Will never stay here again. We stayed here earlier this year. It was clean and check in staff was nice. Most breakfast items were always out and that's right when it opened. When we checked out and got home we noticed a $400 charge that was not correct. After speaking to the manager several times, he still hasn't done anything about it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The initial room we were given had not been cleaned by housekeeping so they had to switch rooms. The room we were given was clean and comfortable. Last night we checked out the pool and there were a lot of people in the pool so we decided to check out the pool this morning and the water was cloudy and had a weird smell. I used to service swimming pools as my job and there was not enough chlorine in it

Stayed here for two days for a wedding in Hollister. This hotel was chosen and booked by the hosting family. I have travelled in over 25 countries and have stayed in many hotels in 3 continents. This Holiday Inn Express in Hollister is one of the very few hotels which I would remember for years. We were extremely pleased with the whole visit, from check in to breakfast to cleanliness. This was a new property and we enjoyed our stay. The lobby is spacious and have a modern look. Our room has adequate space and beds were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and have all amenities. Breakfast has good selection and I appreciate the hot food items. I would definitely stay here again. The electric blinds in the room are very cool and once closed, the room gets really dark even during the day which makes it very easy to sleep in day time. The bed is comfortable, and the handicapped room is perfect for roll-in capabilities. Very modern room. Parking is directly outside the window of your room and you can see your vehicle parked, regardless of what floor you are staying. It is an easy access from the parking to the lobby, and luggage dollies are plentiful at the front door. If I ever need to stay near this location, I will not hesitate to choose this hotel. Had a great wonderful stay at this location. Highly recommend. Front staff was very welcoming and wonderful to deal with. I enjoyed every second of my stay. Liked the body-soap/shampoo dispensers. Great selection of channels on the TV, and the bed and linens were top rate. Towels were almost new and smelled so fresh. I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Hollister and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new or renewed . So clean . Rooms specious . Breakfast good. Staff nice. Hotel have pool, gym and laundry room . There is meeting room and market. The area around the hotel so quite . The hotel reception is so beautiful .

Cleanest, newest Holiday Inn Express I've been to. I've stayed at many of your hotels around the country! Easy to check in. Was given a room close to parking, the side entrance and the elevator. Ideal location. The room is perfectly clean. The floor was very quiet! I'm so used to hearing other guests. The pool is indoor and heated. It has a depth of 4.5 feet. Needed a special key card to activate lights, wifi, and TV in my room. Haven't seen that at other hotels. Also plenty of handicapped parking and electric vehicle free charge parking. Nice gym and laundry facilities. One of the best complimentary continental breakfasts around. Only suggestion? I wish you had a hot tub to go with the pool. Excellent hotel and highly recommend!!

Top 5 hotel breakfasts of all time. Highly recommend. They have a few EV charging spots. Really safe area. Nice employees. It's a short hike downtown, but there's some good food options nearby if you don't mind walking.

Hotel was nice, and we were satisfied. However, they charged me extra 500 dollars for one night without informing me. Upon the call with the front desk, it was because the room TV was broken after we checked out. However, we did not use TV at all in that night. I have to wait for their manager call to resolve the issue. Right now I am still waiting. This kind of issue never happened before in all my hotel stays with other IHG locations. This is very disappointed.

The hotel is new. Therefore the hotel is in great shape. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The free breakfast was delicious. Next to a gas station, and only a few minutes from downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

This Holday Inn allowed for phone check-in, which was perfect because we arrived after midnight, but our reservations were locked in. This location was perfect for visiting Corbin; only about a 7 minute drive from the hotel.
