You need to care about The people and the owners that made this company great. We normally buy 6 to 7 pitchers plus food , just one tonight. Have a good life and fix yourself.

Went for a drink during lunch time. The service was great. The bartender made sure we were well taken care of.

This is a bad experience. I ordered the chicken and the server brought them out completely burnt they were black. And when I ask the server if this is how they come usually his reply was sometimes our oil is dark and our wings come out black. After this the server took my plate and covered it with much more wing sauce and brought it back to me burnt drowning in mild sauce. I definitely will not go back to this location

This is a typical Flanigans. The bar inside isn't as big as some of the others, but it makes up for it by having a continuation of the bar outside on the patio. Food is good (standard Flanigans fare), and staff is very friendly. Jackie at the bar is awesome!

Usually pretty quick to get order. Food is hit and miss. Sometimes good and sometimes not so much. Service is mediocre. The bar is split from inside and outside. So, bartenders have to go back and forth. Not a good setup for service.

The chicken wings and stickers were amazing. I like the fact of you buy a pitcher of Bluemoon you get chickens wings for “free.” You can not beat that deal especially if you love the taste of Bluemoon and chicken wings.😎 I definitely will be coming back to Flanigans. The service was great and it was a decent price as well.

They were cheerfully decorated for the holidays. Their food is always consistent. I enjoy the clam chowder because it is thick and creamy and has clams in it. Their pasta salad is also another one of my go-to dishes. Recently tried their brownie dessert, which looked prettier than it tasted. I'd say skip it.

The ribs were very tasty, they melted in your mouth, you have to wait a bit, but when you have to sit at the indicated table they serve you quickly, and your food doesn't take long to arrive either, the friendliness of the waiters is very good and they are attentive if we need something.

Avoid this restaurant. The food comes out cold. Service has no attention to its customers. The soup was cold. Our dinners came out cold and never coming back again. Ask to reheat the food and 20 minutes later came out cold again. Asked for a beer with dinner. 15 minutes later I said where is my beer and the waiter said he did not hear my order. Which was a lie!!!! Everyone at the table heard him even say I will put that in right away at the bar. Ruined my birthday dinner. Never ever had such horrible experience.

I absolutely love Flanigan's one of my favorite restaurants to eat at with friends and family. I have eaten at this Flanagan at least 8 to 10 times for sure, unfortunately the last week when we order the food our 10 pcs wings were not to standard but we called the manager on the phone and gave our complaint He took note apologize for the inconvenience and gave us a credit for the 10 wings that were not to standard, everything else was great. So I called earlier today spoke to a manager explained everything and she confirmed our credit.so I added a order of fries and got it to go🚶‍♂️. Man I love Flanigan's food it is always delicious and always hot never disappointing I asked them to get my wings extra wet and I wanted it with the original Flanigan's barbecue that they have at the table 😋... it was so good and the fries you can tell our homemade curly cut fries delicious... thank you friend again for the delicious food. Date 2/8/23 Yes, I went back for the big Daddy Burger, Alexx was our server and always helpful to serve us when we came. Kudos to Alexx, the Kool server, and the whole staff at Flanigan's is GREAT! The Big Daddy Burger is on Mount Burger of burgers. Simple, but tasty. Date: 2/17/23 Tonight I tasted a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED food choice, for me, it was too salty, wet, and a little on the sloppy side. Even though the waiter did not recommend the food choice the expression on his face when he asked me how do you like it I guess he thought that I might have loved the HIGHLY RECOMMENDED food choice, but unfortunately, I did not tonight. That food choice was the PHILLY CHEESE STEAK sandwich. Date: 3/26/23 It's Sunday, and back at Flanigan's for a quick bite. Today we meet JAMIE one of the servers here. It was a pleasure to meet her and she was AWESOME! Only works Sunday from my understanding, but she makes the best of it. From our observation, she was not only attentive to our table but at other guests' tables as well. If you ever get a chance to meet her you will feel a good energy right away and she did ALL WITH A SMILE. We love that. SHOUT OUT to JAMIE, the taste of the food was better because of her pleasant energy. Also, SHOUT OUT to ALEXX as well. 7/6/23 Flanigan's is my go-to place for comfort food. Reluctantly, I hate to say this about my Flanigan's but the sweet tea, especially at the Davie restaurant it's not sweet tea, it is water with sugar no tea. I need the real brewed sweet tea at Flanigan's stop being lazy and cheap your restaurant chain is full every night.🙏🏽🥺 10/12/23 Another night at Fanigan's for a quick BIG DADDY BURGER always DELICIOUS! Talia was my server that night and Kathy was the manager they both possessed a customer service-driven attitude that perfectly embodied Flanigan's culture and Beyond. Talia not only exuded a warm and friendly demeanor but also provided impeccable food recommendations and service. I would be delighted to have her as my server again in the future.

Over priced and ridiculous small portions. We ordered a pasta salad and this is what we received. The manager said “that’s what we give” and could not care less. We will not be a customer any longer. Horrible portions, horrible customer service, one star for the small portion, one star for the managers customer service and one star for quality.

Fabulous. We popped in a couple of times during our vacation, coming from 🇬🇧 uk. Very friendly service. We were well looked after. Food was good and filling. Nice booths available for eating. And for drinking we sat around the bar and I felt I was truly experiencing a proper American bar, just like in the movies 🎬 🤠🥳.

Got here around 11:30 pm, had to wait 30+ mins to get a table,then once we sat down to order was told no beverage options worked only Wine/Alcohol and water bottles. Rockey Rib rollers came out with hair inside of them 🤮 sent back fresh one came out by Mark the manger with apologize. Two people bill total $82+ tip $100 w/bottle water, Rocky Rib rollers, rib& chicken combo baked potato,& steak/ shrimp Cesar salad.

I love flanigins, but I never visited this one. The service was ok. He never brought us side plates or napkins. Most importantly, we shared a shrimp scampi plate, and it tasted like sandpaper. It was one of the worst food experiences I have ever had at a flanigins.

This place is great. I hope they set one in nyc one day. The food is big, good quality, service is fast and professional. The ambience is fishing themed, and it looks amazing. I always enjoy coming here.

A South Florida staple! Best place for a laid back together with friends and family. Food is always tasty and service friendly. I recommend the chicken wings, ribs, nachos and the Rockin’ Rib rolls. I have a Huge issue with how FLANNIGANS CORPORATE TREATS THE HANDICAPPED!!!!!!!! THE TOWER SHOP STORE HAD THE HANDICAPPED PARKING BLOCKED OFF TO ACCOMMODATE THERE DRIVE UP TAKE OUT TWO TABLES BLOCKING THE SPOT AND A REGISTER SET UP. I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND WALK WITH A WALKER, I WAS FORCED TO PARK WHERE IT SAID TAKE OUT PARKING BECAUSE THEY WERE ILLEGALLY AND UNLAWFULLY BLOCKING HANDICAPPED PARKING REQUIRED BY LAW IN EVERY PARKING LOT, I ASKED THE MANAGER ABOUT THE ILLEGAL USE OF THE HANDICAPPED SPOTS AND SHE ( SARAH) LIED AND SAID CODE ENFORCEMENT GAVE HER PERMISSION TO USE THE HANDICAP SPOT IN THIS ILLEGAL FASHION THAN TOLD ME TO MOVE MY CAR, I TOLD HER I AM ENTITLED TO THE HANDICAPPED SPOT AND SINCE THEY ARE USING IT, THAT I SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO PARK THERE AND THEY COULD JUST MOVE THE PORTABLE SIGN ,AS I NEEDED A SPOT WIDE ENOUGH TO GET THE WALKER OUT OF MY CAR, SHE SAID SHE DIDNT CARE AND I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE. I EXPLAINED THAT THE MANAGER NEEDED SOME SENSITIVITY TRAINING AS A LARGE PART OF THE POPULATION IS ELDERLY AND/OR HANDICAPPED HE DIDNT CARE AT ALL AND SENT ME A $20 GIFT CARD (WHICH I DONATED THIS WAS ABOUT PRINCIPAL NOT MONEY) AND THE CORPORATE OFFICE WILL DO NOTHING TO IMPROVE HOW FLANNIGANS TREATS HANDICAPPED PEOPLE. I have always went Flanigans to get my Monday dinner, usually I take it to go. However, this past Monday I went and ate in and it was an excellent experience. The food was excellent. But I must say that many times I have went there and they have run out of baked potatoes!

Seated us right away. Food was excellent as usual. Brought out the kids food first and that made the kids happy too.

The food is always well prepared and flavorful, staff members hands over awesome service. I liked how neat it is and character. I highly recommend this place.

Location in tower plaza is the best.. Good atmosphere.. Great employees.. And if you like to be at the bar like I do make sure to look out for Nicole, summer, and Samantha they are absolutely awesome! Hard to find a place with that many amazing bartenders in one establishment.. Oh also try their seafood gumbo you won't regret it!

After a hard long day. We decided to go out for our first family dinner of 2021. We called ahead to request seating for 27 people. The Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The dining area was neat and clean and set for social distancing. The food was hot and delicious. The evening manager kept checking to make sure we were well taking care of. Family friendly restaurant. I will absolutely be back to try something else on there menu. Thank you Flanigans staff for closing out what started as a very sad day for our family and helping us to be able to laugh and smile. Happy New Year. Stay safe and well😊

Staff were great, parking was no problem, bathroom was clean they worked very fast. Ribs were excellent. I had to take away a star because the shrimp were extremely salty😕
