Horrible service and rude employees. They messed up my order and instead of fixing it as they should, they blamed it that it was my fault (I ordered it online). She lied and said the meat was mixed with the veggies which was a complete lie. I am allergic to onions and peppers so I could’ve had a really bad reaction and they didn’t take it seriously. Don’t come here at all if you want to go home in a bad mood and an empty wallet from having to order again and again and them messing it up. This really ruined subway for me and I don’t think I’m going to be eating here for quite a while.

I've been going here for years. Now that they serve a low cal breakfast, I'm all in. Unfortunately that's not the case anymore. I stopped going after a bad customer service issue with one of the girls (Hispanic, light complected) during breakfast hours. I tired about 6 weeks later (for breakfast) and same issue with the same girl. Poor attitude, sloppy service, not inviting, just leaves me with a bad taste for Subway. Try the new one next to Gold's Gym or go to my favorite - Togo's.

Place is clean. I asked for a veggie sandwich. There employee put +/- lettuce they sprinkle everything else. I asked for more olives and bell peppers, she did the same, got like 5 olives. But she also took some time prepping my sandwich.

The website glitches and didn’t save the order right on one sandwich. That person cannot eat it now and they refused to help us out. My wrap specified lettuce but I got a lot of spinach. She claimed she made it right and had the receipt in her hand and I told her I was looking at the receipt I printed out and she still said she did nothing wrong and could not help me. O-k well this business is taking you out of rotation ✌🏻

Consistently messed up on each sandwich, didn't bother fixing it after pointing it out. Ditzy, careless employees who would rather joke and laugh with each other instead of getting things done while customers are waiting and watching.

With three Subways in town, you're always near one. A decent sandwich altho I prefer Togos, but at HALF the price. If you get their spouses, there is always a special going on so it's even cheaper....

This is the best subway ive been too, the sandwich was so fresh and cheese so creamy. The only thing i miss is there personal pizza they use to have.

Worst subway I've ever been to. Rotten ingredients and totally unsanitary. Will be complaining to the health department. Also terrible service and they messed up the order. This place should be shut down before it kills someone

Horrible experience! Never coming to this subway again . Placed a order online , got my food and half way eating my sandwich I notice there was a fly(bug) in my food. Felt absolutely disgusted and physically sick after this. I tried calling about my experience, and got a rude employee that told me I was lying about a bug being in my food. Came in two days later, to talk to the manager Rita. She was unapologetic and didn't sympathize with the situation. Couldn't even get a full refund for my food . Super disappointed, as I come here often , because it is closer to my home. Horrible customer service, this is unacceptable. Do better!

I started coming to this Subway because of bad service from the other Subway in Hollister location. The owner and all employees treat you with respect.
