Amazing, friendly, thoughtful and caring team! From desk to treatment, all around great experience! I'm new to Axial and glad for the decision! I'd like to especially recognize the hygienist, Amy. She is super accommodating, careful, funny and all around comforting. She constantly checked my comfort from my flavor of music to sensitivity while cleaning. Not to mention, She is a master of her craft and takes great pride in her work. Awesome job, Amy. You, alone deserve a million stars.

I was very nervous to go to the dentist after a few years. The hygienist immediately calmed my nerves and I felt zero judgment. She talked me thru every step, stopped to check on me multiple times, and was so friendly. I immediately scheduled my husband his appointment as well because I was so impressed. The facility is beautiful and so relaxing especially for a dentist. So thankful to have found this office!

After a terrible experience at another dental office, I was referred to Axial and I'm so grateful for that referral. I requested an appointment online over the weekend and received a text at 7:30am the next business day. They were able to get both myself and my son in for appointments quickly and easily. Our previous dentist said we needed to go in-person to sign a record release form but Axial said they could email it to me which was much more convenient. Jennifer, at the front desk, has been kind and helpful every step of the way. She has kept clear communication and was patient while I rescheduled my son's appointment. Jennifer greeted and connected with me when I walked in the lobby and made me feel comfortable while I waited. Roselyn greeted me almost immediately and took me back for x-rays. She explained every step of the process and initiated appropriate small talk. Noelle was my hygienist. She was friendly, gentle, and she empowered me to speak up if I was uncomfortable at any time during the cleaning. Dr. Cole is the dentist I saw. She explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and helped me create a treatment plan without overwhelming me. At checkout, I met Amilie who helped answer any additional questions I had. This office is beautiful and well run. I feel very comfortable with them taking care of my family and I.

It was what I expect when going to the dentist office!! They are there to make sure your teeth are healthy and not to sell you a bill of goods!! My husband and I were so pleased with the entire process!! Thank you for a great first time experience!!

I switched to Axial at the recommendation of my husband who had an appointment a few weeks before. Axial is a complete night and day difference from the previous dental office I was going to. Everyone was friendly and genuinely looked like they wanted to be there, the office itself is warm and inviting and my hygienist was so gentle despite the treatment I was getting. No soreness or discomfort afterwards either. Not to mention my out of pocket was only a third of the cost here, despite the same treatment. I have since moved my continuing treatment over to Axial and look forward to working towards better oral health with them.

The best office I’ve been to! Dr. Cole, Liz, dental assistant, all the staff at Axial have made going to the dentist office enjoyable again. Their warm and caring nature has put me at ease and the professionalism and the modern technology is unbeatable! Upfront costs also. I am now going to take my toddler to Axial because they were more comforting than his well known pediatric dentist.

Initially Axial dental was great until just recently. I feel like a thrown away patient. Referred to an endodontist for a much needed root canal. First referral I wasn't able to do. Because of that I feel like I have been treated very poorly. My bridge came off an is still off. I was told to use tooth paste or Vaseline to put it back on. My root canal isn't scheduled for a total of 3 weeks. I am developing another infection. I'm sure the fact that my bridge comes off every time I eat isn't helping matters I've bitten it hoping that it does break or Crack the tooth that needs the root canal which in essence could cause me to loose the tooth. Not very happy with the way I am being treated.
