The entire vibe at Beau Monde is welcoming for all and intentionally inclusive. Rainbows abound, trans-inclusive language makes it clear that this is a place where folks can focus on feeling lovely. Meredith runs Flourish Hair Lounge out of Beau Monde as an independent stylist. She is organized and attentive. Before my appointment, Meredith sent an email with detailed instructions about how the appointment would go, where to arrive, and what to expect. My appointment began with a consult where she asked great questions to figure out what I needed (a graceful transition via high and low lights to growing out my gray). Her space is comfortable and has snacks and coffee. She and I had a nice chat and then I felt welcome to work through quite a lot of my appointment. My results were exactly what I'd hoped based on realistic expectations that Meredith helped me set for a transition that will take multiple appointments. I cannot wait to go back.

I've been coming to Meredith for years now and cannot recommend her highly enough!! When she moved from Cary to Holly Springs to start her own business at Flourish, I didn't think twice about the extra driving time (she's that good!!). She has consistently delivered high quality services at reasonable prices and helps me to pick those "low-maintenance luxury" looks that work best for me. Meredith is attentive to her clients, an expert in her industry, and really fun to hangout with during my appointments. Meredith has transformed my confidence in my hair!

Meredith is amazing! 10/10 recommend. I have grayed early trying to blend so low maintenance. Also she was able to squeeze me in for my maternity photos and ensure I’d be all set for those and giving birth. She is amazing at what she does and relatable and personable as well.

I have been going to Flourish Hair Lounge now since it opened to go see Taylor for all of my hair needs. Well, in all honesty I've been going to see Taylor even before they opened the salon...she has been amazing at getting my hair at exactly the right color and cut I've wanted it without damaging it. Taking me out of my blue phases (blue hair and loved it), to purple, back to blonde white keeping it long. I am always relaxed in her presence, along with all of the other hair artists thay are there. Whenever I get to go, it always feels like I am catching up with old friends I haven't seen in a while and I LOVE it! I would recommend Flourish to anyone.

Meredith is very good at her craft. She is also very personable and takes the time to ask questions and look at pictures to ensure client satisifaction. This was my second appt with Meredith and each visit has been wonderful.

Meredith is amazing. She is a fantastic consultant - she's a great listener, and she asks thoughtful questions to ensure she understands what I'm asking for. And when I'm not sure what I want to do in terms of cut or color, she suggests ideas that I always really enjoy. She knows how to work with my specific hair texture (fine, straight) to help me achieve the volume and health I'm always looking for. Plus, she's tons of fun to chat with - she's kind and funny, and her space is lovely. I can't recommend enough.

Meredith was awesome. I went in with hair that hadn’t seen a salon in a very long time and she was great at talking me though options. We opted for a hard cut this time after spending time looking at inspiration pics and talking about maintenance. She was very understanding of my scent allergies and was more limited in her use of products than she would normally use. Even with limited product use my hair remained full and looking great for days afterwards with no need to shampoo. It was a great experience and I’m looking forward to a continued relationship that will hopefully include some color maintenance.
