Ordered al pastor tacos and where pretty good, amazing flavor and consistance , not realy high on price so i enjoyed them, will come vack again

Must try the avacado chili was so bomb the day i tried this. Great quality al pastor tacos but this is lacking some flavor. Somebody with diabetes cooking healthy no salt. The pineapple should have been sweeter not sour. The nachos were so bomb the beans with the sour cream and chili delicious. People were so nice.

Tacos where on point, burrito looked really good my fiance forgot to share a bite. Torta de milanesa, oh man it was good. Bread so soft, definitely going back for some tacos and a burrito.

Such kind staff and great tasting food. $1 tacos on Wednesdays are a must!

Very friendly lady whom takes the orders both in person and over the phone. The AL pastor tacos are delish!! Literally too die for 😩 definitely coming again!! Oh and tacos are on special on wednesdays! only al pastor 🙌

This is the second time that I ordered a burrito of a specific meat ( to go ) and once I am at home ready to eat I found out they gave me a burrito of something else. Either the person taking the order does not know how to write my order correctly or the cook does not know how to read. Plus they take a long time to have your order ready.

This place has the best shrimp burritos! I've had them 3 times now (excessive, I know but worth every calorie) and they are perfect every time! They are cheesy, just perfect amount of everything, except this last time it was usually skimpy on the shrimp. My boyfriend has tried the nacho fries and nachos and has felt disappointment both times, the cheese doesn't melt, his nacho fries didn't have much al pastor and the cheese wasn't melted on either. They have great tacos, too. Their red salsa is on point! Flavorful and spicy! While my boyfriend is not the greatest fan (he's pickier than I), I love this place, good food, great service, always fast.

Today I went to Metro Balderas taqueria because it is really close to my house, but I feel really disappointed for the way they treated me, the food is not even ok!! The staff no friendly at all, I ordered (to go) two orders of tacos "without onion" and when I opened the plates at home I saw the tacos covered with onions on both plates, I took them back to the taqueria to get my order right and the girl taking the orders don't want to re make the tacos to correct my order, she was blaming on me, saying that i didn't ordered them without onion (she was on the phone plus talking with the cook at the same time that she was taking my order), she wasn't friendly at all !! After they processed many more orders, finally they gave me "my new orders", and when I checked it in front of them, guess what!!?? they only made me one plate with fresh tacos without onions but the plate on the bottom was one the same plates with tacos with onion that I took back to them!!! This is disrespectful!!! They think that my time is not valuable or what!!!?? "The customer is always right" is not practiced by them!! By the way, they charge you extra for the salsa!! Don't even try this place....If you are in Hollister looking for really good tacos and excellent customer service go to "Los Grullenses" by Hollister Super on 4th Street.

The staff was friendly. My order was accurate. I enjoyed my food but the chicken was too spicy for my delicate palate.

Fast call-in. Ready on time. Huirachas with a whole grilled tasty noodles paddle on top of tasty carne asada. Alhambra with shrimp was yummy too.

Service is not wath it used to be, the plate I ordered supposed to come with tortilla and it didn't when I asked the waitress about my tortillas he said o it's going to be an extra charge because YOU didn't request the tortillas when you placed your order, they didn't bother asking if I wanted them plus the menu says that the ALAMBRE plate comes with tortillas so I ended up paying extra, it's not about the tortillas it is about the experience, never going back.

I have gone here enough times to say their food is authentically delicious! The food portions are just right: no overfilling your plate with food you'll take in a box. They give you chips and salsa when you dine in. Their service is fast and friendly. As someone who lived in Hollister all their life, I am glad this place is doing so well because other restaurants have occupied this space before until they unfortunately closed. I recommend their burritos and alambres, and of course their carne asada tacos. 😁

6 Star Service!! Amazing food. Give it a try! One of the best in the tri-county area. I tend to be disappointed when I try new places because this is one of my standards 😬 sets a high bar for quite a deal!

A GOOD PLACE FOR A QUICK BITE NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THIS PLACE OTHER THAN $1 AL PASTOR TACOS ON THE SPIT ON WEDNESDAY. ALL MEATS (CARNES) SERVED ARE GOOD THEY ALSO HAVE SUADERO(BRAISED BRISKET) AND TRIPAS ON THE MENU THEY ALSO OFFER A CAMPECHANO TACO WHICH YOU CAN ADD TWO MEATS GOOD PRICES .
