This small 12 room boutique style hotel was great. The location, super clean and Maria was fantastic. Food all around you. 3 min walk to ocean .

The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and walking distance to everything. The room was clean and quiet. Check-in was a tad bit confusing bc our booking itinerary showed a different room number and pin code for the key than what we actually ended up with, but when we called the office they were quick to clear it up and give us the correct access code. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. We will book here again next time we're in Hollywood for a weekend away. Very pleased with everything.

Found this beautiful little gem through a friends recommendation and we loved it. Came down with the family from Boston and stayed for 5 nights. Amazing location close to the beach, clean and a super friendly staff which made our stay even more welcoming! Highly recommend!

We spent a week at Tiana Beach Inn and had a wonderful time. The room was very clean and all of our needs were met when we asked for anything. At first, we were booked for 4 nights and decided to extend our stay for another 4 nights. The owner was able to accomodate us very easily. We would highly recommend staying at Tiana Beach Inn.

I had an issue with refund from this hotel, but it was resolved a month later. We stayed there 2 nights.The location is great, close to the beach and boardwalk. The room is small, but it has everything we needed. Quiet air-conditioner, comfortable mattress. Easy check-in and check-out.

Very nice & cozy! Amazing location, only few footsteps away to the beach. The room was spacious, super clean and well equipped. The area is super quiet so we had a great night of sleep which we appreciated a lot! There’s also few bars and cafes within walking distance. The perfect getaway!

Hi, I don't typically write reviews and I hope there will always be a room for myself. I have stayed at TBI on several occasions with GF, and have always enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of the entire Staff, they even have a wonderful cat mascot named coffee. The rooms all have a kitchens with supplies - and have newly wall mounted AC splitter units which are great to have for all seasons. The bedding and furnishing are all beach contemporary and pleasing to the eye. AJ is the manager and is very involved and educated in the Hospitality business - Their group also operates a wonderful restaurant on Collins Ave called Salt Café and I believe they are planning to open another shortly called Zoo Restaurant and Lounge. The location is great and there is a Publix super market maybe 3 miles down Sheridan Ave. Enjoy your stay and be well !

This quaint boutique hotel is a home away from home for those looking to have a relaxing stay. The location is directly on by the boardwalk. Check in is easy, modern, and efficient. The staff truly cares for each guests experience and will certainly make you feel at home.

We stayed here for 4 days to work remotely, and the location could not be better! It’s less than a minute walk to the beach + boardwalk in a quiet area. There are outdoor tables and chairs to take a call or to eat in the shade. The rooms are fine, but clean, and included beach essentials like towels and chairs. The best food was about 15-20 minutes away walking, but that was not a problem. The check in and check out process was seamless and the owner was very informative and helpful. The star was Maria, who helped take care of us while we waited for our delayed flight. The hospitality was unbeatable and sincerely appreciated! Truly, she was the best.

We got off our boat early. I phoned the Inn and left a message that we might be there by 10am, check in was at 3. AJ texted me back and said they would at least hold our luggage, but might be able to provide a room early. When we got to the property we were greeted by the manager on site, she made one call and escorted us to a lovely, clean room with a full kitchen, including a stove and fridge. I jokingly asked “where’s the bbq?” She spun me around and pointed that out too! All the comforts of home! The bed was also comfy! We are contemplating coming back soon! We hope they can give us a monthly rate! Great location and a reminder of the pride of ownership that is so rare in our corporate world! Just say no to Bezos and Hilton! Here you are treated like family!

Very happy with this hotel! A minute's walk to the beach, 15 minutes from the airport. Room was nice, everything we needed and owners encouraged us to check in early when we arrived, even though we didn't ask to. Great service, great place. 10/10 would go back.
