    I don’t think I’ll ever give any chick-fil-a less than a 5 star rating. They excel in customer service and courtesy. Their staff are well trained and I’ve always thought to myself they stand out from the crowd because of this. This location was what I expected. Clean, fast, courteous, friendly, and the food was delicious. There was plenty of parking for you if you want to park and eat in you car like I usually do. They also offer curb-side pick uo

    This place is always consistent with good food and good service. But on the app there is always problems, whether the curbside pickup is closed one day, or the restaurant opening late on another day. There just always seems to be some issue with the app and the restaurant and this seems like the only chick fil a because the other ones in Pembroke Pines area never have this issue. At least they finally brought back the salads

    I've never had such a horrendous experience with such rude employees at any Chickfila. An employee outside taking drive through orders yelled at us to turn around because the cones were not set up for where cars were supposed to line up according to her. She then turned around to scream at employees taking orders for other cars. The fact that her badge says Training Manager terrifies me for this Chickfila. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of common decency here. Also all of the parking if you want to go inside is across the street, but no signs tell you that. All the parking near by is for Curbside only.

    Waited in line and got to the front only to be given an order that was incorrect, in Logan’s defense, he was a trainee and may not have known the policy is no well done chicken nuggets. Jada, was very passive and I couldn’t even make out what she was saying over the mask she was wearing and lack of making eye contact, but instead trying to turn her back and talk. John, the manager I guess, just could careless, wanted to refund and get back to what he was doing. I had to ask if it was a policy or what was the reason. Apparently it takes to long…although I’m the customer and would have waited. Won’t return.

    Fresh hot fries. Only hangup I paid for large and cashier tried to give regular daying he wanted to see if I was paying attention yeah not funny. Also got pickles on sandwich which asked for no pickles. Otherwise ok.

    This is the first Chick-fil-A that I have ever had this bad of experience. My salad had a bad strawberry 🍓 that was spoiled. My grilled nuggets were over cooked a little burnt. And this is the first one that literally charged me after having a bill of $55 for a large cup of ice. Charged me for two large cups of ice as two large drinks and she was a manager. I have never experienced this at Chick-fil-A has any one else experience this with them? Stay away from this particular one. Because I have always had nothing but good reviews for all the rest.

    SUPER FRESH FOOD at this location. I'm sure to great Chick-fil-A quality, but this breakfast looked as good as the marketing ads. Hash browns were a light golden brown with a crisp (instead of over-cooked). Chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit was outstanding. Fresh, moist biscuit, golden brown chicken (very crispy), fresh eggs & cheese. Service was even faster than other locations. Very polite, & helpful staff. Great attitudes.

    As always they have excellent service! How ever I haven't been here in a while, so when my husband decided to stop here today I was super excited. We order our chicken sandwiches and some waffle fries but we got what tasted like refried food. The chicken sandwich was greasy and dry, and the fries look like they been sitting all day.

    6:50am . only one car in front of me. all I ordered was one egg white grill sandwich. waited over ten minutes behind the one car at the window. i ended up leaving so i would not be late for work. no food for me. this is terrible service . i will not come back here

    Never had a CFA mess up an order this bad. Didn’t add sauces, forgot dressing and side with salad, forgot 2 sides of fries. Additionally, it appeared that the manager was putting the order together. Not a good look.

    Chick-fil-a has left the worst and most disgusting taste in my mouth based solely on experience and customer service. Going to Chick-fil-a this past Friday night to grab a late night bite and clearly that was too much for the staff to handle. Not only did I wait a WHOLE 40-50 minutes for my food, I actually NEVER received it yet was told the inside was closed with no explanation and said if I wanted to order it would be through the mobile app or drive thru. I decided let me order through the app, but they gave me the shortest end of the stick by making me order, taking my money, having me wait there endlessly like a clown, and was never refunded not the next day or the following, and so on. Till this day as I am typing this I was never refunded or given a simple sincere apology from the store manager or Franchise owner. I called the customer support not once but twice to follow up on the situation and I had to be the one doing their job following up on everything. They said they alerted my case to the store and it’s almost going on a week and would NEVER want ANYONE to experience what I went through this past weekend. Completely horrendous and measly service coming from one of the best, which they aren’t and is PDQ in the same plaza if you’re really looking for a quality experience. I’m not the type to use such words but I’m just dumbfounded by everything that has happened and will be waiting for someone to actually do something someday. Till then, I wouldn’t bother giving a lick of money to this location and would urge you to just go to a different location or establishment entirely.

    As always, regardless how scary and long the 3 lines are, you are always in and out in less than 10 minutes! I wish they'd share their organizational secret with the rest of the world but until then , as always this franchise is outstanding, the staff the nicest in the fast food industry and the food amazing!

    It's Chick-fil-A can they ever go wrong? 😂 I personally don't eat it but everyone else in the household does so I just do pickup orders here. The only thing I do nibble on is the waffle fries.

    This was the absolute worst experience ever! My called in advance to inform them that my party of 30 would be dining at the restaurant two hours in advance. They literally took an hour to take 30 people orders and gave us cold food. Furthermore, 7 of the 30 students food was incorrect. They custom service was disheartening. I am completely disappointed with chick fil a!

    Food is always consistently great at chik filet .... but my issue is with what happened to me here...Be careful making your online order to this location. This is not my local store and I accidently clicked the mall store. Because they are so close it allowed me to click I'm here when I pulled up. When we finally realized that I was at wrong spot mall closed. A member at this location said she'd call over to cancel my order and that I could order there. She picked up phone and by the looks of it she did what she said. Told me they canceled and I proceeded to order and pay there. Well I found out next day my card was charged and order was not canceled. Other store refused refund, was very rude saying it was my mistake and I paid double for my food. I had to escalate this issue to their main office. I understand it says location on app & has pictures but if your not familiar with location all restaurants look the same so its an easy mistake to make.I'm very annoyed and issue still unresolved.

    I went at the beginning of the rain and the drive they line was excessively long and the service was even slower. However I had ordered for pickup and it made it super difficult to get to the parking space to do curbside pickup due to the long drive thru lines. I managed to weave into the area and notified them i had arrived. It took another 15 min to get my order ready. The food was good and the prepared exactly as I customized it for once.

    The food itself is good and the staff are friendly. However for the price you pay for Chick-fil-A, we have learned to thoroughly check our orders before we drive away because they do mix up sizes, forget items, etc some times.

    Very busy Chick-fil-A and yet the usual good service, restaurant is spacious inside so there was plenty of tables available, they also have tables outside. Food served quickly and as good as always. Sweet tea wasn't the best, watered down, but it's the first time it happens.

    Placed order on app for curbside, good quality was horrible. Half fries, almost no chicken on my salad that is half what they usually serve. No blue cheese on my salad either. Waited 15 minutes for my food although they were empty and ordered beforehand.
