Milton has always been very professional and thorough. He Makes sure he knows what you need before the session and checks in for comfort level during. his professionalism and soft manner makes you feel comfortable and able to relax. Everyone should have a Milton!

I was a little wary of booking a massage at a smaller place, without a referral from someone I know, because I don't want to end up getting a massage in some dude's basement. Fortunately(?!), I was desperate and it was the only option with an appointment the same day and the time happened to work into my schedule too. The place was super professional, well kept, clean and had a nice ambience. I bumped into Ashley on her way out, as I was going in. She was very friendly and Milton was awesome. The massage was great. I went in with a pain in my shoulder blade that required the strongest pain killers I had, in order to deal with. I left with barely any issues. I honestly didn't think it would be that drastic. I would definitely recommend A&M to anyone considering it.

Had the first massage of my life and Milton was superb! I was quite nervous coming into this but Milton was so relaxed and calming which helped a lot. I immediately noticed a difference afterwards, I carried a lot less tension throughout the day and felt like my posture had proved because of it 😅. Would definitely recommend and I plan to go back again once my schedule allows.

Milton at A&M did a fantastic job! My wife surprised me with my first massage for Valentine’s Day. I was a little nervous about what to expect, but Milton made the whole experience extremely relaxing and comfortable. Great guy who knows what he’s doing. This was by far the best experience I have had when it comes to massages. You tell them your problem areas and they have the solution. Amazing work by Milton, he is a magician. Been working hard for these last two weeks and my issues disappeared when I had my session with him. Amazing spot, will work them into my schedule for sure!!
