I went to see Halloween with friends earliest tonight on 10/27/2023. Our tickets said theater 14 and the usher said it was in theater 14. We sat in the theater for half an hour waiting for the movie to start but it didn’t start so someone in our row got an employee who said it was playing in theater 11 so we missed the first 20 minutes of the movie and on top of that the rest of the audience was already there. The usher directed them to the correct theater but not us and this is not the first time we’ve had this issue with Showcase Cinemas. I understand if there’s a last minute change but we were not notified sooner either verbally or by email since we purchased tickets online. The lack of professionalism from this chain is appalling

A decent theater, but somehow it seems a bit grungy. After the film, our entire row of reclining seats went dead, leaving everyone in blast off position. With 16 theaters if you need to use the restroom, you practically need a trail of breadcrumbs to find your way back to your seat. However, would I go there again? Sure.

I now understand why this is the place most people will go to. Best place to watch a movie from so many directions...we all drove almost 40 mins from Hamptons. Black leather recliner seats with table and drink holders....no bad seats....plenty of space to walk with well lit steps. ALSO LOVED THAT YOU CAN WALK BEHIND THE LAST BACK ROW WITHOUT INTERRUPTING ANYONE! Wish you could get food served to you in your seat but I know that is starting to ask for much more than out here has to offer. Lol. I will take what I can get. Louisa at the customer service ticket counter was nice and another gentleman I forget his name was very kind & helpful as well. My girlfriend got Nathan cheese fries which is awesome but I did not get a chance to check out full menu. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! PARTY OF 6. No problems from anyone. 💝

Not a bad experience overall. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean compared to how it used to be. The theaters have comfortable seating, the workers were efficient, and it's actually nice not having everything be so crowded. Parking is always easy and the movie selection isn't bad either.

Very comfortable seating. Very clean with available, helpful staff. Movie and sound top-notch quality. Food is pricey, but I guess that is to be expected. I hope this place continues to do well. We need a good movie theater.

This place needs either new management or General manager or all shifts need to get on the same page and turn on the lights, keep this place clean and do proper maintenance. Chairs shouldn't be broken or look like they were dragged down 495. REMEMBER WE ARE PAYING CUSTOMERS THAT ARE PAYING HIGH PRICES FOR cleanliness, fresh popcorn and a quality experience!

Movie seats were very comfortable. But please stay away from the Starbucks there... They do not have baristas. The same kids that serve popcorn and candy will make coffee.. They told us that the coffee was there since 2 o'clock. That afternoon and we saw a 9 o'clock show... They did not have half-and-half only oatmeal milk and 2%... The coffee was tepid. Why even bother having a coffee place there?

The movie theater is kept pretty clean. However, I can't believe I spent $22 for a small Coke. Small bag of popcorn and a small bag of peanut m&m's.
