they gave me a drink thats been sittin for hours taste like water

Just got home from a very long day of work yesterday evening. I do not live in town as I live in Paicines and drive far just to get home. So gross to find all the packets of hot sauces opened, leaking and wait.... Taped together! Now my husband is throwing up his portion of what he ate. Disgusting, I will never come back and reporting this to the health services. Do not go here at all.

What the heck is up with this meat to lettuce ratio Taco Bell?

Is good most of the time but last time the personal it was something else on the good way!!!

Just went to this Taco Bell and they were SO polite. So polite, I had to leave a review. I was very pleasantly surprised by their customer service.

Their crunchy tacos are a staple and always good. Whether you are drunk or a teenaged kid looking for hungerpan relief, they'll be there for you even late night.

For the past three years they’ve been messing up drive thru orders. Today the cashier “forgot” to give me back my debit card. Be sure to keep an eye on your card transactions after you use your card here. That’s how people that work in most businesses get away with fraud.

It is what it is. Fast food can't be difficult sometimes weather your working or ordering food. People need to have patience as well as good customer service!

Had a late night order of $56 that I placed through the app for a pickup at 11 p.m. and they came through and they threw in a free large diet Pepsi for free 😜. I saved the late-night get together thanks to Taco Bell! The order was perfect, even got my fire sauce in there. Oh yeah, but you only gave me three napkins for the 30 items I ordered. Sorry, I had to laugh about.

Lived many places, and taco bell is my kids favorite fast food restaurant! We eat there even when we are traveling for vacation, or holidays. This taco bell is the best we've ever been to. We've lived here 3 months, and have eaten here probably 10 times. They've gotten our order correct ever single time! The team here is by far the best. Keep these people if you can taco bell! They deserve raises. Not to mention friendly, and fast! They can have a line out the door, and you won't want more then 15 min. Keep it up guys.

Never had much wrong ,a couple times got shorted a couple tacos but no big deal it was on a large very large order. Very pleased with the service. Thank you Becky Ford 12/16/2022

I have never had such a small amount of meat before on my tacos it was like a smidge they usually have way more meat, I wasn’t even getting full, so crazy. Looks like there are many more reviews up to a year ago stating the same thing so they clearly don’t care and definitely won’t be going back to this location. Gilroy is it!

Horrible customer service. Sorry it's Saturday and open till 1 A.M I pulled up about 12:50 A.M. and they tell me it's closed. I spoke with a female and a male once inasked to speak with a manager. They continued to say how they are closed but couldn't give me a reason why their store closes at 12:50 A.M. Last thing I checked online it closes 1A.M. False Advertising. Ask the employee to ask for store owner info and stopped responding. The best part is I passed to the window to see them setting themselves up for a feast making food. I will be contacting corporate. Not a good look on this store especially for what the employees were doing. Sorry if I sounds like a Karen, but facts are facts. They shouldn't advertised they're open late if they "Aren't Open". Would love a response from the owner. Please and thank you!

My lunch special: Beef burrito with (3) items, Cheddar cheese, sour cream and green sauce!! Mmmmm delicious!!

Is there a reason why you leave the cheese off of tacos??? Seriously people… it’s a simple process… meat, lettuce, CHEESE!!!! I gave you guys another chance and this time you left the red sauce AND onions off of my bean burrito…. Note to management: TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!

One of the fastest Taco Bell drive-thru is I have been in in a long time the food was hot and super good portioned definitely give this place a stop on your way through town

Best Taco Bell in Hollister. The manager is old school, she's been around for a long time in the business.

We have been coming here for many years. And it's the best one of the two that are here in town. Even though the one by Target is considered "the new one" this one is still the better one.

The staff was friendly and patient. My order was accurate and tasty. I recommend this Taco Bell.

Super nice staff super fast food. It's cool for Taco Bell if you're in California then you know.
