A very modern restaurant however with no personality and a cold atmosphere. The food was overpriced as to quality, the lasagna tasteless and the soup Very watery and bland, salad- not fresh dry mozzarella, overall terrible. Pizza okay. Service unprofessional. We are unlikely to go back there. There are some better Italian restaurants in the neighborhood in the immediate vicinity.

Where do I start?? We so needed a good Italian place around here! Let me begin saying that the place is cozy, clean and cute. The staff is so friendly, kind and helpful. The food was superb, pizza, calamari, salads. This place has a full bar and their drinks are amazing. We cannot wait to go back. Definitely go give it a try!

Cucina Italiana is one of the "must visit" restaurants in the area. Upon your entrance you feel like you are in a different world. The food is 1000 out of 10. We tried several dishes and everything is delicious like you never tried before. The staff is superb! Cleanliness is at very high level, beyond anyrhing I've ever seen. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Update: Jeanette still there, and still the best!... World have given 5 stars but the staff was so busy that they often were a bit uncaring about the guests as they walked through the isles. However, this place is great! We had the pizza (meat lovers, dough toppings everything great, saving the best we've ever had), then tried the pasta and it was right up there as well! Best of all was the bartender, Jeanette, she made the entire dinner extra special. Highly recommend this for true Italian and pizza fans!

I normally only attend places with lots of reviews. But with 32 reviews (only been there a month I found out) and a 4.7 rating and the wait at Burger Fi being really long I decided to try some Italian. And it was amazing!!!! The penne alla vodka was very cheesy just the way I like it. Seems hard to find cheesy pink sauce for me. The pepperoni pizza slice and garlic rolls were tasty as well. Prices were solid for the amount of food and the environment was great too.

First time ordering from this place. The Penne Alla Vodka pizza is amazing and a new favorite. We called for pickup and it was ready in 20 minutes. Also ordered a cannoli and it was delicious. Thank you! Definitely recommend the pizza and place!

I am covering a movie screening so I stopped in to grab a quick bite. Nice setting. Service was good. I ordered the baked ziti. Loved the garlic rolls. Prices are a little high but okay. The servers were very nice and they came to check on me a few times and see if I needed anything.

Overall Great experience for me and my friend. He's a local and I'm just visiting for a week. We stopped here a few days after visiting Ni Ramen next door. The pizza was VERY TASTY. The sauce was kinda sweet for my taste, but excellent flavor nonetheless. We ordered the Meat Lovers pizza. The crust was of my preference. It has a nice texture and right amount of chewiness. Meats were good quality and the pizza was charred just enough. That made me happy. Mozzarella sticks had great flavor and were paired nicely with the marina sauce. BTW, that sauce was used on the pizza and the spaghetti & meatballs, SO TASTY! Not the greatest Italian food but, my overall experience with this place was GREAT TASTE, SERVICE and PRICE. It was EXCELLENT.

2nd review [02-Oct] Returned based on first visit and brought two friends. What a difference 2 weeks make. Service was poor, we were seated in the back, our waiter was covering tables outside (in the front). We barely saw him. Someone else took our order. One person in our group asked for no cheese on her meal, yet when the dish arrived, there was cheese on the pasta. Plus, my other friend has the piccata and it was bland. Based on poor service (unlike 1st visit) and poorly prepared food, I have lowered my rating. 1st review [18-Sep] Awesome restaurant. Great food. Nice variety of menu items. Casual dining. Staff was very polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had the Shrimp Fra Diavolo. Other pic are the garlic rolls. Very good. Will I return? Not sure (per 2nd visit). Might give it one more chance, just not anytime soon.

We had one of their pizzas delivered and it was outstanding. The crust was chewy and crispy. It had absolutely no flop. Rarely does a delivered pizza have such high quality. I can’t imagine what it tastes like fresh from the oven. We finished with their cannoli and it held the same standard.

We tried this restaurant out last night and you should really give them a try. We had a bowl of the pasta fagioli soup for a starter, it had a lovely broth and fabulous beans and vegetables, super flavorful. Then we had the wings and they are well cooked and wonderful, note we got mild and felt a bit of a kick so if you are spice averse keep that in mind. We also tried the philly steak calzone. The dough is amazing, filled with tender steak pieces, peppers, onions and cheese. there is even cheese on top of the dough. Everything is delivered super hot and fresh. Then we were tempted with dessert, the chocolate cannoli is a must try! That filling is so smooth and lightly sweet and the cannoli shell was perfectly cooked and filled with a layer of chocolate. What a wonderful restaurant. Everyone is super friendly and check on you often to ensure you have a memorable meal.

Really best service and food! Manager Nazar take care a lot of clients- he is highly understand what he is doing. I mentioned it because people are making business by their attitude and respect to others! We got happy to find this restaurant! Second time we visited and satisfied again 👍🏻 our waiter Bugra was incredibly polite and giving us fantastic service and attention. Highly recommend!

Cristina was our server. She was very very nice very tentative. The place is nice and clean decor was nice. However the food was very runny and bland. I ordered their version of shrimp scampi, and I only eat it because I was starving. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. I am posting a picture. My mother got a dish. She also complaining is very runny and bland.

The WORST service I have received in a long time. We had a small party of 3. When seated, our drink orders didn’t arrive for 20 minutes. I had to remind the server twice to get it. When the food came out, they gave us a pizza, with no individual plates. We also were not given utensils when our pasta came out and I had to call the server back to retrieve forks for us. I am truly disappointed with the service.

My wife and I enjoyed our dinner at Cucina tonight. Our server was Curtis. He provided us with outstanding, friendly and prompt service. We enjoyed a wonderful bottle of red wine (super Tuscan) with a Greek salad and margarita pizza. We were also served warm garlic bread. It was a very nice experience.

Every time we have gone to Cucina we have had a great experience. Great food, good service, and decent prices. It's not cheap Italian, but very delicious taste and good portions for the price. Cute vibe on the inside as well. We got the Margherita pizza, Rigatoni, Penne alla vodka, and sausage calzone. Definitely would recommend every plate again! The penne is my absolute favorite! Their pizza and calzones are all brick oven baked too!

Lovely atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. Loved that they have a full bar. Place is somewhat expensive. But still wanted to give them a try. They're priced like they are a fine dining restaurant. Trying to compete with the other bigger restaurants in Dania point like cooper's hawk but they didn't want to pay for premium location, instead are in next to places like burger fi and Inramen which is why the price was unexpected. Food was mediocre at best. Nothing to rave over. I didn't see anything that would suggest they had a great ingredient. My chicken was super bland, I didn't even eat it just brought in a doggy bag. Don't know if I'd go back. For what we paid for I'd rather eat at Cooper's Hawk or Firebirds in the plaza.

Food was delicious. Our server was wonderful. We ordered the stromboli and 4 cheese pizza (without the gorgonzola, so 3 cheese...). Pizza was large enough that we could have shared, but they will be lunch tomorrow instead :)

Very nice Italian restaurant. We arrive at 10.30pm and they still served us very friendly. The food was fresh. I'm so happy that we chose this over McDonald's

I decided to stop by here for a quick bite before my movie at Regal Dania point. I’m super glad that I got the chance to do just that. What really gravitated me toward this restaurant was the fact that they had vegan options available which got me super excited. I decided to go with the “Impossible Burger” which came with a nice impossible beef patty, pesto sauce , beefsteak tomato, accompanied by these amazing crispy fries. The very first bite you can automatically taste the freshness of the pesto which melts in your mouth the pesto was such a great addition and complemented the burger so beautifully. Every bite had a burst of flavor, and I was super appreciative for that. I also was recommended by our server to try out a side of pasta, which was a surprise to me that they had . The amount that is given to you for the price was absolutely phenomenal. I went with the gluten-free marinara pasta , the only thing I would say is that it just needs a little bit more seasoning. Throwing in some more herbs as well as adding a pinch of spice but other than that it still was pretty good for the price . I’ll definitely come back here again to try out something different maybe or I’ll just come back for the burger because that was my favorite!

Decided on Italian one night on vacation with the family and this place was right down the street from our hotel. The atmosphere is cozy and casual. We were seated right away, service was great and food was delicious! Our kids split a pizza, while my husband and I tried the Stromboli and calzone.

Tasty pizza. Salads with delicious dressing. Very good service. Nice location with both open-air and indoor tables.

Perfect! We came in late, thanks to a canceled flight; got a hotel, needed food. Cucina was a quick walk from our hotel. Great service! Bugra (there should be a little smile looking accent over the G, but my keyboard isn't that fancy) was so awesome!

This has to be a JOKE ! I just moved to the area and wanted to try some local Italian food and ordered on Uber eats. It was really expensive and the food tasted good . But the chicken piccata was more of a pasta and a side of chicken! For $28 The lemon pie was a joke joke joke !!!!!! Tiny 2 spoon slice for $8!! Very disappointing

I really liked the atmosphere there and the service was super good. However, I don't know if we got unlucky, but our pizza was not that tasty. Craft beers were ice cold, super good!

Stop by to grab lunch and drinks. Server was nice so no issue there. However the Calamari was undercooked as seen in pics the batter needed to be fired more. Mohito was meh no enough alcohol or mint tasted. Friend ordered a Long Island and that was also subpar. My kid was the smart one in the bunch she opted not to order anything. So I got the chicken avo sandwich and the chicken was extremely bland. Ate half and ended up trashing other half. The portion size was huge only whats the point if you can't enjoy the food. Other item was Penne a La Vodka also bland tasting sauce. He did however enjoy the Ceasar salad. Other than the rolls and fries I can't recommend anything else. I can't say I'd visit again.
