The drive through is always slow, sat in line for 20 minutes with no line. I do not understand why a fast food place takes 20 minutes make 3 tacos. Every time you go to this location just wait 20 minutes to get your food.

This is the worst store to go to. I will not recommend. After waiting in 25 minutes for our food in car I decided to go inside and check on food. Guess what? They didn't even do the food. The lady that took order was like I'm sorry I guess they forgot....people with big orders got served and left. The manager is screaming on the phone and talking about personal problems instead of paying attention to her store that is clearly falling apart. Never again.

Do not pull forward. Wait at the drive through window until they have your food, or you will be waiting 20 minutes for the wrong order. I had to go through the drive through again to get it corrected. (My baby was asleep in the carseat and I didn't want to have to wake her or leave her so I couldn't get out)

All signs said they were open. L.E.D was on. Door sign said open till 11pm But when I get to the drive through lady over the Intercom said hey were closed. On a Saturday night at 955pm

There was ants in my drink and when we went back inside to tell them, the manager then tried to do a refund for the drink. Which was not okay because we were not going to eat the food we will never come back to this store that is disgusting.The store was not clean.

My Mexican pizza was flipped over in the bag all my cheese was stuck to the top I had gotten supreme hard tacos and they weren’t supreme my potato soft taco potatoes were a hard as a rock. I tried to call them 50 times and no answer I went through drive-through and could hear the phone ringing as I was calling and they acted like I was the one in the wrong even though I had receipt and food the customer service is horrible the food was horrible I don’t understand how the owner of the establishment can continue to let their employees run their Store into the ground I will never eat there a day in my life again

3 times in a row, food has been bad, this new triplechalupa is a horribly executed idea. i dont know how its supposed to look but im pretty sure its not supposed to be soggy. i live just a few min away from this location so its not like i took too long to eat. i would not like a free meal, the first time that it was bad they remade my meal and it was still bad. 3 dinner meals in a row (not days in a row, but visits to this location) and ive had to throw it out, i think that justifies a refund, especially in these times when people are losing their income and every $ counts. i took a bite out of the triplechalupa concoction just so that i could be fair and it was goopy, beyond edibility. i basically paid near $10 for the cinnamon twists 1 crunchy taco and a soda.

8 pm Monday October 23rd. When to walk into the lobby and the lobby was closed early plus the lobby worker spit on a table and wiped it up with the same rage he used to wipe every other table with. The other workers would not let me talk to a manager and said one wasn’t there witch I know from working at Taco Bell that there always is a manger there. Please help me do sorting about this guy if he is spiting on tables where everyone can see him what is he doing when he’s making food on the line

The food was horrible. Always poor quality at this location. This will be my last time here. Soggy mess in the bag. Nothing wrapped properly food falling out. Looks like they just slopped it in the wrapper. Soda was also crossed mixed with other sodas. Waste of $$.

Atmosphere is the drive-thru and the problem is the way the sign is facing is if you are trying to order at the point where the speaker is placed you can't see the whole menu I'm sure that they went through enough obstacles trying to place it the way they did but it just really didn't work for me. A big plus was the customer service woman who actually blocked me through what it was that I needed because I couldn't see the value Cravings menu. She was also super pleasant when I paid and I think she's a big asset nearly everyone who works there has been very kind so that's the bonus. The downside also is it looks like they decreased the size of the pot pies but the price is even the same or greater same is true for the bowls smaller dish less food higher price for saying it doesn't make any difference you still giving less and I find this really disconcerting because you're not paying the people more I certainly cannot believe that you raised pricing and decreased the size so that you could pay these employees more that's what I admire about the folks working there is they're sucking it up and literally taking one for the team of customers who support the place so that should really be looked at

Ive been frequently going to this Taco Bell/KFC for quite some time now. I must say that the customer service reps are amazing!! Very respectful and very organized as well as courteous! Definitely recommend if you're planning to visit this TACOBELL/KFC!!!

Nice friendly staff inside, went in to lick up order, staff was helpful and friendly made sure I was the correct person for the correct order, smiles and very clean inside.

Driving thru girl was great. That's the only positive. Being disabled I couldn't park up in disabled parking and go in. BECAUSE they he the drive thru customers park in the handicap and wait for their food. So they're drive thru wait time looks good. I will have Hollywood PD sit there and issue tickets IF NOT have ADA FILE SUIT AGAINST TACO BELL AND HOLLYWOOD PD. Won't be the first city they sued. And after waiting for food. I get home and no beef in the nachos belle grande. After I paid for extra. Just a huge clump of beans. Corporate wants you to fill out a form and wait for call back. That don't happen either. So the video camera and ADA link will get at least point across for the handicap parking availability . I encourage anyone who is handicap or knows a handicap person NOT to eat at this restaurant. And if other Taco Bell are like this, then don't eat at any!

THIEVERY ALERT!!!!!! $36.00 for 2 #2's I have made this order all the time in hundreds of other Taco Bells and it never came up to this much, even when I change it to steak. Bad business

Everyone here is great and they always get my order right.

Chips at Taco bell RANCID and tasted like chemicals. How can your location be this bad? Change you oil and serve edibke food.

They just took the order of the car in front of me at 10:44pm and told me the restaurant was closed when I pulled up. Although their hours clearly state 11pm and the lady at the window was hella rude. I guess it’s crazy to expect them to be open the hours they advertise. Plus, it’s very weird to take the order before mine but tell me it’s closed and leave me STUCK in the drive thru line. Just wild. I’ll be calling corporate.

This is probably the worst taco bell I've ever been to. The service is slow. Two different times I went to this place and the food is like slop and on top of the slop it's like the smallest portions. I live 5 minutes from the taco bell so my travels aren't far and both times the taco shells were like slimy non edible food comes from this place do not recommend going here. Take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one in the plaza on university.

Could have wrapped the burritos better ,so both sides weren't open but otherwise they have a good place , just bring a fork....😉

Ordered and was asked to drive around and they will bring out an order. I was the only car there late night. Ten minutes wait for a rice and bean burrito and they never brought it out. I had to drive around to see what’s the problem- apparently they don’t like white people!

Worst burrito I have ever had! Nothing was fresh. Staff was cordial. Wait was not long.

I have never had such a good meal from Taco Bell/KFC. Everything was made super well and super hot. Look at those loaded taters and that famous bowl with extra cheese, that quesadilla was heaven. My only complaint was the long line, but after I ate my food I understood why so many people were lined up and I would gladly wait again.

This KFC Taco Bell has good employees they have one outstanding employee that works there his name is Denzel you need me to go in and say hello to him and see what a very nice person he is

This location opens and closes whenever they feel like it. Its happened to me several times. The employees are really nice though.

Worst . Always mess up your order. I got the taco bell and kfc and my order was bad and in too of that my tacos were soggy and i got diarrhea.had really bad stomach ache just from eating here i tried 2 times . Never again. This is the worst food place i have ever visit. And you would think for the time you have to wait that the food is worth the wait no . It not if anything you’ll be more upset after leaving because the food is that bad.

So Google says Taco bell but it is KFC and taco Bell. I had a chicken pot pie. It was fantastic. A bit expensive for the size but still.... I was very happy. Drive in line is crazy. Getting in the restaurant is a pain. You either pass it and U turn, go in the so not enter and mess up the line or come from the south.
