I wish there was 10 stars because I would give her a higher rating! Oh my goodness; she is so amazing, understanding, easy to talk to, and very good at what she does. The sugaring did not take long at all. She went above and beyond and was so easy to talk to. She made me feel like I was her only client for the day. She made me laugh and she made me feel like a new woman by the time I left! I love her and I will be back! ❤️ If you haven't booked her, then you definitely should!!

Bethany is THE BEST! I have been receiving sugaring services from her for almost TWO YEARS. Not only is she BEYOND experienced and knowledgeable in this service {10+ years}, she's also kind and caring. We clicked instantly personality-wise, which was also important to me when initially booking with her. Coming from Grand Rapids to her location in Holland is worth every minute of the drive there and back. She creates a relaxed environment and customized experience - along with thorough communication during each visit. I genuinely look forward to seeing Bethany every 4 weeks. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Bethany is absolutely amazing. I have used other sugaring services elsewhere, and they cannot compete with Bethany’s expertise and lovely space. The salon is welcoming, sanitary, and serene. Bethany herself is an expert at what she does: she will make you feel comfortable and her attention to detail is meticulous! I also want to mention that she has a wide range of availability, which is important to me as I work some odd hours. If you are on the fence about giving sugaring a try, do it! You will definitely be a satisfied costumer.

She even offered to speak with me before my appointment so I could learn more about the process. Throughout the appointment she was kind and professional and made sure I was doing okay. We chatted the entire time which made the experience that much better. A few days after the appointment was over, she reached out to me, and followed up to see how I was doing and feeling. Full disclaimer: I'm partial. I've tried other sugarist when Bethany was booked up and no one else has ever compared. I've been with Bethany G. for over a decade, that fact alone virtually says it all. Her setting is soothing and sanitary but that is the bare minimum. She's detail oriented and takes pride in her work, which I truly appreciate. I am diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and there are appointments where I'm in more pain then others or very stiff and Bethany is an absolute treasure because she's very understanding and patient. Furthermore, my limitations do not interfere with the quality of her services. She simply works with and around what I'm able to do on a given day. Some might say her customer service is excellent. I prefer to acknowledge it along the lines of patient care and she is superb. If you've never been sugared, never had a Brazilian, looking to get you're eyebrows shaped, or just trying someone because your regular is booked; you cannot go wrong scheduling with Bethany Geelhoed.
