    This is the worst ran red lobster I have ever been to. Service non existent, literally! They sat us down took our drink order and after 30 mins of waiting we finally decided to leave with no one ever coming to our table. The restaurant was pretty empty. We decided to go to the location on in pines and had good service and an excellent experience.

    Waited 1 hour and 30 min no drinks, no food, customer service horrible would not recommend. Also when we got here waited 20 min to get seated with only 6 people in the restaurant. Horrible!!!

    My boyfriend, daughter and I arrived on Valentine's Day and were advised there was a wait obviously I wasn't surprised however, we were called within 20 minutes. We were waiting for a server for about 15 minutes, my boyfriend requested a manager. Management NEVER acknowledged us nor addressed the problem or could have at least taken our food /drink orders. The server Claudia greeted us and was polite in the beginning towards the end, when the tip was added the attitude changed. James who delivered our food was amazing I must say. Overall, the food tasted amazing and the service was below mediocre and honestly wouldn't recommended this location.

    Literally the rudest waitress ever!!! We sat here and Christy took 40 minutes to acknowledge us or even ask what we wanted to drink. We politely Called her over for a drink order and she replied with and attitude and said “I will get to your table when I am done checking everyone else out of their table. 3 tables and check outs later she finally addressed our table for assistance. Hence my child is annoyed of waiting for his drink order. To top it off it was my birthday dinner!!

    First and foremost this was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a server. I know she has been there a while. Never got her name but H O R R I B L E service. Was so disrespectful towards my mother & I. 5’3 African American woman who was serving us. After 30 minutes of not even getting a DRINK we asked and she rudely came back talking about why the food was taking long??? We had not even gotten to the food part because we had yet to have anything to drink. She then began to argue w my mom. We probably waited an hour for JUST the appetizers. Honestly it’s insane how many poor reviewers that woman has given this restaurant and they still choose to keep her around. We decided to get up with a toddler and leave. I’m sorry but I’m not going to pay for a meal that was disgustedly provided after an hour of waiting. And ONLY then was she the most attentive lol. Calling us as if we were trying to “run” out. Told her to grab the manager which ended up taking another 10 minutes so.. we left. Red lobster this woman is not only costing you POOR reviews. But money aswell. Bees if this is how she treats all her customers then you are giving out A LOT of free food and drinks. IF YOU STILL CHOOSE TO GO TO THIS REDLOBSTER… goodluck.. you might have such poor staff your meal is free! Even the manager didn’t care. These people might be too old for the restaurant industry. Red lobster is just hiring anyone even if they lack education ???

    We arrived at a slow time, so my experience might differ if visiting during peak hours. Service was fast, courteous and attentive. The food was delicious. Can't get enough biscuits. The price is very moderate considering you will be ordering seafood. Now, there's no price for fresh seafood and at least food here tastes lo Ike fresh. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

    Red Lobster has definitely changed. Biscuits are not what they used to be. They were a bit hard and small as opposed to the big and fluffy biscuits I remember. Flavor was there but it just wasn't the same. I haven't been here in at least a year. Service was super slow. Food was not as expected, but the pasta was decent. My Aunt enjoyed her food though, so all was not lost.

    I had a bad experience in Atlanta recently and after a review on google I was contacted by RedLobster and they made due with a gift card. I gave it another chance in my hometown and It was great. Akbar my server was attentive and brought my food expeditiously and Sugar the bartender not only gave me an amazing Passion Fruit colada, she also was very funny and I had a great laugh.

    It was a wonderful evening and dinner! Kendia was our server and she was terrific! She came to our table right away, got our drinks made sure everything was perfect which it was! Emma was also very nice and helpful!

    I tool my mom to celebrate her new job and the server, Elizabeth, made it extra special for us. The food was delicious and we had a great time! Really great food and service.

    Had to come back for the endless Shrimp special. Service was as expected, especially with this popular special. Waitress was polite and kept the refills flowing as the kitchen permitted. Lovely location.

    I ordered for pick up, and the service was good , but they messed up my order😩 instead of the shrimp Alfredo they gave me an extra side of Brussel sprouts!🤦‍♀️ I was really disappointed because I had my mouth ready for shrimp Alfredo, my girlfriend ordered the sesame soy salmon bowl ,the salmon was dry and it did not have the spring mix on the side🙄and the drink was way to sweet didn’t even taste like it had any alcohol . It’s always a let down when you don’t get what you paid for , and to make matters worse I live way to far to turn around and get my money back or what I ordered. Annoying af 🤬… never again!

    The food was okay. The shrimp tacos had good flavor. In general, it is expensive for what it is. We had to wait around 10 minutes for a host to greet us and take us to a table when the restaurant had about 20% occupancy. The only reason that I go to Red Lobster is because my aunt is convinced that it is her favorite place, and it was her birthday.

    It has been a while since we visited this Red Lobster. So long that I was not even Yelping at the time, hence this is my first review of this establishment. From what remember from the last visit, it was transformed from the layout and decor. It looks more modern and fresh paint helps a little. We sat down and ordered our food and drinks. The happy hour $5.00 margarita drink was pretty good. My lobster flatbread tasted great. It's got a nice chunk of lobsters and the pizza dough was crispy. My wife ordered the shrimp trio and enjoyed it. The shrimp was cooked nicely but my favorite has to be the fried shrimp. I just wish the service could be a little better. Our bartender was not attentive and left us waiting to order more drinks. I also see many tables need bussing and I did not see anyone doing it. We'd probably still be sitting at the bar on our next visit.

    I have had many mediocre experiences as of late at different Red Lobsters. However, tonight the food and service were both great. The food was prepared well and came out timely. Henry was our server and he was great. He was professional, attentive and kind. He really made this a great experience. Thank you Henry!

    Ask for Lisa the waiter.. A elderly couple came in the restaurant and order water bread and salad and took Lisa nothing else because that all that they could afford.. And Lisa told them no check today and have a nice day

    From the kids menu..the fish was fried to hard...please tell them lightly fried...Mac and cheese with bacon the kids 😍 ... I order the Cajun chicken pasta.... It was dry so I asked for extra sauce ...... but wasn't told that there's a $2 charge.... After mixing it together it was so much grease you couldn't eat it.... it was oily very very oily...I was told because of the extra sauce it makes it that way..OILY...not asking for a free meal but would have thought they would have replaced it....no luck on that...please review the pictures attached.

    This restaurant is deceiving. Be careful. Today I ordered dishes for $ 24 - it turned out $ 26 with taxes. Despite the fact that I ordered food to go, the black cashier asked for a tip. I paid by card. And clicked on a 10% tip. The total bill should definitely be no more than $30. She doesn't give me the check for some reason and pretends to be busy. Imagine my surprise when I came home $36 was debited from my bank account - about seven dollars were stolen. Something like this. A shame

    Great cook, sweet servers, but the prep staff didn’t show up on this day so my shrimp cocktail had to be cleaned, deveined, cooked, then cooled quickly so it didn’t arrive until the end of the meal. The manager comped us the shrimp cocktail. Everything else tasted great! The lobster pizza and the fried shrimp platter all tasted good as usual. I hope this restaurant gets better prep staff soon.

    Nothing comes close to those cheddar biscuits! And Endless Shrimp is back!!!! Everything was delicious. We shared a seafood stuffed mushroom as an appetizer. I liked that it was cheesy the mushroom itself i wasn't too crazy over. I had endless shrimp pasta and shrimp scampi with a ceaser salad. He had the shrimp, lobster, and salmon. We came just in time for Happy Hour!

    I went for lunch on Saturday around 1:30p with my family (party of 5) by request. It was my son’s 17th birthday and he loves Red Lobster. The service was TERRIBLE!! We were there for almost 3 hours for lunch. Server kept forgetting our stuff (salad, soup, waters, lid for ramekin to go). Brought out our carafe of sangria with 4 glasses. There were only 3 adults at the table. My son is only 17. Had to request some items several times and she still took forever to bring (straws, ketchup, refills). My grandson who is 4 waited so long for ketchup his fries and chicken were cold. If it was busy I could completely understand but there were only 2 tables when we got there and another few came in after. No manager visible and there was no one at the bar. Couldn’t understand why food took so long either. All in all, this is the 3rd time in a row we have had a bad experience so we won’t be coming back.

    Yea… so where do I start… Well the place is clearly understaffed. People don’t pay attention to online orders. Even when it is not busy, NO ONE pays attention to curbside. At all. The cooks DEFINITELY DO NOT know how to cook a lobster tail. They come out shriveled up and rubbery. As overcooked as you can before burning. Greatest biscuits on earth but not enough to get an extra star. Avoid this place : /

    Terrible experience. The food was cold/undercooked and we had to wait almost 15 minutes for a waiter. I came late night since it wasn’t very busy but the service was still extremely bad. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

    Honestly, this place was pretty okay for the prices and everything tasted pretty good. However, I would like to note that I primarily only come here for the immaculate biscuits.
