One word: Beautiful! Had a great time at my cousins Danielle & Keith's wedding 8/20/22

This was my first time to the Club. I was there for a ribbon cutting event. The food they provided was good, the staff was helpful and friendly. They are under new ownership. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and inviting. I will plan to use their facilities to future events. They have summer camps available that look very interesting for kids. There are a lot of amenities including, pools, golf, and another clubhouse.

9:30 tee time with a full tee sheet and nowhere open to eat lunch, laughable…worst “private club” food and beverage in Wake County.

I love being part of 12 Oaks Community & sharing F45 with my neighbors!! Together, we are being challenged & getting healthier, as well as encouraging each other! The facility is new, clean & motivating! I ALWAYS look forward to my workout, another day getting fit & challenging not only my body, but my mind! Thank you to 12 Oaks & F45 for inspiring me!

A great golf course & clubhouse. Good food & choices at their restaurants. Almost 1.5 hours from Greensboro.

This place is just amazing, a very nice place to gather up, view of the golf course is awesome, plenty of parking

I would give The Club at 12 Oaks 10 stars if I could. I had my husband's Celebration of Life at The Club. Taren was a joy to work with - so compassionate and a great organizer. The food was delicious and the venue space was perfect for my event. We had around 80 people and had two rooms with different types of tables as well as an AV set-up for the picture slide show and a microphone for guests to share stories. Kudos to the bar manager as well - she was able to re-create one of my husband's signature drinks.

After 2 weeks of calls and emails with no answers,I finally drove to the venue.. we were greeted by a super nice lady at the club house.. well we show ourselves around with her consent.. next day, I had a scheduled call with this cater manager, who, besides not the nicest person, was completely uninformed of their services.. long story short, despise the cheap menu offered for events here being an option (overpriced cheap food) you are charged $25 per person to bring your own catering if you opt out of theirs. Plus $7 per person for set ups and $5 per person for sodas. I was literally told by this lady, that they would not rent the venue to me for $2500 once they should be able to bring way more for a Saturday.. completely non recommend

I have my big day in this venue. The view, the service, the food are fabulous! The venue manager, Taren, she is super kind and professional. She respect our culture and the communication is smooth all along the whole process. This is such wonderful experience with The Club at 12 Oaks, it makes my day so special! Again, I’m really happy that I found this gem spot for my wedding day.

We had our wedding here recently and it was truly so amazing. The venue is a hidden gem in my opinion. Jesse did a phenomenal job making sure we were taken care of. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The ceremony area was absolutely stunning. I would have another party here in the future. Thank you to the wonderful staff at 12 Oaks.

The 12 Oaks fitness center is a great place to workout thanks to Andy Cote and his assistant who are always keeping it clean and well organized. Thanks, Andy, for doing such a great job helping make our workouts great!!

We had our wedding in the event venue which is a 5000 sq ft tent with glass walls over looking the golf course. The space was beautifully decorated and the golf course was a great place to take pictures beforehand and after sunset. The space is air conditioned so although it was 80 deg outside inside was very comfortable. The catering menu was amazing. We were concerned about the paver stone patio as a dance floor especially with ladies wearing heals but it was not an issue whatsoever. So glad we went with the club instead of a hotel ballroom. I would suggest bringing your own wedding planner to coordinate everything but otherwise perfect venue.

Very nice spread for Sunday brunch- I have been to many country clubs and they were on point with service, hospitality, and ambience

We had celebrated our daughter's pre-wedding (Sangeet) and the Wedding ceremony at the Club early October 2022. We worked with Taren Stallings to celebrate both the events. We have gotten food from the Club and also from outside restaurant. Taren spent enough time with us to take all minute details of the events and made sure every part of the ceremony went as per the plan. Everyone loved the food, mocktails and other drinks at the club. We had the wedding celebration in the patio and we felt the ambience was really nice with the overlooking golf course. We had our sons wedding luncheon at the club at twelve oaks and it was handled so well. Victoria Musselwhite is a dream to work with. She made sure every detail we asked for was done to perfection. Due to covid they had to cancel their reception and so we looked for a venue that could accommodate a wedding luncheon for family and close friends and stay within the guidelines of gatherings. It was ideal and made a very unusual time feel perfect for the occasion. We would recommend them for any event. The staff was attentive, wonderful and efficient. The food was a delight. The decorations were put out exactly how we asked for them to be. ♥️

Friends of ours got married here...venue was beautiful but needs some TLC in the gathering room. Ceiling vents were absolutely filthy. Food was okay but that was the toughest steak I've ever tried to chew...but the little snacks they provided were excellent. they also were somewhat understaffed and expected the guests to move the tables and chairs.
