Chick-fil-a
has
left
the
worst
and
most
disgusting
taste
in
my
mouth
based
solely
on
experience
and
customer
service.
Going
to
Chick-fil-a
this
past
Friday
night
to
grab
a
late
night
bite
and
clearly
that
was
too
much
for
the
staff
to
handle.
Not
only
did
I
wait
a
WHOLE
40-50
minutes
for
my
food,
I
actually
NEVER
received
it
yet
was
told
the
inside
was
closed
with
no
explanation
and
said
if
I
wanted
to
order
it
would
be
through
the
mobile
app
or
drive
thru.
I
decided
let
me
order
through
the
app,
but
they
gave
me
the
shortest
end
of
the
stick
by
making
me
order,
taking
my
money,
having
me
wait
there
endlessly
like
a
clown,
and
was
never
refunded
not
the
next
day
or
the
following,
and
so
on.
Till
this
day
as
I
am
typing
this
I
was
never
refunded
or
given
a
simple
sincere
apology
from
the
store
manager
or
Franchise
owner.
I
called
the
customer
support
not
once
but
twice
to
follow
up
on
the
situation
and
I
had
to
be
the
one
doing
their
job
following
up
on
everything.
They
said
they
alerted
my
case
to
the
store
and
it’s
almost
going
on
a
week
and
would
NEVER
want
ANYONE
to
experience
what
I
went
through
this
past
weekend.
Completely
horrendous
and
measly
service
coming
from
one
of
the
best,
which
they
aren’t
and
is
PDQ
in
the
same
plaza
if
you’re
really
looking
for
a
quality
experience.
I’m
not
the
type
to
use
such
words
but
I’m
just
dumbfounded
by
everything
that
has
happened
and
will
be
waiting
for
someone
to
actually
do
something
someday.
Till
then,
I
wouldn’t
bother
giving
a
lick
of
money
to
this
location
and
would
urge
you
to
just
go
to
a
different
location
or
establishment
entirely.
