The hotel has potential but it is overpriced for what it offers. I had the option to check in online, which I did, and chose the corner suite I wanted at the back of the hotel that is more quiet, since I am a light sleeper. I chose to have early check in for 25$ but they told me the hotel was fully booked and had to wait till 4pm. When I went back at 4pm they told me my room is no longer available and that the previous occupant extended their stay last minute. So I was given a front room instead that was at the front on a busy street and the traffic was very bad. No reason to overpay for corner balcony if I can’t use it to relax. The water has zero pressure and not too hot either, meaning I couldn’t shower properly without freezing. Room service has to be requested 24 h in advance, which I didn’t mind. They had construction at the jacuzzi area throughout my entire stay and their pool bar is not open on weekdays. If your hire is fully booked how can you not offer that? The beach service was bad. They have very few towels and you need to wait for over 20 minutes to get one. We got seated and at some point I started raining so I asked for the umbrella to stay open but they told me umbrellas are just for the sun !!! Very disappointed… if I am paying 1200$ for 3 nights I am expecting much more.

The hotel was a great value and location, with a nice pool, and beach access that worked great. The best thing about the stay was Barbara at the desk. She was ON IT! I watched her show true hospitality to not only our family, but several other customers. The hotel is in very good condition, has a reasonable resort fee for all that’s included, and valet parking that’s fair-priced and offers quick service. We were thrilled with our stay here.

This hotel is sat in a very beautiful part of Hollywood beach. It's across the street from the beach, but next to the lake. While the hotel itself is well kept, the cleaning could be better. Because? It is a beach resort. Too many people have tracked water onto the carpets in the room. So over time, this has created mildew. My room had a serious odor of mildew. It smelt like old mop water. I had to spray air freshener throughout the carpet. The room is wonderfully equipped. It's just that one thing. The bed slept well, but the shower was low. I'm 5 foot 8, so, anybody taller than this. You're gonna be aggravated by this shower. I ate at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly, but they failed to write down orders. So all three of our orders came wrong. The food was good, but that's just a lack of service. The balcony in my room was very nice. It's large. If you look over towards the river, there's a very nice view.

We checked in online before arriving at the hotel. Everything was set. However, when we arrived at the hotel the room wasn't ready. It had not been cleaned. This was around 4:30 PM. The person at the front desk wanted to give us another room without the view. We declined and decided to wait since we paid extra for the view. BTW, the room we got had a sliver of a view of the ocean and causeway. The room 718 was in need of repair work. The bathroom had chips of paint falling off the wall. In other places paint had been applied but it was a different color. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. At the sink we could not get cold water. The next day we went for breakfast at the hotel. Horrible! The buttermilk pancakes were floppy and dead looking, butter in little packages, syrup was low quality, blueberry's were frozen. Also, breakfast starts at 8:00 AM. Most hotels begin breakfast at 6:00 AM. And it was not a free breakfast. Everything, all amenities we had to pay for including $30 per night for parking. And then they want a tip??? No way. So, instead of a nice quiet lobby they have noxious music noise playing even in the early morning. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. You would think for $330 per night they would give you something decent but not this place. BTW, I don't need or want any apologies from management. I know what I saw and felt about this place. One of the worst Hilton's I've ever stayed at.

This stay was a very nice one and the hotel is extremely beautiful and well kept. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because one day before coming in I called to get help picking a nice room viewing the pool. I e-checked into that room and then ONE hour before arriving to the hotel I called to make sure I still had my room and they said I did but then when I arrived the girl at the front desk gave me a completely different room facing a parking lot. She said my room wasn’t clean which confused me because I had called an hour before to ask and I was told I was all good with the original room I selected. The girl made no effort to help me until I asked to speak to a manager and THEN she suddenly had a room available for me. It still wasn’t fully over looking the pool but it was definitely better and I thank her for helping us get something a little better. Other than this the stay was lovely. There was one employee specifically who made our stay so much better and that was Joseph. He helped us with our luggage and was so sweet and genuinely a kind person. He would approach us just to chit chat and ask us how our day was. He would even recommend places for us to eat without us having to ask. Thanks so much Joseph, we really appreciated you!

Rooms need fresh paint and nicer toilets as expected from a 4 star hotel. Furniture is good. One younger woman receptionist at the check-in counter was very professional and nice. Don’t go here in the winter. They don’t provide heat. At night it was extremely cold. One last thing, the towels smelled and looked not washed and reused and refolded after the last person. The towels that I requested after noticing that smelled and looked fresh in comparison. Old rooms with updated furniture. Needs new painting and new closet and doors. Wake up, it’s 2024. My old grandmothers house already looks nicer.

Jackie in restaurant does a great job. Staff are all great from Bellmen to front desk staff. They just need more servers in the restaurant in the mornings. Jackie was serving us all by herself on our second morning there. That said, she did the best she could and the next day she made it up to us by taking good care of us. The whole place is very clean including the room, pool area, public restrooms and restaurant. The beach chair service was also good. Overall very pleased with this hotel and service!

This is my second time booking here and this time was a completely different experience. Camilla was a doll, very accommodating and pleasant. The beach is not “far” but it’s certainly a walk through other properties. The beach attendants were rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they were doing us a favor by providing chairs and towels. And they closed down early causing all our belongings to be placed on the ground. I am still receiving “please check out” text messages although I used the self checkout option at the time of departure. The room I booked came with a $50 USD resort credit which was not applied. I called back and spoke to Kristin who said she would call me back after looking into the credit issue within twenty minutes. It’s been fourteen hours and still no reply. Unacceptable. Our room was spacious and clean, the pool and bar staff were pleasant and accommodating. Overall, it was not the resort feel I was looking forward too. I will not book again and certainly not recommend. For the price you can keep exploring other options.

Great location. Pool was beautiful. Water channel on back side of pool/hotel was beautiful. Nice tropical pathway to beach across from hotel. Staff….quite rude. Asked for more towels. We are a family of 4 and we’re given two wash cloths and two towels. About 30 minutes later another employee from who I had spoke to came to my door with two wash cloths. I asked for two towels and he told me ,”no, you only asked for wash cloths.” I again explained four of us and we needed 4 of everything. He rolled his eyes and left. A king while later he returned with two towels. On another occasion we went to the pool. Sign says dawn until dusk. I asked what time that meant they would close. A security guard told me I should have arrived sooner because the pool closed in 30 minutes. I explained we had just arrived at the hotel from Utah and he said, “well that’s your problem. Don’t come here from Utah.” The other lady waved us in and we went to the pool. A few minutes later a different employee came up to our family and another family and told us we had to immediately leave the pool because it was closed. I explained what the first employee told us and he was very aggravated that we were still in the pool. He stated he’d be asking his manager what to do. The hallways reeked of marijuana, there was no housekeeping or even good service when asked and the staff at the desk were repeatedly rude. Our room was dirty and no one addressed that. I will give a huge shout out to the valet staff! Those young men worked hard, were so friendly and were the only members of staff willing to give us a recommendation on where to dine. When we asked the other staff we were met with “My English isn’t good,” “Anywhere around here is fine,” “Or I am not sure, I’m busy right now.” Loved the area, it was beautiful, not sure I’d stay here again.

This place has terrible room service. The phone in the room did not help because the staff did'nt answer it most times. Requests at the front desk were kicked down the road saying "we'll bring it up to the room" and they never did. After a few hours I had to go and pick it up myself. We asked for a baby crib months in advance and by the time we arrived in the hotel this wasn't available and we were asked to wait until the next morning to get crib (eventually we were given it after several hours and we went to sleep at 1 am!). The compensation for the trouble was free breakfast for only one day. The rooms looked old and the pillows need to be replaced (because they were flat). While it may have seen better days, now the place was unfortunately not worth the price. The attached restaurant (Port South) had good food but the overall experience was pretty poor. Looking at the other hotels in the vicinity, the Double tree looked pretty small and left much to be desired. I fully agree with the earlier comment that you pay resort fees but get a motel service. I've had far, far, far better service at a Comfort Inn (no disrespect intended to Comfort Inn) I sincerely hope that Hilton will equip their staff here to be more personable and eager to serve customers.

The location of this hotel was great, very centralized and a short walk to the beach. The pool, grounds and room were nice, we had a balcony and beautiful view. My biggest concern was the staff- everyone acted as if my requests were insane. First, we will start off with the towels? Apparently for a 3 night stay with two girls- 2 towels was enough? I initially called the front desk to request more, they stated they would be there asap- they did not arrive. I found a house keeper in our hallway and asked for 2 towels to which she reluctantly gave them to me. The next day I went back to the front desk and asked for more towels- no problem, they would be there soon… they didn’t come either. I found another housekeeper who told me that I could only take 1 towel and to go ask the front desk for more. I called the front desk AGAIN (also note, each time I called the front desk it took multiple calls and many minutes on hold to reach anyone), they sent up 2 towels. Fast forward to the pool deck- the towel hut attendant was extremely rude to us the whole trip- exclaiming that taking 3 towels was insane and if everyone did that they wouldn’t have any towels? In a specific incident, my friend had gone to get towels to sit by the pool. There were no folded towels on the counter, so the attendant said to take them from a container, but they were not folded and they were damp (looked like a dirty towel bin). My friend attempted to look for a towel that wasn’t wet and the attendant snapped at her stating “they’re all the same!”. Overall the staff was unhelpful, not friendly and unwilling to help the guests. It was a great vacation, but the lack of hospitality put a major damper on our stay.

Extremely disappointed with the front desk staff (the 2 ladies on the day crew) and their lack of good customer service etiquette and awareness. One lady was very condescending and rude. I am frequent Hilton user and this was probably the worst experience I’ve had with the front desk staff of any Hilton property that I’ve stayed at. Although the property was a little dated, the housekeeping staff did a great job keeping the rooms cleaned. Restaurant was great and had a small but good selection of food options. I loved the fish sandwich. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Great location. Nice pool. The beach was a 3-4 minute walk from the front door.

Unbelievably horrible experience. First off we checked in and nobody bothered to help us or help with our bags. The rooms were on a whole other level. The room smelled like moldy, sweaty socks and I almost threw up. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night and I heard people in the elevator talking about suspicious things. Now let’s move onto the new room, the room was better but the shower did not drain the water, the balcony was disgustingly dirty, the floors are dirty as well. I ordered towels to the room and they said it will be delivered in the next “5-10 minutes” but they ended up coming in the next 2-3 hours. Unbelievable. The checkout process was the worst experience in my life for a hotel because I have been to many hotels throughout my life and this has been by far the worst service I’ve ever received. I called the lobby about 10-15 times and they never picked up the phone, and I called the bell service a similar amount of times and no response as well. I had to call valet in order for them to help me request a bell man. The bell man finally comes in 20 minutes and then once we get to the lobby he puts the cart in the corner and disappears. Valet brought out my car and then the bell man disappears into a room which I saw him walk into and doesn’t come out for the next 15 minutes. I spoke to the valet and they told me to go take the cart and put the bags in the car myself, there is nothing wrong with doing it myself but for quality and service I would expect some sort of help, some customer dedication, and some sort of care. This is not me hating on this hotel or chain, but it is definitely something to improve on in this specific location. Thank you.

So I stood here during veteran day weekend the hotel itself is beautiful and overlooks the bay which is lovely. However, the pool was freezing it’s not a heated pool and if it is then it wasn’t working. The hot tub wasn’t a hot tub it was about 5 degree warmer than the pool but still cold. The front desk had said they were going to call us when the room was ready and that wasn’t true either and it wasn’t until check out that I learned about amenities at the beach . But on the plus the room was nice and clean I don’t think I would go back because you can’t really enjoy the pool it’s too cold

I can honestly say that we have nothing negative to say about this resort. All the staff are very welcoming, especially Sandra Dee, Isra, and Marina on the front desk. Guillermo on service They have gone above and beyond. The warm cookies and bottled water are a delicious treat on arrival. The rooms have TV, fridge, microwave, iron and board and coffee machine . They have a private swimming pool and restaurant. 10 minutes walk to Walmart, 5 minutes walk to the beach. A thirty minute walk or a short taxi ride ($10 plus tip) to several beach bars and gift shops.

I have never left a bad review at anywhere I’ve ever been. If the service was bad, I just took it in stride and moved on and this moment I have to leave this review so that nobody else has to go through this. I stayed at this hotel the Friday after Thanksgiving, so this is rather recent. I have a herniated disc and need specific accommodations. After checking in, I lay down to take a nap on the bed. I already saw that it was too soft for my back, but I had been exhausted that day, and positioned myself to sleep on a side that would work , when I woke up my entire body hurts. I went downstairs and spoke to the night manager and told him that the bed did not work for my back. I told him about my issue and asked him to give me a rollaway mattress. He told me that it was after midnight And all the staff was gone and he could not help me that he did not know where those things were. I replied without getting angry well that’s fine. Can you give me some extra bedding and I can make a bed on the ground so that I can sleep because I cannot sleep on the mattress , the quick nap I took already told me what I needed to know. I asked for extra bedding because it was a few of us staying in the room. He replied again that everybody was gone and he could not help me. How is it possible that the night manager did not have access to everything in the building. What if my issue was even more severe and I really needed help ? You do not get what you paid for here. You are charging resort fees but you’re really at a motel six. I also say that not in exaggeration, but because the cleaning staff did not use, appropriate language, they were loud and cursing In the hallways and I know guest were sleeping. This is not the place for you or anyone. There are other reviews here about the service and it’s all accurate. I will be calling their corporate headquarters.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF TRAVELING WITH DOGS. Yes, it says it is “pet friendly” but there is absolutely no where to take your dogs 🐶 No grass to be had anywhere. The staff is very kind and our interactions with staff has been nothing short of great. Have to ask for towels and room service. It’s 2023 thought those days were behind We checked in at 9pm on a Friday and our room rooms A/C wasn’t working. They switched us to another room on the same floor and that A/C wasn’t working also and believe me you want A/C in south Florida. They switched us again to another room on a lower floor and the A/C worked fine. The valet is great and the food at the restaurant was good. Only a block away from the beach and you get beach access.

This hotel was extremely clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was tasty and a large portion. We were in town for the Beyoncé concert and stayed here at this hotel. We got in a little later in the day, but were greeted by kind staff. The hotel was decorated beautifully and smelled very good. We were given cookies and waters to go up to the room in. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The shower was beautiful and easy to use. The parking was not amazing trying to get your car in and out, but valet had a system and made it work. I would definitely be back again to stay here.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! I will be coming back! Stunning view, comfy beds, clean rooms, hands down the most beautiful hotel. My husband and I love to travel and choose the most beautiful hotels at least 4 stars… this place is 5 stars all the way. Check in staff was awesome! Jade and Saundra Dee did an wonderful job with customer service and welcoming us. Made sure we had all the info for the resort. I’m so happy! Eric made our dining experience absolutely amazing! The VIEW IS BREATHTAKING! Thank you for this experience!

This is good hotel at a reasonable price for the area. During busy check-in time there was only one person behind the counter, and she got overwhelmed very quickly but did as best as she could while still remaining friendly. My room had a nice view and it was clean.

Room was fine. Location was ok. The staff is friendly but the front desk staff is not particularly competent. When I was there, they screwed up my reservation, charged my personal card instead of my business card as arranged, then said they couldn't do anything about it for several days. Meanwhile I'm out $1,000. Plus, they told me extending my stay would cost $399 then, when I was about to hand them my card, $550 came up on the display! Apparently they LOVE hidden fees! They were pretty dishonest about it. Plus, I found later that they didn't actually cancel the reservation when I told them to! Also, there were times when the front desk was completely unmanned. They also seemed under-staffed in general causing delays in almost everything you try to do. I definitely wouldn't stay here again and may reconsider my devotion to using Hilton properties altogether.

had a good stay. Room wasn't ready as expected when we arrived early to check in time. They held our luggage and we went out to get some lunch and came back after 4, which room was still not ready. They got us upgraded rooms right away and the rooms were very nice. The staff was friendly but had to be reminded of requests. The resturant was pretty good as well. Paid a good amount for the rooms and then there is a $30 a day per room resort fee plus tax. We were also charged $35 a day plus tax for valet parking. Just include these charges in the per night stay instead of an add on. The pool was nice and the beach across the street was nice, but very crowded and everyone is on top of eachother.

We had a great stay. The pool is wonderful and the tiki bars pours some great drinks. We walked to beach and they have chairs for guests and there is also a cool bar at the beach. We walked to a great Cuban restaurant for dinner and all around had a great stay. The rooms are nice. Not super remodeled but for a beach resort they are very nice. All the staff were kind and helpful. We will be back.

Pathetic Hotel. Front desk person on 11/19/23 had an attitude and was miserable as soon as we walked up to the counter. Obviously didn't want to be there. Said our room wasn't ready and was going to be awhile. So we decided to walk around and check amenities out. Place was dirty, pool and hot tub were filthy. We were told hot tub was broken and didn't work. Grounds around pool were filthy. Only wondered what the room would be like but we never found out because we waited 7 1/2 hrs and rooms still weren't ready. So we asked for GM and that person never showed. So we asked to cancel and get a receipt invoice with no charges. Lousy hotel !!! It is said a team takes on the characteristics of it's leader...well it's obvious they have lousy leadership. To much competition in the area to put up with a place like this.

We had a pleasant stay here. Devon checked us in and was very polite, warm and welcoming along with all of the staff we encountered. Location is convenient. We enjoyed the tiki bar, random duck and birds swimming in the pool was off-putting. Maybe that will be fixed in the future.

This place is falling apart. Toilet didn’t work. Both sinks leaked. Safe didn’t work. They did not have enough beach chairs or pool chairs. Hall carpet was not vacuumed once during our three days. On our third day they forgot to clean our room and we had to get our own towels and remove our garbage. Do not stay here. $280 for room. $30 for parking. $40 for resort few plus taxes. For $400 find a different hotel.

We traveled for a business trip. From the moment you drive up the valet staff is so welcoming. Everyone at the front desk always met us with a smile. The lady at the grocery food kiosk was always friendly & made the best cappuccino in the house. The restaurant staff & bar tenders all made you feel very welcome & the food was fabulous. Such a great place to stay.

The professionalism and excellence of the front desk staff goes above and beyond at this hotel. Kristine was the best. I even called a week after checkout to get another copy of my receipt and she remembered me and my room number. This kind of attention to detail and personal service is hard to find in hotels these days and Kristine made my stay feel like home.

Very much enjoyed our time here! Devon at the front was wonderful and helped check us in quickly and sorted out our room upgrade. Fun to talk to and made us feel very welcomed. All of the staff did. The circuit shuttle was a very fun way to get around. The info sheet just needs to be updated to reflect the service price change from $1 per person to $2. Lol such a good deal though. Room could see the ocean and street. Its a quiet and safe area and about a 30 min taxi to South Beach/Miami. About 20 min to FLL.

Not only that she gave me a goody bag full of snacks for my daughter as well. Thank you Sandra D for making us feel so welcome!!!

Only stayed one night. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable room. $35 parking fee plus 30$ resort fee seemed excessive for my 11 hour stay. Our server at breakfast, Jackie, was excellent.

The location was convenient and the pool by the intercoastal was quite pleasant. I found the bed to be comfortable, and I paid extra for a corner room which had a nice view. The front desk and pool area staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite many messages from the hotel about their focus on being clean and germ free, the room was not clean: I found a large dust bunny on the floor, some plastic wrapping beside the toilet, and a hair on the toilet that was not mine. I had to ask three times to have someone come from housekeeping and when they finally came they cleaned around the toilet and I was just too tired to push for more. My family members in another room had a non-working toilet despite a visit from maintenance. When they were moved to another room, the toilet worked but there were two used tissues on the floor. The hotel is not aging well, I wouldn't recommend it.

We went for a relaxing vacation and we were extremely pleased with the service. It was cleans staff was pleasant. The food and rinks were superb. It was very relaxing and fun. Bad weather for one day, but the hotel made it pleasantly comfortable to sit in the lobby to read and relax. We loved it and will definitely return again…Thank You Kristin for the most warmest welcome. You are the best…

Was here for 2 nights for attending a wedding. Great location close to beach and restaurants. They have their own space at the beach for Hilton guests. Awesome service. Staffs in Valet, bell desk and concierge were great. Warm cookies at check in was a great way to show warm welcome to guests. 24hr valet service was fast and staffs polite. Shout out to Mariana at concierge for being very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Didn't use their pool and Tiki bar, but it looked like a fun place. Reasonably priced. If you're Hilton Gold member, you get food credit. Would highly recommend!

Would NOT recommend. Average at best, not a good value. Not sure why this hotel is currently listed as 4 star. There’s plenty of other hotels in the area priced the same and better. Parking is $75, bathroom is poor, there was a strange noise in our room all day (elevator, fridge, ghost, walls talking- who knows), front desk lady was rude. We supposedly got this l luxury room bc we were Hilton members , but ended up being next to the hotel engine room or something.

Stay was fantastic! Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean! All of the staff was kind and we loved the warm cookies. Barbara at the front desk was amazing and went above and beyond for us and making my son’s b-day stay extra special! She is a gem! Beach is across the street but an easy walk and your cabanas and towel service on the beach is included. Pool is right at the hotel and also has a jacuzzi. We will be back! :)

If you're a kind, dark-skinned woman who'd be racialized as "Black," do not come here. From the moment you greet the front desk agent (namely, Marina), you will be treated like a n----r. There will be zero eye contact as she looks at the computer before acknowledging your existence or humanity. But, if you're pale-skinned like her, she will treat you like a special human being, as I witnessed with the guests before me. Honestly, folks like Marina should have grown up in a home like mine, where you were tortured, so when you're older, you learn not to treat humans like cockroaches or subhumans, because it hurts. Good luck to her and any children she may decide to have in life, as they'll most likely end up verbally or psychologically harming darker-skinned children or adults for literally no reason. My friend and I decided to leave and head to another hotel where our darker skin isn't synonymous with "subhuman." Felt bad for my friend, because she lost money from this reservation. But, where we are now is 100 times better. At this new hotel, the front desk staff is mostly pale-skinned, but, they treated me like royalty from the second I appeared at the front desk. Over here, my skin tone is accepted and not seen as a nuisance.

I don't understand how this is rated a 4 star hotel. They didn't come to clean my room for the entirety of my 4 day stay, even after I asked 3 times for them to clean it. The amenities are also very very basic - poor shower, etc. The rooms are comfortable but the service is not up to par with a hotel that is supposedly 4 star.

Celebrated my gf’s birthday here. What a great time. We had a really nice balcony view. The entire staff was pleasant. The restaurant’s bartender Jose made the best drinks & had a great personality. The manager Christine was very kind and detail oriented. Great conversations. They made our trip very special. Lovely pool & in close proximity to the beach. Highly recommend & would stay again.

Very bad experience, I’m very sorry. First of all, no one helped us with our bags. When we entered we were putting our stuff in the closet, the closet door almost fell on me! We just came back from the pool to take a bath, there was no shower gel. After that I wanted to watch TV and my other friend wanted to work. The TV didn’t work well. and the desk lamp couldn’t turn on, also the clock wouldn’t turn on also. we went to port south to eat dinner and the service was awesome. Wow man, great job on the service! After that we went to a walk at night to the pool and when we were walking around it exploring I heard a bad attitude from the pool worker, it was a lady, wow bro, what an attitude. Then we made friends with the girl to check in the restaurant, and she helped us call the engineer, he fixed everything except the TV. said he is gonna call “someone” to fix the buttons, they never fixed it.. And then the mirror light next to the sink didn’t work, and there was no tissue. Today we just left and thank god the checkout was lighting fast. I’m not hating this hotel, I’m just telling you to like improve this place. Thank you.

We had a great experience here at the double tree for four nights while vacationing in Florida. Loved the warm cookies and water; especially the water dispenser near the entrance with infused fruit. It was always kept filled and nice after coming back from a quick run or bike. Had breakfast at the restaurant and the food was great! We had maria 3/4 mornings and she was great; thanks maria! Would def recommend the pancakes and avocado toast. Coffee came in a carafe, so didn’t have to keep asking for refills. Loved the coffee pod maker in the room. Loved the Crabtree shampoo/conditioner/shower gel on the walls rather than the tiny plastic ones most common in hotels. Valet service was phenomenal. They opened the car door for me every time. We would call to ask them to bring the car around and literally it was there waiting by the time we came down. Very pricey though ($35 + $2 tax nightly). Excellent customer service from the hotel stay! 5 stars; especially Anthony… we were not happy about a few things and Anthony listened to our concerns and we really appreciated that. The desk staff were different throughout the shifts, but ALL were so friendly and helpful. Free 1 hr bike rentals, which we utilized the last 2 days. Only negative was that the carpet in the hallways/rooms desperately need cleaning/vacuuming or to be replaced. Broken hot tub outside. Nice pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Overall a wonderful stay. No major complaints

We booked a King corner room through the Hilton Honors App. Our room had pretty pool and intercoastal views. It was very cozy and spacious. The pool atmosphere was very relaxing. The service and staff were very pleasant and courteous. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay another night. Thank you to the mgr (can't remember her name) who gave us a good rate to extend our stay. The only complaints I have are: 1) the hallway to the 4th floor smelled very moldy and was extremely humid with the carpeting being filthy. 2) the cleaners didn't take our trash from the room. 3) The 24 hour advanced schedule for requesting for the room to get cleaned. However, all in all, we enjoyed our stay and will book this location again in the future.

I stayed with my girlfriend for two days and we paid extra day because we were so relaxed. The staff was great and kind. Whole experience was great. Only few things far as how to make better. No one is perfect so I'm not bashing just suggesting. The bathroom needs a make over bad and the shower head needs to be replaced. The hall way needs new carpet ASAP and it smells . I know people come from the beach but they should have a air freshener thing that shoots out some good smells thru out the day. The pool was great just needs to be better taken care of. The floor of pool is falling apart and I saw chips of the floor tile falling apart. Whole pool should be empty redone and would be great.. other than that I definitely see us going again but for a whole week next time. Hopefully by than they have upgraded few things. Because remember it ain't cheap to stay there. Should always be upgraded to keep people coming. Thanks guys for a great vacation.

Check-in was a breeze and a pleasure, room was clean, beautiful and spacious and the view to the pool was fabulous! The beach service included umbrella, chairs and towels was uber convenient! The water bottles and cookies was a PLUS and came in clutch the night we checked in. The walk to the beach was 3-5 minutes. Luxury feel hotel with an affordable price. Would recommend 10/10 and would stay here again without a doubt.

Not So Handicap Accessible & No Vegetarian/Vegan Options The handicap-accessible room was not roomy, the bathroom was great, and the balcony and view were a joke, so I requested another room on a higher floor however it was not handicap accessible however I made it work because the room very roomy, and the view and balcony were beautiful.  None of the doors in the hotel are handicap/wheelchair accessible however the staff was helpful. Also, I can usually order sides and get by without vegetarian or vegan options. I had to buy 2 entrees for $30 just to get french fries & 5 Brussels sprouts that were supposed to be mixed vegetables, good thing I had a rental car and was able to go to local restaurants nearby.

Hotel was Clean and in a good Location. The Grounds were Beautiful and well Maintained. The pool area was very relaxing, comfortable, well maintained and with an ample supply of Loungers provided. All Employees were very helpful, Especially Anthony! He was kind, funny and helpful. Kristine and Dennis were also very helpful. The Valet Employees were great at helping even though we didn't have a car. The biggest issue was the Restaurant Closed at 5:30 and the pool at Dusk and No Tiki Bar Monday - Wednesday. I would recommend This Property to anyone.

This hotel is not customer oriented. From our arrival to our departure we didn't receive better than 2 star customer service. No one ever answer the phone. First night we requested extra towels, they never came and I had to pick them up at the front desk in the morning. When we asked about the pool hours they stated Dawn to Dusk. Nope pool opens 8 am, and no towels at the pool at 9 am. The rules about not bringing food to the pool is ridiculous, because the prices for their food are super high, and the quality is poor. When placing an order at the bar, the, the bartender just walked up and just looked at me, not a word, no greeting, no smile. Front desk was the same way. Upon check-out, the front desk staff, never asked me how our stay was. I mean just basic customer service went out the window. The 2 beach chairs that you get are not worth it as they pack the chairs so close to one another, that its almost impossible to use especially if you have children. The beach is not cleaned. Valet parking only, and the Valet staff was nice most of the time. The rooms were dirty, with mold in the shower, MOLD. With all that being said, I cannot possibly recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff do not care , and that stems from management. The room needs a thorough cleaning. There was Mold in the shower.
