Front desk staff super kind and professional. Chelsea did my keratin. I don’t recommend her for that. She rushed through it and did a very poor job. She doesn’t take feedback well. She was brushing my face carelessly and when I told her about it her response was: do you want me to stop?” I said do you need to stop? She said: “well you are pulling away” I said, because you are brushing my face and it is painful . You can imagine the attitude. Also, the hair was not smooth as usual at the end. Waste of money! My roots were done by Erin, very good job 👏🏻

Always a pleasant experience at Drew James salon. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. I've been blessed by Chelsea's hands for years now. She brought my hair back to life and helps me keep it healthy. I've never left disappointed.

Highly recommended. Jessica did a great job on my hair. Very good advice I am transitioning to grow in the grey she knew exactly what she wanted to do with the color,so the transitioning would be easier. I left the salon very satisfied. All around friendly staff.

Was not what I expected. They left the color stain all over my mothers forehead and did not straighten the hair correctly. She left with her hair oily, I don't think they washed her hair with shampoo at all. I do not think they work well with curly thick hair.

I needed a new salon, others salons my color didn't last long. I wanted to try Drew James, little expensive , but needed color badly. My color didn't fade away, lasted long time.The best decision I made. outstanding staff. And really like my hair dresser Erin you may pay a little more definitely worth it. 🧐

Nice friendly people at this place. The people cutting their hair listen to what you want done. I've taken my son 2 times there and they do a good job on his hair. I would go, but there's not a lot of hair you can cut on a bald head.

My friend recommended this salon to get my bayalage done, and I made an appointment with Nicole. I already had highlights on my hair which were orange and I was skeptical that I was going to get the results I wanted but Nicole made it happen! She listened to what I wanted and helped me chose that perfect shade and the perfect haircut! I got bangs with face shaping and I’m sooo happy and in love with my new look!
