We came to TGIF for a quick bite before a movie. Front host was on his phone and a bit rude when we asked for a booth instead of table. They didn't have any strawberry lemonade. Waiter Matthew said it's been that way for a few days something with the general manager and ordering. Matthew was very good and efficient. Wings came out and (usually I order all flats since I don't care for the big drums) ALL Drums. We were pressed for time so we just ate them but we let Matthew know and he came back and said the manager said it's nothing she could do. He asked if we wanted to speak with her and we did. She came out and was very nice and said she had the cook making us some more with flats for no charge. Not sure why this couldn't be relayed first but she redeemed herself once she came to the table. I guess they thought "it's nothing I can do about it" would make us just say ok. I recommend front hostess that does seating be more friendly and attentive. Also for manager to show her face if customer has a problem instead of relaying the message with the waiter.

First Time. Impressions? This location looks old and antiquated. Hostess appear to be disinterested. There were signs throughout the restaurant ; indicating that if you sign up for the rewards program; you get a free appetizer. OK. That piqued my curiosity, That was until I realized you only get one choice, but I thought okay, chips and salsa should be okay. To bad for me and my guest. They were stale dried out chips with flavorless salsa. They would have been better to buy a jar of salsa from Publix because this salsa was flavorless. My guest and I both ordered the whiskey glazed Burger with seasoned french fries. The burger was great, the fries were just regular french fries, with no seasoning. I don't see any reason to go back. Disinterested staff, below average food, and overpriced for the quality food you get. I've already deleted their Rewards app.

Looks like your usual TGI. Clean tables but has that dirty water smell. Slower than usual service but nice servers. Each server has more than 5 tables so if you are in a rush let them know ahead of time.

Bartender was very nice but seem to lack experience working in a fast paced environment. Plates were never cleared when we were finished…SERVICE 101. TGI Fridays Corporate needs to retain managers and service staff. The new shrimp appetizer was not good. The shrimp seemed to be freeze dried and not eatable at all. The buffalo sauce in the boneless wings were very very salty. I will never return to a TGI Fridays again.

I dined in at this location on 10/5/23. Although the service and atmosphere were great, I was highly disappointed with the food. For the price being charged you would expect to receive filling portions. The size of the chicken wings were appalling. I don’t think it was appropriate to even serve something to the public. I expressed our concerns to our waiter and her exact words were “Yeah customer’s have been complaining all week for some reason the chicken has been very small.” I was stunned by this response because it’s no way this should be served, let alone charged that amount of money for wings. Overall, I won’t be coming back to this location highly disappointing.

Great food. I love the male host, he’s so funny. I love the atmosphere and meals offered. A lovely place to have a family night out dinner.

Came in for a quick bite to eat and ended up staying longer than expected, had a very interesting conversation with the bartender. You never know who you will meet or who will speak life into. Service 10 of 10!

One of our favorite Sunday lunches by far. Chris, our bartender made us feel welcome and provided excellent service! We didn’t know where to eat while looking to watch today’s Dolphins game. Our bartender changed the channel for us with no problem. Our food and draft beer were top notch. We will be back to this location!

Food was edible. Wrong sauce in wings and they were stale and unseasoned. Loaded potatoes were sad and no sour cream was provided. Bland sliders. Great delivery driver!

I Visit this location yesterday I had 2 issues I told the host that the area he sat us in was wet and he said that it was no where else to sit us at the moment. Next issue was with my wings my food order I ordered wings they me all drums the problem was I didn’t ask for that but I did speak with the manager and she did try to fix the problem by giving 8 flats but I didn’t complain to much I had a movie and the wings weren’t nasty.

Very bad attention, I was 25 minutes to be attended, no waiter came to my table to offer water or something, I left, customer service null, I do not give zero star because it does not exist. Bad experience.

Cleanliness was a bit lacking. Restroom needed attention. Apple butter wing were very good, the cheese burger was not cooked as ordered and no mustard or mayo was offered.

Love coming to visit when I stop by DnB!! I definitely think they have the best Cajun Alfredo in the game! And of course love the Jack Daniels sauce

This place needs new management, dirty table, food leftovers on the floor. I order an steak medium-well it was dry, my broccoli was brown (old or overcooked) mashed potatoes not creamy.... maybe I had high expectations!

Atmosphere inside was calm nit too busy at 6:20 pm. Our server Pierre was excellent. Food came out in a timely fashion. I had fish and chips which was hot. I was not a fan of the breading on fish which had a sweet flavor. My friend had ribs which seemed a big old. My other friend had the Cobb salad .she said it was crisp and fresh. I was advised to order burgers or salad on my next visit those items are usually excellent choices.

I order to go last night which was suppose to be a little romantic at home date with the wife . And the food ribs we received was burnt . As if that order was suppose to be thrown away instead they gave it to a to go customer which is wrong . If the meat on a rib is burnt it’s not eatable and should be thrown away why give it to a customer knowing they can’t tell you , this is burnt I need a new one . The steak we received was fine , it just wasn’t cooked all the way through in the middle . If I had dined in the restaurant , I would’ve definitely asked for everything to be taken back and remade . The only god thing we had was the Mac and cheese and fries . Won’t be ordering to go at night .

Horrible. Made the biggest mistake by stopping here on 10/07 for dinner. This place was disgusting. The food was the worst food I ever ate, the service was slow, so slow that we got our appetizer before our drink orders, 30 minutes later. Party of four my wife got her burger while the rest of us, well our order was not placed. No utensils to eat with despite asking for them. When the meals came we didn’t eat half of the food, took it home for the dog, it was that freaking bad. Bathrooms? Total disaster the garbage was overflowing to the floors and sinks, I can imaging how clean the kitchen is not. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this place. I already contacted corporate but can care less about getting another visit comped, I most certainly wouldn’t want to go through two hours of hell again. I was so mad we just left. My recommendation to readers, stay as far away as possible. Far far away:

We haven't been in a while. My daughter wanted some loaded baked potato skins, so we decided to dine here. The order was placed incorrectly! We ordered the tabletizer, which included mozzarella sticks and wings. The mozzarella sticks weren't cooked properly. The missing items were delivered separately. We also had chips and salsa. That was horrible. Thank God, I got that free!

Great, fresh food, amazing servers (Sugar was our server, and she was literally sweeter than sugar!), and very good prices. Place is also open super late. I got the $10 half rack combo and in this economy both my wallet and stomach were happy. Super recommend!

Crispy Whiskey Combo with salad instead of broccoli. Very good, service was excellent

We really enjoyed the Whiskey Glaze wings, chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta and the fried chicken avocado sandwich. However , the best part was being spoiled by waitress Destiny. She was on it and she really made us feel special.

Amazing service from Michelle the manager and Jasmine the server. Michelle went above and beyond when I asked her for interview advice and also because the Fridays app wasn’t working she still honored my points. The food and drinks are always delicious with good prices. You would be so lucky to visit this place. ☺️
