In September 2023, my family and I had an incredible week in Harz, and the Akzent Hotel Villa Saxer made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was delicious. What truly stood out was the exceptional and friendly staff, making it one of the best hotels we've ever experienced. We look forward to returning!

I cannot find a single thing that I didn’t like about this hotel! Everything was perfect. The staff were all friendly. The room was big and the bathroom was enormous! I enjoyed the best breakfast that I have ever had in any hotel world wide hands down. We were even allowed to park our car earlier than check in and that saved us the parking cost in the city. The city is also just a few hundred meters away. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a wonderful stay. Keep up the good work!

Staying at a junior suite for 2 nights and paying for Euro 300/night, i expect at least to also get a hair conditioner, not the standard all-in-one body-shampoo, same product as standard room? We traveled by train with small kid and did light packing. We didn't bother to bring our own bath amenities considering staying in a suite and paying not cheap price, i expect to get a decent product for my hair. At their website it stated "care products" available in junior suite but in reality its only the all-in-one-body-shampoo, so its only one care product available. Room: big and clean Service: friendly reception Location: 10 minutes walk to city centre

The are of the hotel make me feel very relaxed. Hotel as itself is in nice elegant style, clean and comfort.

We booked this for a weekend in Harz mountains and locations was perfect. Room spacious, modern and very very clean. We opted for including breakfast and be sure you do the same as it’s the most diverse and tasteful breakfast I ever experienced. There are more than amble choices for both Traditionalists and Vegetarian. Highly recommended!!

We were treated amazing by the staff. They were very kind and put us in a large room in a seperate building all by ourselves, with nice city views. There is a moldy smell in the bathroom, even if the bathroom is 100% clean; they should really figure out what's causing this, and get it fixed. When we were just there, the weather was comfortable, so we had windows open in the room and bathroom, but I accidentally turned on the AC, and it sounded quite loud, at least in our room, so if it had been middle of summer, it might have been annoying. I don't know if the climate system is the same in all rooms. Never the less, I really enjoyed the hotel, and the fact that they offer parking is really important, because we have experienced from previous trips to Goslar, that parking in the center can be a challenge. Don't miss the breakfast, it's totally worth the money. I would love if they also served dinner in their nice restaurant, but I understand that that's a whole other animal, and can be challenging to do profitably.

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Saxer in Goslar. It is located near the city center, a short distance from restaurants and the main square. We stayed here for 5 nights and everything was just perfect. The Villa is clean as well as the rooms. A plus is the gourmet delicious breakfast… so so good. At the end of our stay, we had nothing to complain about it. The staff is very polite and they helped us everytime we needed. Good job, Akzent Villa Saxer. Keep going like this. Thank you so much!

Very nice hotel. Well equipped and all you need with a good service. Central location, quite and with locked private car parking.

Great hotel, spotlessly clean. We had an apartment with kitchenette absolutely everything we needed, the kitchen was equipped with high end equipment, little things like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid salt and pepper very much appreciated. Super comfy beds in a very bright and roomy apartment. Lovely roomy bathroom and of course immaculately clean, the only criticism is there was no shower mat and the floor was quite slippery when wet which was tricky for my elderly mother, we went out and brought one for her which solved the problem, we did mention it to the hotel staff who said they would have provided one if we had asked. The buffet breakfast had a large choice all very tasty and the two waitresses were a delight very helpful and friendly, so nice that they took the time for a little chat every morning made it feel very homely.the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the town centre, bus and train station. The only disappointment was the raised prices because we went on a German bank holiday, something to be aware of as the prices per night were almost double, what a shame, otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Modern room, nice breakfast. No complaints.

The hotel was super clean with tastefully designed rooms. Our bathroom was modern with a superb shower. Bed was large and comfortable and all the furnishings were modern and in exceptional condition. Our room had a safe and house slippers included. The corridors and elevator were clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had set in a very pleasant dining room. Set in easy walking distance of the Town centre. For the price, this hotel is definitely worth the money

Nice hotel, nice room, only breakfast, good parking - rooms 50 meters from trains - from 6 o'clock in the morning till 23...., not acceptable to the very high rate for the rooms, never stay there again

Gem of a place. From the standard of the rooms, pleasant check in and impeccable service throughout. The EV Tesla destination chargers are one of the best on this 2022 roadtrip. It feels like so much care and attention has been given to accommodate all guests. A wholeheartedly thank you to the whole team!

My brother and I stayed one week in the wonderful Harz in August 2023. One of many highlights was our hotel. The Akzent Hotel Villa Saxer is the best hotel any of us ever stayed at. From the nice rooms with firm and comfortable beds to the delicious breakfast and, not the least, the friendly and serviceminded staff ... everything was just perfect.

We had 4 days at this super hotel. The rooms, the breakfast and all facilities was at the top. All the staff was wery helpfull, smiling and top class. We will come again for certain.
