I see people's complaints. However, the hospitality industry which includes hotels/motels runs the same. If you give them a problem they will give you a problem. They want to rent rooms and make $. I've stayed here several times and the biggest problem I had was the wifi. Also it's a huge inconvenience that the bathroom doesn't have a power outlet. But what do you expect out of a budget motel? Overall humbly the service/rooms are decent quality for the $.

if I could give this location zero star I would. first, they seem nice and welcoming people. Then getting a room took forever, we even left for about 2 hours and still have to wait another 1 for the room we requested. The cleaner told us that the room bedsheet had to change because it looks like the people before us PEE in one of the beds and after waiting for her to finish, we walk into the room to check it and just DISGUSTING. The room was filled with a smoke smell, there was dust, and the tables were filthy, and the final blow was the kitchen. THE WORST LOOKING KITCHEN I HAVE EVER SEEN. It looks like the kitchen hasn't been clean in months. The fridge was disgusting, the stove/oven was old with sticky stuff all over the knobs and the microwaves was not even touch at all. So, we went back to the office lady saying that we didn't move in and wanted a refund because the room was not clean properly and she checked the unit and gave us our refund. But the Cleaner got in her feeling and said we were not welcome ever again and couldn't rent a room from them again and all I had to say for that THANK YOU GLADLY, NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. MY FIRST WORST EXPERINCE WITH BOOKING A PLACE LIKE THIS AND THE LAST ONE, I HOPE.

The cleaning lady name Carmen is the best she is so sweet an she makes sure ur room its spotless. I would give it a 5 star but the other cleaning lady name i think is Kathy she is a mess she don't clean like she needs too but wants to ask u for a tip well lady my tip to you is need to do ur job just a little better an not ask for tips .

Very rude service I called just now to ask a question the gentleman miss heard me and hung up as i was correcting myself I called again he pick up the phone and hung up … please avoid this family own company enough support bad business like this!

The family that owns it treats your real good and it's close to everything downtown You can walk there in 5 minutes

It's an okay hotel. I had a non smoking room that smelled like cigarettes. But it feels a bit homely. I would recommend this spot if you're into having a sneazy type fantasy.

Only stopped to be able to use the restroom, thankfully the office staff allowed me to do so and for that I thank you. My bus broke down in an inconvenient location.

I had a pleasurable stay at this motel. The staff was excellent and very accommodating to my needs. It was a last minute booking but they were able to get me a room as soon as possible. The room was clean, neat, and just right for my short stay. I will be staying here in the future.

I gave it a 3 instead of a 2 because of the housekeeper, she is great! The bathroom was immaculately cleaned. The grounds are well kept, the rooms are very dated looking and crowded. Maybe it is due to Cultural differences but the family that runs it are not very professional and communications are poor. We only stayed here 2 nights because the other place we were at did not have a vacancy for those dates and we went back as soon as they did. I would not stay here again but it is in a convenient location. It was quiet and we felt safe. If you do not spend any time in your room other than sleeping it is fine. It is overpriced for the size and amenities. Plenty of parking.

Hill hotel is a terrible and disgusting place to stay. I was disgusted by the smell of the room. I informed them that I wanted a non smoking room. There’s roaches everywhere. It’s not worth the stay. There are a few other hotels in the area. That hotel needs major remodeling and friendlier staff. Unprofessional! I’d recommend that you spend your money else where. A very filthy place to stay.

Good price. The lady that runs the place is nice, and has a good sense of humor. Rooms are clean, haven’t noticed any bed bugs.
