    Hands down the best decision I've made so far this year! Training with O.C is rewarding,we have fun while working hard for results. He's patient and motivates you to reach your health and fitness goals. We don't stop when we're tired but when we're finished! Multi talented professional who I would recommend to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

    Dr. OC is an awesome highly motivating trainer. I just started but already feel great about my progress. The gym is unassuming but gets the job done. As a woman I feel safe coming here and getting a good workout in .

    Dr. OC has lit a fire under me! I decided to sign up with this trainer not only because of his reviews but because he had his own gym and was affordable. HE IS WELL WORTH IT! I have appreciated my training sessions with him so much. When I say I HATE WORKING OUT, it is the truth! But with him, it actually feels like I am leveling up like a video game character, lol. In just a matter of 3 weeks, my endurance has exceeded my expectations. Also as a female, I feel that he is highly respectful as a male trainer. I have had trainers in the past that were male and it never felt quite right, with him, there are never any concerns and he is always appropiate when he helps you with weights or gives you a hand to get back up after a killer workout. I didn't expect to find him but I am glad I did. He has an extensive background in physical therapy, so not only are you training but he informs you with fact driven knowledge in the industry. He creates blogs that keep you up to date with current health trends as well. He is passionate about what he does and it shows! I've attached a snippet from one of our workouts! I can't wait for this physical and mental transformation with Dr. OC.

    This was my first time hiring a personal trainer. I didn’t know too much about exercising/weight lifting. At Onyx Fitness Training, they made sure I was lifting correctly, eating the proper food, to help me gain muscle. Also, they explain to me why it’s important for me to follow their ways. I definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and family. They are very professional and the staffs are knowledgeable about health and nutrition.

    Great space! I have been training with Osi for about a month now (twice a week) and I have already noticed a change. I'm prior military and have been working out for all of my adult life. My workouts became ineffective, so I decided to make a change. I found Onyx and Osi through my wife. After my complimentary workout, I was sold. The workouts are challenging and never boring; time flies by. If you are looking to get some solid, educated fitness guidance check out this spot. I highly recommend it.

    I've only gone a few sessions and can already see and feel a difference in my body, endurance, strength. He's very accommodating with my schedule which is important to me due to work and having a small child. He will definitely push you to your full potential in every session.

    My first class was so amazing! Coach O is so personal and you can tell he really cares about your personal journey. I’m excited to see where I am in a year with him. If you are looking for one on one training that is person and tailored to you, he is the person to go to. 10/10 experience for sure.

    My first workout with them was very challenging but tailored to my pace. The staff and other customers were very encouraging and the studio has good vibes. Going down the stairs after the workout felt like a mean joke though.

    Today will be my fourth session with Dr. OC and I can say it has been the utmost best. My goal right now is to focus more so on strength training which he has been very knowledgeable about. He pushes you to your limit which is what everyone needs. He also gives insight into meal plans if your goal is to increase calorie intake, keto and many other ways. He has helped me fix my form as watching videos wasn't cutting it for me. I love how he speaks to you on a personal level and was able to talk about fitness goals thoroughly. I can't wait to see how I look a couple of months from now. Thanks, Dr. OC !!!

    Dr. OC is so knowledgeable on health and fitness. After just one session he has pushed me more than other trainers have. He is accessible to questions whenever I have them. Most importantly he’s flexible with his training sessions times, since I work odd times it’s great to have a trainer that will work around my schedule.

    I had an awesome experience at Ony-X fitness. It was a little scary at first because I haven’t work out in a long time. However Dr OC made me feel right at home. He throughly explained everything to me . He helped me through my workouts and continually encouraged me which made me try harder, that was a plus for me. Dr. OC is very knowledgeable. Kind and friendly. I will be returning every week. I am so glad I was able to find Dr. OC

    Starting personal training with Dr. O.C. is the best decision I've made. I've been coming for a month and I can definitely see results!!!! The first session was free so he could assess my baseline strength and endurance and that was a session by itself! He is very patient and encouraging. After seeing the results I'm enjoying working out!!!

    After years of searching for the right fit to become fit, I’ve finally found a place for me. The value can’t be beaten and the professionalism and attentiveness is visible in all actions from start to finish of your workout experience. The staff are knowledgeable about health and nutrition and is very helpful in determining what works best for each individual. They are truly encouraging and meets you where you are whether new to physical fitness or one who desires to continue the journey.     I've been looking for a trainer that has patience and is dedicated to their craft, then I found Onyx Fitness Training & Wellness. My goal initially was to lose weight. However, there was so much more offered.The vast knowledge of fitness, wellness and dietary needs were impressive. I have an neck injury, but my trainer was able make necessary adjustments.     HANDS DOWN! THE BEST WELLNESS PROGRAM EVER!! I am getting back into fitness training after YEARS of not having a disciplined workout routine.     OC is definitely a trainer where you will get your money worth. He makes sure to maximize the time even when your body/ mind is saying "no we can rest for the lady 5 mins". He learns every sessions what your weaknesses are accommodate workout to best fit your body needs. He is very knowledgeable in health and nutrition and gives a very detailed meal plan guide. He will also be obtain a PHD in physical therapy in just under 3 weeks and you can honestly see the passion that he has in training you to be the best version of yourself. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

    The OC , the trainer himself is super nice and funny, and really wants the best for you. There’s a lot of good energy in the workout room and they play a lot of good and fun music, defiantly a comforting place to train or just work out, they push to do the best for you and help you reach your goals, and they care about their clients and are interested in how they’re doing and it’s very motivating! very highly recommended!!

    O.C is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He pushes me to my limit (in the best way possible) and encourages me even when I want to quit. Very patient and makes sure I don’t hurt my self in the process. Taught me a lot on fixing my form, and a ton of information on food and proper nutrition. I’ve been more excited on this journey and change of lifestyle since joining the gym. If anyone wants to start, no matter where you’re starting and what goal you have set in mind, this is the best place to start. 5+ stars

    I started my journey late September. It’s my second month and I feel SO much stronger! This was the best decision I could have made as a beginner. Onye is a great instructor and challenges you to challenge yourself. There’s a great variety of different ages, body types and fitness goals. He knows about nutrition and recovery, which is such a bonus.
