    The fried chicken in the sandwich is very good at this location. The drive-thru speed is above average. Not as speedy as other nearby CFA. Don't order large waffle fries here. Consistently skimp. I order 2-3 large waffle fries every time and would always get half full container. Order medium to get about same amount and save a buck.

    Who’s brilliant plan was the drive through redesign that makes waits longer and utter chaos? The previous drive through set up was more efficient. Current status, order taken 12:04, have had food since 12:14, but have been stuck behind cars in front of us waiting for food until 12:19. Won’t be back until the drive through is redesigned (again) to actually work…

    Chick Fil A….. Where do I begin? Our ticket is correct but as you can see They added soup instead of grilled nuggets and we got no sauce. We realized this when we got home. We took the order back and got the correct order. They gave us 7.5 nuggets, you can see one of them is very lackluster and shouldn’t qualify as a nugget. By the time we got back home the second time some of our first order was home and cold. This is the second time Chick Fil A has messed up. People continue to praise this chain and I beg to differ. Another disappointing night of mediocre chicken and fries. Can’t wait for Bojangles to come in.

    The drive thru setup at this particular location is the worst I’ve ever seen at any restaurant in life. There are 2 drive throu lanes but only 1 is available for ordering on site. The other lane is for mobile orders only. The problem is that they bring the drive through orders randomly. After we received our order, we then had to wait almost ten minutes for the cars ahead of us to receive their food so we could leave. There has to be a better way.

    Ever since the remodel they get orders wrong every time I have came here. First time they forgot my entire sandwich and I had to wait for it to be made. Second time they gave me my chicken, egg and cheese biscuit on an English muffin… The biscuit is on the menu so there shouldn’t have been any mistake. I asked for my correct sandwich, and when they brought my sandwich, it was a chicken biscuit with cheese and no egg… third time they tried the cheese was cold… I just left. I will never go again after this experience today.

    I’m going to say that I hate writing a bad review because my previous experience with chick-fil-a (other locations) has always been impeccable. Last Thursday we placed an order on the app, express lane , when we get there they warn us of the wait, maybe 5 min and we were ok and appreciated the heads up but that wait became over 30 min!! We are taking about a fast food chain, I don’t go there for the food but for how fast they normally are. The employees didn’t care at all and the manager was straight rude. After 35 min, we got our order, my kids fell asleep and when we get home our order wasn’t complete. Yes refunded the money but that doesn’t make it right.

    I used to have a good experience at this location until recently. There have been countless times where I used my app to order food to pick up in their new “express lane”. Now the sole purpose of an express lane is to serve food faster, right? I don’t believe this particular Chick fil a has an understanding of how this works because countless times I have waiting over 30 minutes for my food l! Definitely not the best place if you’re on a lunch break.

    I've tried their breakfast a few times at multiple locations I must add and just cannot get with it .. my rounds are ALWAYS soggy .. they won't let you upsize .. the sausage tastes like beyond burger , now the biscuits are good but it's like the chicken is not cooked enough and the biscuits make it soggy with almost a stringy texture.. .. NEVER the less the service is ALWAYS impeccable. And workers incredibly friendly

    This is one of the slowest Chick-Fil-A ever! I don’t understand the point of the Mobil app being boasted as a faster option. Every single time I use the Mobil app, I scan the code and pull forward, there will be five cars who still have not placed their order with the staff and they make it through the line before the car who is in front of me in the mobile app line. The fries are always cold and that makes me sad. I need hot fries. Makes me sad.

    The food is great. There is a reason the lines down the road at Chik FIL A's. Cuz it's real chicken. Not some patty of mangled poultry parts like you'd get at Burger King or McDonalds, not knowing what parts of chicken they used and always getting that hunk of cartilage you can't chew on (you chicken patty eaters know what I'm talking about). Anyways, they keep the workers outside in the line. I just don't like that they come up to you way down the drive thru entrance before you can even see the menu and decide what you want. Then follow you along like you're a lost toddler to the screen and suddenly you feel like you're holding everyone up just cause you wanted to see a menu first. Then when you get to the window, it's supposed to be seamless. But if the guy says you have a "gray" car and the cashier sees a "dark blue" car you're sitting there for 20 minutes wondering why everyone in the first lane is getting their food and you're not. I eventually had to wave someone down myself because no one was looking to solve the back up.

    Nothing wrong with this location. However, there is not a place on your app to file this complaint. That is complaint one. Second complaint is why will you app not recognize my address? Uber Eats and DoorDash bring Chick-fil-A to me all the time, but your app can't figure out where I live... The apartment complex I live in was built in 2018 and like 500 people live here and it's like 5mins from Chick-fil-A. It is a ridiculous problem that I have to order through a different delivery apps where I get no points and have to deal with additional charges. I eat food from there about 3 times a week. I think it is time to switch to a competitor who is not so incompetent. Last thing, please cook your fries longer, they are always cold and mushy. Everytime I have to take them home and air fry them.

    Normally they have great customer service, but not today. Watch 6 orders drive by me before they asked me to pull to the front and they bring my food right. Went to front , and waited and waited. Tried calling and got answering machine. Sigh. Looks like chick fil a is becoming just another fast food joint.

    Our family eats here regularly 1-2 times a week. Food is good, service is good, but I can’t give them 5 stars bc they consistently forget part of our order. I don’t think I should have to sit in the drive thru and take every thing out of multiple bags to ensure we are getting everything that is written on the receipt.

    Went for dinner and wanted to try the spicy grilled deluxe despite the high price. I wasn't told when I ordered that they were out of lettuce. When we asked the owner about it she responded in an unfriendly way that there's a lettuce shortage. If I had known, I would not have ordered this sandwich because the bun was soggy and falling apart halfway through from the tomatoes (and no lettuce as barrier). One of the things I always loved about Chick-fil-A was the service. It made other issues like long wait times worth it. Not any more at this location! Also, my son ordered a cone and it was the tiniest I've ever seen. I overheard workers saying they weigh them now.

    You cannot purchase gift cards on the drive thru. Don't be like me, new told you cannot, then get stuck in the drive thru waiting for everyone in front of you to get their meals. Giddy cards only inside the restaurant.

    Getting worse every time I go. Ordered a bowl of soup: it was thick and globby as mud. Definitely scraped out the bottom. They threw it in the bag with no lid on it. Also did not give me my salad dressing.

    Service was slow for not a lot of cars in line and after breakfast rush. Food portions are tiny for the chicken biscuits and they did not ask if we wanted condiments and thus got none until we turned around to go back inside.

    I love Chick-fill-A and aside from having delicious things it's also nice to get service like here at this place in Holly Springs. The staff is very quick, always friendly and offers excellent service. Inside they are the best, but even outside, despite the cold these days, there is no shortage of smiles and they are always super kind. Thank you guys!

    Not the first time I find bugs in their salad but this time I found two and when I drove back to the store, they said it happens and there’s nothing to be done. Speaks a lot for their customer service and their food quality.

    Last night I ordered spicy deluxe sandwich for my carry out order. But I got the regular spicy sandwich not the deluxe sandwich. I ordered Chick-fil-A sandwich with pepper jack cheese on it for my son but he got his sandwich with American cheese on it. Our whole order was messed up. They need to pay more attention when they prepare the meals.

    Edited: I've noticed the last few times at this location it has operated much better. Still not sure I'm sold on the mobile through, but I have seen an improvement over the last month. Not sure what happened to this location. The mobile drive thru is a disaster. I really don't understand why its still there. A 25 minute wait in drive thru is just plain disrespectful of your customers time. Go to Waverly Place and see how a chick-fil-a can run. Even when the line is out on the street it's never more than 5 minutes.

    A dismal experience today, very unlike Chic-fil-a. I likely won't be returning. Arrived for lunch at 10:50am...no one in line ahead of me. I stood at the front of the line for 3 minutes. If that doesn't seem like a long time to you, count out 3 minutes while you watch workers stand there doing nothing but looking around and shuffling in and out of the kitchen with no purpose. Finally, someone noticed me (I'm a big guy..hard to miss) and came over with a "what are you doing here" expression and says "has someone taken your order?" I said "no...are you open?" clearly annoyed. She just laughed at my "joke". I placed my order and went to sit down. Eight minutes goes by. Remember, it's prime time lunch and no other customers there with the high school crowd coming in any second....why am I waiting 8 minutes for food that should be ready to go? Finally flagged down a server who was wiping a table...I asked her "what's the hold up here?" She says, "I don't know". I told her I've been waiting for almost 10 mins...she goes to the counter to see where my food is. 3 mins later she comes out with it. I said "thank you"....she says "uh huh" and walks away. The fries are way overcooked, and warm. Not hot, as if they were just cooked, but clearly had been ready for sometime. Same with the nuggets. So if the food wasn't piping hot, and there's no other customers there yet....why am I waiting 10 minutes? If I had said pretty much any other fast food restaurant, probably wouldn't be too surprised at the service. But this is Chic fil a. I don't recall ever having anywhere close to such a dismal experience at a chic-fil-a anywhere.

    As usual Chick-fil-A is just a most have if you have tried it before, so the experience was great, sadly even this place has little by little increased the prices whilst also reducing the portion, note this comment applies to every one of them I visited so it is not unique to this particular store. Regardless the flavor, quality and freshness earns it a 5 star once again.

    This was the most awful experience I have ever had. The Chick-fil-A in holly springs the drive threw Is awful. Who in the world made the idea to do this. And who made it back to speaker only. When I’ll this be fixed and how do you let you customers know about the change I’m so mad and annoyed with this.

    The place is kept quite clean for the amount of customers they’re dealing with. The service is also timely and polite. The drive through lines are quite extreme at times but that’s to be expected due to their large customer base.

    I had an online order and the couldn’t give me one of my items and give me something instead. My original paid for that item was $9 but what I got was fries for $3. And on the app I can’t get a refund. Apparently I can’t even request a refund on the app and the one I went to is supposed to. Please fix the app where I can get a refund on something I didn’t get.

    I was admittedly confused with the process of this drive through. We ordered on the app and went in the express lane as they tell you to do but found ourselves waiting for quite a long time. all the cars that ordered in the actual drive through we're probably done with their meals at their house by the time we got ours. I thought ordering on the app is quicker? Oh well, I wont be back, not cause it's that bad I just don't live in this area
