🫤 The cookies and coffee are great. But the food I've ordered is so so. I don't recommend the french toast, and the sandwiches are, eh. But these are the nicest people. I'll probably eat here again, hey the pancakes were good!! People often mention cookies, great, cookie, Duidough,

Favorite breakfast spot in Hollywood! I have literally looked everything I've tried. Definitely try their cookies because they're delicious (we like the brown sugar one and macadamia nut one). All around just an awesome place and the owner is super nice! My pup loves going here as well.

I rarely review places, but I just had to write a review for Duidough Cafe because it was so exceptional that I think other people should know about it. The food was so fresh and delicious that I was extremely pleased. I ordered the hamburger - it was juicy, fresh, flavorful- everything a quality burger should be. The salad that came with it was simple, but again so fresh that it was very satisfying. The service was impeccable as well. And of course the cookie- honestly it's a perfect chocolate chip cookie- a bit crunchy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. If you ever find yourself in Hollywood, I highly recommend this place for a solid breakfast or lunch- Duidough is a hidden gem for sure!

Update as promised. Following the cookie experience visit, we returned for breakfast and it was terrific! My partner enjoyed the Breakfast Bowl and I loved The Millennial. I think the cookie recipes are a treat, but in my humble opinion, they'd be perfect if just left in the oven a little longer. Admittedly I like well done baked goods. That said, the center of these cookies is just a bit doughy to me. You'll likely enjoy them if you like creative, unique flavors. There are traditional flavors as well, like oatmeal raisin with orange zest. The orange zest ties it all together. If you read about the proprietor, it's pretty cool,.. his folks put cook books in front of him when he was nine to encourage reading. Follow your passion and find people to pay you to do it,.. great American story that from the popularity of this place, appears to be a very successful one as well. And the girl working the counter has a smile that brightens the day.

I had a client staying at a local hotel whom I wanted to surprise with some of Duidough's brownies and treats. He was the only cafe who said yes to delivering them and of course I made a large enough order to make it worth his time. My clients loved the over 6 dozen assorted brownies and treats, he even got me some photos of them being delivered! If I did live in Cali this would be some I would do more business with!

I really enjoy going to this place. The atmosphere is nice, the tea is great and the desserts are great! Everything is organic and fresh, made when ordered. I went to check it out with my best friend who highly recommended it. I can't wait to go back and try more. Truly a delightful experience.

Food is excellent! Owner is friendly, attentive, and handsome. A great spot to grab a quick coffee or a full meal. Outlets everywhere to bring in a laptop and work. Duidough is famous for their cookies and their expansion into food and coffee doesn't miss a beat. Can't stress enough how good the food is.

I've never had such a strong tasting lavender drink and especially one with beautiful artwork on it. The drink was definitely on the sweeter side, so if you don't like super sweet drinks as for less sweetener. Quick service, clean tables, cool light displays with edison bulbs, and nice vibe to the place. They seemed to have a good variety of baked goods and there are other drinks that I would like to try next.

I'm overwhelmed by the customer service I personally received. To all my followers you must come by here and meet David the owner and the staff of the most highly regarded company in my eyes. To me your better than any of the other coffee houses. Thank you David great job.😁😁

Update! The "experimental cookies" are coming! I had a s'mores one today and I heard of a Strawberry pistachio one! YES!!!!!! Can't wait. The owner/"Mad Cookie Scientist" is a great guy, check this place out! ------------ The food, service, and presentation are excellent here. I'm afraid the only thing that I feel needs work are the cookies, which is the title of restaurant, the "Duidough Cookie Lab"! Open for breakfast, and lunch (I wish they'd keep later hours, feel this could be a great late night writer's nook) Duidough is a vast improvement over the previous lunch café. Wonderful well rounded menu, and very impressive presentation. Each salad looks like a work of art I feel bad eating! There's also an espresso corner if that's your thing (I just like tea). I personally like the decor, wood benches and tables. It almost feels like a picnic. Personally I like softer/doughy-ier cookies (my favorite is Milk Jar Cookies in WeHo, after my mom's), but even so this is called a "cookie lab" and yet there are only the basic types of cookies. Oatmeal, chocolate chip, macadamia nut, peanut butter and chocolate. Even Stella's, a pizza place a block away has a caramel sea salt cookie. Banana walnut is about as far as the cookie lab goes. It's not that I think the cookies are bad, mind you. It's just if you're going to call yourself the, "cookie lab"show me some experimental cookies. What if you took regular cookie dough and chocolate cookie dough and twisted together. What if instead of oatmeal raisin you did quinoa mango? I want this place to do well. The owner and staff seem great and excited to be here. I feel it's a good addition to the center of the Hollywood area, tucked away from too much madness. Although I don't feel like the Duidough Cookie Lab lives up to it's name, as a lunch café, check it out!
