I was super impressed by the service tonight. Super helpful and fun baristas. They let me just describe my dream coffee and crafted it for me, with a beautiful leaf design on top! When they charged me for the custom drink, they made sure that they found the best price for me (my drink is similar to a few options on the menu). Then as we were working away, they brought us a couple of complementary cookies! Yummy! I never buy the sugar cookies because I think they’ll be dry. But these were AMAZING. So buttery. And the icing isn’t just powdered sugar like you’d expect, it’s white chocolate. I will definitely be getting one of these the next time I come in. Overall I felt very welcomed. Thanks so much!

Drive thru barista was AMAZING!! It was one of her first days and while my drink was being made, she had a good conversation with me! I hope she sees this and it makes her day like it did mine! Will definitely be coming back! :)

Natalie handled a significant amount of orders during a Thursday promotion. She had an amazing work ethic, maintained a positive attitude, treated customers with respect and created delicious drinks. She represented herself and Starbucks well. Thank you.

I went to get coffee yesterday morning before work and when I pulled up to the window I noticed the cashiers were laughing to each other. I didn't think much of it, so I took my coffee and went to work. Once I got to work I was drinking it, and I felt a hair in my mouth. I pulled it out thinking it was one of my hairs since it looked like my hair color, and continued drinking my coffee. I then pulled another hair out of my mouth, took the lid of my drink, and mixed it together. When I pulled my straw out there were multiple pieces of hair stuck to it, and the more I looked the more I found. I called the store and told them what was going on and they offered to make me another drink, which I declined. I don't want to think it was intentional, and at the time I didn't, but the more I think about it the more I think it may have been. I am just not sure why, as I have always been super respectful and nice when I go there for coffee, and this time was no exception.

Rude rude rude.! I came here asking for a drink that is made at Starbucks on 40th street captain sundae and I met automatically with “we don’t make that drink, it was discontinued many years ago!” Lol I just got the drink last week at another Starbucks. She continued to the Debating me about this drink in front of many customers and is now on the other side of the door laughing about it with the same guy that was behind me, thinking it’s funny! So unprofessional, I would never be back here.!

Some of the best service; I always ask for a surprise latte and they kill it every single time. The staff is all friendly and extremely nice. Possibly the calmest crew during a rush I’ve ever seen. kudos all around. Love this place so so so much!

We go through the drive thru around 1-2 times per week. We have a good experience every time we go here. Quick service with a smile & great tasting coffees & food.

Always a good option for quick eats and hot/cold coffees. This location was clean, not so crowded, friendly staff. Didn’t experience any wait time while ordering.

Opened earlier than the other area starbucks which was very helpful to me. Two nice workers hustling (they were clearly understaffed). Clean and spacious lobby. Nice outdoor patio space

The Iced Lemon Loaf is so delicious and soft. It just melts in your mouth! My husband ordered a peppermint mocha, and he said it was good as well.

Staff is always nice and drinks are always made well. On very rare occasions where something is made wrong, staff members are always courteous when resolving the issue.

Me and a friend went in for coffee and i have received mine within 15 minutes but my friend never received hers we waited for almost an hour from 2:45pm to almost 3:30pm and still no coffee for my friend. She went up one time to ask about her coffee and they stated "we are really busy and we are trying to get the orders out as quickly as we can". Both of us understood that they were busy but we got tired of waiting for my friends one coffee. Probably won't be going back here again unfortunately 😕

Way too busy for area allowed. Parking lot is inaccessible from drive thru backup, lobby is standing room only. Great staff and service, keep great demeanor despite demand.
