Getting to watch my D1 Athlete in a couple weeks in his 1st collegiate game will be priceless - and without Velocity he would not have been so good all along and so prepared for D1.

Excellent facility! My kids love it. My daughter plays lacrosse and my son played football. They have helped get my daughter ready for her high school seasons and most recently trained her this summer to prepare for college lacrosse. The trainers are amazing and the kids get a great workout!

I’d been following Velocity for about 2 years on social media. At the time, my son was only 10 so not really ready for the level of training that they provide. However, after watching the videos of the coaches work with top level O and D lineman from across the country, I knew there was no place I’d rather take him when the time came. We went for a week of training sessions in the spring and it was to say the least, one of the best decisions I’ve made as a parent in terms of getting my son closer to where he needs to be. We live in Delaware if that’s any indication of how far we’re willing to travel for what Coach Josh and Coach Luke provide. We are so grateful for both of them that we’ll be making the trip every year during my son’s football journey.
