Lately, my dissatisfaction with shopping at Publix has been growing. In particular, I am highly disappointed with the quality of service at the deli. Over the past two weeks, I have visited the store on multiple occasions specifically to buy fried chicken, only to find that it is consistently unavailable. These visits have taken place between 4pm and 7pm, a time when one would expect the deli to be well-stocked. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. The service clerks have been unhelpful and appear indifferent, offering nothing but excuses for the lack of availability.

Go out of my way to.come to this Publix. Super nice employees and always has stock in shelves. Never had an issue here, enough registers open so you don't have to wait forever in line.

I love this Publix ! I recently went to their bakery to order a special shark pull apart cupcake for my sons birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure We were happy with our special order. Thank you so much my son Noah loves it !

This Publix is horrible, every time I come to get a sub I’m waiting in line for 20+ minutes while there’s multiple people standing in the back and standing around the store. They are slow and have no consideration for anyones time. This is the only Publix I go to where I experience this every single time I’m here. Ron the cashier deserves 5 stars and a raise. Other than that, this Publix needs to get it together. Grabbing a sandwich from Publix is supposed to be convenient. At this location, it’s the complete opposite. I can name a ton of other places where I’d get faster service from people who actually care about my time.

Love to go there. There are so many good things to say about this location. I was wondering out loud where something was and from behind me the store manager answered me. I was embarrassed and grateful. Also I had a sub made for myself and the person making it was following my instructions perfectly. I'll go there anytime. Thanks Publix.

They allow self check out... it is quick and user friendly... very clean and friendly staff.

I’ve always had great customer service while shopping at this location. All the associates, and their managers are great people. They will go above and beyond to make sure that you had a great experience.

It's not the best Publix I've ever been to BUT it certainly isn't the worst. The setup is quite different from other Publix stores I've been to but one can get adapted quickly. As always, the Publix staff is wonderful - unlike say going to a Winn-Dixie. I'm dropping my original 4 star rating to a three because I've been encountering bag packers who, while not rude, barely acknowledge your existence and don't offer assistance with your bags even if you're disabled like I am.

I love this Publix there is one deli guy that's a little rude but other than that love the place and sonel the manager he's awesome very respectful

Overall decent store. Very clean and neat. Every Publix has $5 Sushi on Wednesday. So I decided to stop in since I was near this Publix. I know they all have different Sushi chefs, but this was ridiculous. The Sushi rolls were so thin that two 5 piece rolls equal one 5 piece roll at other Publix. I ended up buying two packages because I was hungry. I later realized I wasn't far from a Publix on University Drive at Pembroke Commons. Their Sushi is Better. Don't go here for Sushi if you're hungry.

Very condescending old lady working the sandwich area. She was nice to everyone before I approached the ordering area.. she threw the sandwich aggressively when I asked her for a half, I told her to put a little bit of the ingredients.. my sandwich left with half of the mayo/buffalo jar. My sandwich was so soaked it leaked through the bag. 0/5 would not recommend. Also customers there before me waiting for hot food said they were there almost 15 mins waiting.

A great place to shop. Publix is a remarkable grocery, their store is always clean and one of the best places I've ever been. This one is no different, and their representatives are friendly and helpful in every way. Always my first choice to go, and the pharmacy is always great. Thank you and an excellent way to do things.

Always clean and everyone in the deli and hot plate area are always so friendly. I literally know must of staff even the pharmacist! Everyone goes over and beyond to serve and assist you! Love my neighborhood Publix and it’s staff!

I only picked up a few things today, but I love shopping at this store. It's a clean pleasant friendly place to shop. I buy all my meats at this store because I know I'll get quality meats from excellent butchers. Always perfect cuts of meat everytime. The people who work there are friendly, caring and always willing to help you. Thanks for being my neighborhood grocery store 😀⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice place to buy groceries, fruits, medicines and other things. Very clean and very tidy

Publix always offers fresh and reliable food quality. Uncovering expired food items can be an at discount stores if your not observant. I suggest the BOGOs when available and shop and price wisely.

There is a weird racist troubled elderly bag lady who works there. She treats all black customers like they're thieves especially if you go to a black cashier. I had an emergency phone call so I couldn't report her.

Excellent small Publix which has all the basics. Check out person Lisa is truly a blessed individual who is incredibly helpful to the customers.

Door is very clean customer service is the best they treat you with respect kind and courtesy the manager walked right by me and said oh I'm sorry sir she didn't do nothing

Shopping is still a pleasure at Publix in spite of the fact that they have raised prices. Everything I want is in one place, and I don't have to go to different stores to try and get bargains because in the end if I save $10, it will be $10 in 2 months because I don't go to the grocery store very often. In fact I doubt I would even save that much. Another thing I really like about Publix is that if you bring something back, they don't give you a hard time. They just give you another one or your money back, whichever you prefer.

Overall good publix but they never have enough Deli staff for lunch time. Spent my entire lunch waiting in line on several occasions. Even with online orders.

It's not what it use to be ..I have not been happy with the meat dept. I bought some chicken breast that were apparently old because they were terrible, even to make soup they were too tough seems stringy ,this is not the first time I have run into this problem. I will try going to the Publix out west ,it's not as close but everything seems to be cleaner and fresh...

Great inside. Outside parking floods all the time. Outside entrance needs deep clean pressure cleaning and the whole lot, needs redone. Please Publix give this Publix a uplift ASAP!

This Publix is always busy but never to busy to provide excellent customer service. All the departments appear to be staffed with very pleasant and helpful professionals. Worth the visit always.

Small and easy to get in and out but the men's restroom is usually glistening with urine on the floor and the produce section leaves a lot to be desired. Don't think I've ever grabbed a bag of oranges that didn't have a rotten one in it
