tho nobody else was there. Shame on this location. Been having issues nonstop lately.

The people at both Holland biggbys are always so friendly. I think biggby is just a little quirky. The one on Chicago drive has a room you can use for corporate events and if I recall, the room was actually free to use, you just have to reserve it. I like going to the one on the south side with my four year old, and he says they have the yummiest treats.

Great service and selection of drinks. Location is on the corner and easy to get to.

Place sucks. Asked for cream cheese on both sides of bagel. Barely had cream cheese on 1 side. Also asked for light sweet foam on my cold brew and still got the same amount, which is literally 1/3 of the drink and it makes it too sweet. Waste of my money Don't go to this location

You are always greeted when you walk through the door. The drinks and coffee are well prepared. Be prepared to wait early morning, but it's worth it. This location can be noisy and cold. The parking lot is a little confusing the first time as it makes it looks like drive through only driving up through the parking lot behind but you can drive past the drive through lane and park in front.

The barista the day I was there was not as knowledgeable as I would have liked. I asked in my opinion all the right questions for my allergies and still ended up with an anaphylactic shock.

Coffee carafe was empty. She handed me empty cup and I had to let them know coffee was gone. I ordered Bagel sandwich and said no cheese. She repeated, no cheese? I said that's correct, no cheese. I got in the car and the breakfast sandwich was slathered in cream cheese. Yuk.

Love it that they have boba.. I'm a regular on my drink so when I order a few already know who I am.. love it..
