HUGE portions! Each of us enjoyed our meal. The one downer was that one person had poached eggs...the yolk did not run; they were overcooked. Likewise with my eggs over easy-the yolks were like a hard boiled egg. So, egg cooking techniques may need to be reviewed. My bacon ,however, was crispy as requested! Service was good and the restaurant is clean.

Love this location. Alex was our server again. Always friendly and the food is delicious. They may have had a hiccup with the food. I'm sure they will get back.on track. The order we picked up was not the quality or taste we are used to. So, today 7/4 we went inside to eat. Our server entered the wrong order for my husband. They had ran out of straws, my husband went to get some from the car. My husband order was corrected by one of.our favorite servers, Alex was walking by and she made sure it was corrected.

Great breakfast spot! Bright, cheerful, atmosphere with farmhouse decor. Food and juice options are fresh and full of flavor. Service was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

30 minute wait eh? Been here an hour and still waiting. No breakfast is worth it. So the food will be awesome right? Nope. Order comes out over 15 minutes, first person served is done before last is served. Portions are all over the place, same order one has maybe a quarter cup of potatoes another at least a cup. Over easy eggs? Fried hard. Bacon some crispy, most barely cooked. Skip this place.

Very disappointed with the food. The table we were placed at was dirty so we moved to a table behind us, cool no problem. Then our main meal was semi warm but then they gave us this burnt biscuit and watered down no flavor gravy I was over it. I was not pleased with the dry attitude of our server but she was young so I just let it go because my friend overall likes the establishment itself, but that day the food wasn’t good.

It was a good experience. We came for brunch, and the food was good . Our server keniya is helpful and understood our specifications in order.

We come here often and Yum yum yum!!! There is so much to choose from on the menu. The million dollar bacon is our favorite. Would love a little more protein 😉with my serving.

First time ever at First Watch... The cold brew coffee was so bitter I could not drink it. It had an awful bite & after taste. I ordered cinnamon-sugar dusted donuts off the specials menu. The donuts arrived without the cinnamon-sugar dusting, but a powdered sugar on them instead. The donuts were okay, but nothing to brag about & the chocolate & berry dipping sauces were not that great either. The chocolate had a weird taste. I ordered Eggs Benedict Florentine for my meal. It was not hot, but warm & also nothing really to brag about. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I was really excited to try this new place & I am sadly disappointed. On a bright note, our waitress was very nice & attentive. I told her about the cold brew coffee taste & she removed it from our bill.

This place has incredible food. The service was good, the waiter polite. The serving size was great. The pumpkin spice donut was a fantastic large donut hole. I ordered my bacon cooked in a pretty specific Manner, and they followed my directions exactly. I just wanted it crispy but still bending a little. It was my first time there and it was a great experience.

I've always liked First Watch for their creative and fresh menu, cute homey decor, and family style vibe. This was our first time going to the HS location. They were busy but we got sat immediately. Service was slow to start but got better. Our server, Candy, was friendly and on top of things. I ordered the Seoul Hash (seasonal) and my partner the steak and bacon burrito. Both were good, but I ordered the eggs served on top of my entree over easy. One egg was perfect. The other egg I noticed the yolk was more medium but I'm not super picky about my eggs. When I was more than halfway finished eating my entree, I noticed the whites of that second egg were still gelatinous and translucent in some areas. Can't eat raw eggs. I pointed it out to the server when she came to check on us. She apologized and told the check-out team to comp an item off of our ticket (Thanks Candy!) However, when we went up to pay, we mentioned this and the check-out staff dropped our bill from $45 to.... $43. Not really sure what they even took off, if anything. Kinda disappointed.

Fabulous food each time, favorite place for a weekend brunch.

I have nothing bad to say about the food or the customer service. It's good food but expensive. I got the Elevated Egg Sandwich with potatoes, an OJ, and coffee. The wifey got the Smoked Salmon and Roasted Vegetable Frittata.

Upon arriving(10:30a) there was a 15 to 20 minute wait. It was a packed house. This First Watch was definitely much smaller than the ones I've dined at. Very compact but enough space to not feel like someone was sitting close to you. Food was amazing. I got the trifecta and added potatoes with onions paired with an apple juice(no refills btw) We only waited for our food for about 10 minutes which was very impressive due to the busyness(is that a word) Our waiter was efficient and knowledgeable of the menu. Very clean space 5/5 recommend

No wait time on a Sat morning around 9am. Food was delicious. The food timing was off because it took about 10min before I got the egg benedicts after my husband had gotten his tacos. Server was super nice.

This place is Great, it's clean and the food is full of flavor.

I love first watch. I’m visiting from Seattle and I always have to eat here when I’m in town. Make sure to try the chicken apple sausage or the pecan chicken salad. Vanessa was great and recommended some really great new items to try.

Good food. Nice quiet restaurant. A breath of fresh air from so many chains these days that appear to be designed to ensure that it's nearly impossible to carry on a conversation. Great place to meet business associates or friends.

I typically come in to eat and get out of the WFH distractions. I love the Fall because- CINNAMON CHIP pancakes make every day AMAZING. Today THOMAS ensured I got my favorite booth to do my work and enjoy the sun. He kept an eye on me while waiting on others. Good job Thomas #252rocks

Used to be better. Food and price for food is good. Lately though when you get seated the tables are not even wiped clean - literally the last 3/4 times we were there. Enough to make me not want to go back.

Lovely place! The food is great, my favorite dish is the AM super foods bowl and the kale tonic, very healthy and tasty. The staff are very polite, professional, and prompt. I'll be coming back for sure!

First time at First Watch in Holly Springs and it was incredible. I had "the Works" omelette, fried potatoes, toast, and a side of biscuits of gravy. On top of amazing food, the service was top-notch. We will definitely make First Watch our go-to breakfast/brunch spot!

Amazing breakfast from First Watch! I straight up asked if they have biscuits and gravy, and the host was so nice he even suggested adding bacon and cheese. I tried the bacon and was blown away!

Although the restaurant was full, the wait time was short and I like the system they use to text you when your table is ready. There is plenty of space to wait outside and includes benches. Service was fast and friendly and the food tasted wonderful. The menu offers a large variety of foods and they even have tasty seasonal options, even for drinks!

Loved my first dining experience at the Holly Springs location! Adrena was professional, but yet so sweet and personable!!!! The food was delicious too! Especially the broccoli cheddar soup!

Really enjoyed this place. It was our first time at any First Watched and we really liked it! The food was amazing and the scratch made options were great. I did however feel like the from prices for things like regular coffee and milk were a little pricey, however, the other prices seemed very reasonable. I will definitely be bringing my family back!

Been to several locations and each offers quality food. Was so excited when I learned they were opening one in Holly Springs. Every dish I've ever had has been delicious and my new favorite. Can't go wrong with any menu item.

I had to change clothes when I got home! My wife & I went for breakfast this morning. Neither of us had been to a First Watch before, but had seen the menu online & heard great things. First, (because it's 2020), Safety: we felt assured by all of their safety measures. Big signs out front explaining their employee & guest safety protocols. All servers wearing masks & social distancing was not a problem. Second, (and this is why we go), The food: it was AMAZING. We love breakfast and many restaurants that feature breakfast tend to have 1 or 2 specialty items, but the rest of the menu is pretty standard fare; not at First Watch. Every element, of every dish was exceptional (even the toast was amazing; thick, hearty slices served warm with creamy butter) . Portion sizes were filling, but not comically huge. We just couldn't resist cleaning our plates. By far the best breakfast in town, & certainly the best breakfast either of us have had in a long, long time. We are already making plans to go back, but not until our stomachs shrink back to normal size.

Love First Watch! Great menu, great atmosphere, great staff! Found out my favorite server transferred to the new location and I had to follow her! Michelle took awesome care of me and my family as usual. Great personality, great with my kids. I love her! We will definitely come back!

The staff is very friendly, my waitress Anna was really helpful. The coffee is good and a lot to chose from on the menu. They do not have a GF option for pancakes or French toast. I will come back again.

Food was amazing! Everything we had was so good. We both were sad we couldn't finish all our food. I cannot wait until we can go back to try something different.
